The Foundry is a place where everyone is welcome and each class is attainable. If you're looking to get in shape and work out in a group atmosphere, then this can quickly become your home away from home.

No place like home with a make over! Beautiful Paige working the desk! - The image shows the reception area of The Foundry fitness studio, featuring a wooden desk, a woman working on a computer, and a woman waiting nearby.

Let's start with a background Story! This location was called Onefire a few years back. The changes the Foundry are making are incredible! They are even tearing out the carpet!!!!! I am so excited to get my free trial week after the renovations are completed on the 25th of September! A little overview of classes and teachers Lori is my favorite instructor her music class is incredible. I love having a mellow tune to sing along to not to mention the 60 min basic if perfect when you don't have 75 minutes to workout. Micky has a great music and 90 min class Lisa teaches a pretty kicking HIIT workout. There is nothing better than weights and heat to sweat out the water weight and build a lean muscular physique Paige at the front desk is an amazing woman. I really appreciate her welcoming demeanor and friendly attitude. Thanks to everyone at the Foundry it is great to be back!

Okay... I really wanted to love this. There's hype around Lagree, it took almost three weeks to get…read moreinto this class on ClassPass (higher points too), so my expectations were up there. Let's start with the positive: the instructor was genuinely kind and did everything right. Full walkthrough of the Lagree machine, adjustments, waiver, form corrections -- she checked on me constantly. Zero complaints about her professionalism. But overall? This just fell flat for me. The studio itself is extremely minimal. White walls, mirrors, eight machines lined up, very little décor. No real aesthetic or vibe. Even the music had to stay low because of neighbors, which kind of killed the energy for me. I personally thrive on louder music and ambiance in a workout setting. Now the workout itself -- Lagree is just not for me. My wrists were hurting, my feet were on fire, and I felt like I was doing 90% of the moves incorrectly despite adjustments. I didn't sweat once. I walked out feeling like I could immediately go run five miles or head to F45 to actually feel worked. And now my knee and feet are sore -- not the good "I crushed it" sore, but the uncomfortable kind. If you're looking for something slow, controlled, core-focused, or maybe even rehab-adjacent, this might be your jam. But if you're like me and need to feel that push, sweat, energy, and vibe -- this may not hit. Again, nothing was "wrong." It just wasn't for me. ClassPass convenience is appreciated -- but between the wait, the hype, and the experience... it was a meh overall.

So glad to have Lagree on the west side!! The studio was cute and clean. They just recently…read moreupgraded their machines and today was the first day using them. Found this place on classpass and will 100% be back!!

I don't leave one-star reviews lightly--especially for a brand I genuinely enjoy--but this…read moreexperience felt surprisingly off-brand for Pure Barre. I booked a class directly through the website, which clearly guided me toward a "first class free" option. As someone who travels frequently and drops into studios across the country (often through ClassPass or direct booking), this is a pretty standard and welcoming entry point--so I went ahead and reserved a class. Shortly after, I received multiple texts that felt less like a confirmation and more like a sales qualification funnel--asking me to choose between options like committing to a membership, trying a short-term package, or just visiting. Once I indicated I was visiting, the tone shifted. I was then told the complimentary class is only for locals willing to sit through a membership presentation, and was redirected toward paid options instead. That's where the experience lost me. If the "free first class" is conditional, it should be clearly stated before booking--not after a reservation is made and followed by a string of sales-driven messages. As it stands, it comes across as a bait-and-switch. Even more disappointing was the lack of flexibility or hospitality for a very common customer type in boutique fitness: travelers. There was no attempt to accommodate, no "we'd still love to have you in," just a pivot to pricing. I want to be clear--this isn't a reflection of the Pure Barre brand as a whole. I've had consistently great experiences at other locations. But this particular interaction felt transactional, impersonal, and misaligned with the welcoming, community-driven environment the brand typically represents. I ended up canceling my class and booking elsewhere with zero issues . Here are the texts from Gabriella @ Pure Barre Goodyear.

AIR Aerial Fitness -- SO glad I gave aerial another shot!…read more I actually tried aerial yoga years ago and had a rough experience (hello motion sickness ), so I was hesitant -- but WOW am I glad I tried again here. The instructor was absolutely fabulous. I mentioned my past experience and she moved at a thoughtful pace, checked in often, and made the whole thing feel safe and supportive. We even did inversions with zero head pressure, no dizziness, no headache -- total redemption moment. The workout itself is such a cool fusion -- think a little Bikram-26-and-2 discipline, Pilates control, barre elements, stretching, and full fitness conditioning all rolled together. Total body for sure: upper body, legs, core, even squats and strength moves I wasn't expecting. I loved how playful yet challenging it felt. They offer candlelit aerial classes, mat + silk combo formats, weighted classes, and structured sessions for all levels. Bonus for travelers: they're on ClassPass, which made booking super easy for me while on the road. Honestly one of those "so glad I gave this another chance" experiences. Fun, empowering, and definitely not your average workout. ** Note they do offer classes for kiddos & host private parties and groups - bridal parties - social clubs -- etc .**
