It asked "Are you bored of your regular workout routine?" and then I don't know what the rest said, because I was already thinking, "Heck yeah! I always do get bored easily!" After today's boxing boot camp with Alex, they definitely "walk the walk" when making fitness challenging yet fun. The energy level of the trainers here is incredible. The theme is, "Never give up." Today was just a taste of what their boxing classes are actually like. We did boxing drills, but the true working out with boxing gloves and contact occur on Thursday evenings, but even though this class was just a "sample," it definitely kicked everyone's derriere. There were grimaces, sweat flying everywhere, groans, and then also laughter. Not the typical combination you would get when you're working out hard. That's what makes this place unique. You can tell they are striving for a fun, yet motivational atmosphere. I know you may not feel that way when doing plank jumping jacks or boxing squats, but you'll feel amazing at the end. If I didn't live a light year away in the west valley, I would be here on a daily basis if I could! But when I'm in the area, I will definitely return and get some pointers about how to improve my fitness routine. There's always room for improvement, and the staff here loves to show you how (after all, that's what they're "trained" for)!!!

The coaches are awesome and they help when your form is incorrect/if modications are needed. The coaches are supportive that they help me do better and get stronger each visit. Everyone is friendly and its a great community to be a part of. Working out is more enjoyable with people who acknowledge how hard you're trying and saying how awesome you are throughout the workout. They also have Hyrox classes on Wednesdays and during the weekends. So take advantage if you're participating at Hyrox or want to experience how preparing for Hyrox is like! There's plenty of parking and also a play space for kids (I've never personally used it but I've seen some members bring their kids and let them play during their scheduled time)

I looked everywhere for a good Pilates studio, then went on Google and Instagram and found this gem. I decided to fill out my information and Libby contacted me. She's amazing. I told her about my history of injuries and that I wanted to rehab my shoulder, and she was so understanding. I got set up for my first class and was extremely nervous because of my injuries. Before class started, Libby explained how to use the machine and helped get me set up, which made me feel comfortable right away. My first intro class was amazing. It was definitely a challenge, but wow, I worked so many different muscles I haven't used in a long time. The instructor, Kaitlyn, was amazing too. She helped me throughout the class and kept checking asking how's my shoulder since they already knew about my shoulder and knee injuries. Most instructors wouldn't take the time to check in during class, but Kaitlyn was right there helping me during different exercises and helping with techniques. After such a great intro class, I followed up with Libby and joined. Investing in your body is the ultimate gift. Helping me rehab my shoulder and knee injuries is going to improve so much for me. If you're looking for a great environment with patient instructors who truly have empathy, this is the place to join if you want to see real results. I'm excited about the future of this studio. The instructors are super young, they play annoying music, they don't pay attention to your form or if you misheard what springs are changed, or even if your form is correct. They don't allow for stretch in between strengthen. It's easier on the body to rest one minute and stretch in between moves not 15 minutes at the end. I was so spoiled at the last business i attended, that went out of business due to owner retirement. I gave Define another few chances for $170- I was only able to get 3 classes in for the one month time period, due to my busy work schedule, living 25 mins away, and suffering from migraines. Total rip off! Never again. It's easier for me to pay as I go but the sales pressure you into getting the so called best value- which is only best for the owners pocketbook! Listen Ashley LeGrand Jahner- your hyped up sales tactics you force on your staff isn't doing yourself a service- word of mouth on a bad business has a greater impact than your friendsies putting 5 stars on here. And- this is NOT concierge. Look the word up. Every class but the 7 am on the weekend had a waitlist booked out for weeks.

The studio has cubbies to put your valuables in. I came early since it was my first class and the instructor introduced me to the megaformer machine. Remember to bring sticky socks! The class was similar to other megaformer classes I had been to in the past. Your muscles start shaking from those pulses and holds! It was a very good workout. I found some of the directions a little hard to follow, but that might have been because it was my first class there.
