On top of that, she often forgets appointments or double-books sessions, which shows a real lack of organization and respect for people's time. What's even worse is how poorly she treats her employees -- she's dismissive and unkind, creating an uncomfortable environment for everyone around her. There are plenty of instructors who treat both clients and staff with professionalism and respect -- I'd recommend finding one of them instead.

Kim literally has eyes in the back of her head and makes sure that I am getting an awesome workout every time... minus the setbacks. She is super fun to work with and very professional at the same time. I have been able to gain muscle, tone, strength, and lose weight throughout my sessions with her. I am super grateful that I found Kim because I simply can't afford to attend any group classes. I would constantly get injured and have to put my workouts on hold for weeks.
