Please do not respond by asking me to call a phone number. I have already spoken directly with…read morecorporate, including a representative named Jamie. Whom offered no solution. During the conversation, they asked what I felt would be a fair resolution; after I explained my expectations, no decision was made simply said they would call me back. Without acknowledging any wrongdoing or resolving the issue, I was asked to remove my negative google review. This felt like pressure to protect the company's reputation rather than a genuine attempt to address the problem, placing review removal ahead of customer satisfaction. I did not experience compassion or a willingness to examine how this situation was handled at the club level. The focus of the discussion was on identifying what I allegedly did wrong rather than addressing the lack of flexibility, customer service, or judgment exercised by staff and management. Concerns about the general manager's handling of the situation were not acknowledged, and there was no indication that any coaching or corrective action would take place. I was explicitly told, "I have to stand by my employees," which made it clear that the goal was to justify their actions rather than evaluate whether they were appropriate. For context: I am a breastfeeding mother and a new member. The club does not offer a family restroom or private space for parents with infants. I briefly brought my one-year-old daughter into the women's restroom so I could use the restroom and attempt to change her diaper. We are both female, she was never unattended, and she was not disruptive. I was unaware of any policy prohibiting this, and no grace or alternative solution was offered. After being confronted publicly by the general manager in front of children and other members, I felt embarrassed and left the facility. Shortly afterward, my membership was canceled, and I was told I cannot rejoin without corporate approval. This experience made it clear that this location--and the corporate support behind it--is not parent-friendly and is unwilling to reflect on or improve policies that place caregivers in impossible situations. I am sharing this so other parents, especially those with infants, can make an informed decision.

Most of all, he is consistent! You got it what was wrong with these put it over it I told him that as long as he is still there, I will make my way there to workout! He's tough, but that's what's needed to get our butts moving lol.Thank you , Ryan for pushing me!!!

I signed up for a free class and somehow the dates got mixed up and I showed up 30 minutes early as instructed, but found out I was signed up for the following week. At first it seemed like a big deal that I was there on the "wrong" day, not fault but whoever scheduled me. Thankfully the class wasn't full so I was able to take the class. Coach Tanner was helpful and got me hooked up with a heart rate monitor and the class was great! Tanner is a helpful coach and extremely motivating but the studio manager, Ryan, is not so great. The second I said I had to think about the price of signing up he completely wrote me off. Then come the following week, I get a charge for a class. I called and left a message about the charge since the studio was closed at the time. Ryan gave me a call back and was immediately confrontational. He said I was charged because "I had reserved a class, equipment and somebody's time and didn't show up, therefore I was charged a "no show" fee". I explained to him that I in fact already took my first class (attached a photo of my summary) because there was a mix up with scheduling. He claimed nowhere in the system did it show I took my initial class. So apparently they never moved me over from the other class. He didn't remember the incident at all and kept asking me questions about how I signed up for my class, what time, and so on. He eventually said he would refund my money but never did he apologize for the inconvenience or mix up. It's very unprofessional and disappointing because I really did enjoy the class and was considering signing up. With his attitude I'm sure he couldn't care less about a negative review or a lost sale anyway.
