Honestly, it's such a disappointment to see such a great business be affiliated with Miguel De La Rosa. He is the biggest fraud in the fitness industry who only cares to make money off of people at all costs. In my experience, my wife and I beat his "free" 6 week challenge and he still hasn't returned my wife's refund as stated in the contract we signed. Miguel ran off to avoid giving people their money back. I am sharing my experience to help others not fall for his "motivational" words because at the end they don't mean anything if he has no integrity or humility. 5 star gym and 5 stars for my trainer Austin Meason. GG is a friendly gym with great equipment and staff. Caleb + team have built a solid community. Everyone is smilin' and sweatin'! My trainer Austin is excellent to work with and is helping me achieve my goals. I've lost almost 15 lbs in 5 months and my body composition has dramatically changed. His workouts are effective and challenging. He pushes me on the weight but I need that push. Austin helps me understand the "why" behind the exercise which I appreciate. I have prior injuries but have had zero issue with inflammation or pain which speaks very highly of his expertise. Another plus is that he is a boxer so I added boxing to my sessions for cardio. I've been going to gyms in Arizona for 40 years. The first was the old gold's on central ave. Glory Gains is the Ferrari of gyms. The only problem you'll have is getting hooked. Had some plumbing issues recently on my new house and unfortunately that trumped my budget for the gym so I had to discontinue my membership but this gym was AMAZING. The space itself is huge and never feels overcrowded. My trainer, Haley, was also amazing and always encouraging and last but certainly not least is the owner Caleb. I transitioned here from another gym and initially began messaging him through Instagram. He was immediately responsive and even took a phone call with me on his personal time to discuss what GG has to offer as far as programs and pricing and inquired about what type of training I had been doing and what I was looking for. The gym is always amazingly clean, the equipment is top notch- I never saw any broken or obsolete equipment around the gym itself and while you work with one trainer specifically, the other trainers were always friendly and approachable during my off days with my trainer where I was in the facility training on my own. 10/10 would recommend this gym! read more

In and out of workout routines my entire life and a love for good food and wine has made the transition to my 30's much more difficult than anticipated. Long gone are the days of just "thinking about getting In shape" and poof I have a 6 pack. At 31 (and pregnant) it takes much more! Within 15 min of my first workout at Glory Gains with Caleb and a group of inviting, motivated women I knew I had found a HOME where not only I would nourish my body but where I would could nourish my soul. The gym itself is beautifully kept, clean and full of everything you need to be successful but the people and the relationships that are built are the true keys to how Glory Gains members achieve such radical success. It's a place to go that transforms you from the inside out and I am grateful to have been introduced to it. I became a member and started regularly attending training sessions at 18 weeks pregnant and how at 24 weeks pregnant I can already notice a significant difference in my strength, energy levels and overall confidence. My body is not only becoming more equipped and prepared to handle pregnancy/labor but also set up for success to heal and recover after pregnancy. Love working out one on one with personal trainer Michael S here. it's not crowded and I get an amazing workout in. All kinds of space to do varied strength training and cardio. At first I was intimidated by all the muscle guys, jocks and beauty walking around. But most of them turned out to be friendly. And lately it seems a more diverse crowd is now filing the gym. i like that. But I'm coming here to focus on my goals and Michael has been the first trainer that I have ever had that helps me succeed consistently. He Is an excellent physical trainer, nutrition coach and he brings an added emphasis of balancing my inner strength as well as physical. What a gift that is! developing strength both outside and in is what I'd been looking for. I'm secretly hoping Glory Gains doesn't get too popular or it will start feeling crowded like the gym I came from near here. The price is certainly right. The only disappointment for me is there are only 2 shower stalls which, if you don't time it right, can make one late for work. Michael S. I went in for personal training session with Caleb Hock. The guy was too busy flexing in the mirror and checking out his social media to pay attention to what me or any other client was doing. To be fair and honest I have always said that you get what you pay for. In this case the price is cheap and in return you get garbage training. This dump will be out of business soon. read more
