Loud music, proper warm-up and cool-down, easily modifiable exercises, and definitely a legit sweat session. Booking through ClassPass was seamless too, which makes it super traveler-friendly. Only tiny wish? More swag. I was ready to grab a tee but only saw hats and water bottles. I have been a member of EOS for several years and have always had a positive relationship with…read moremultiple staff members at this location. Unfortunately, my recent experience with John, the Operations Manager, was extremely concerning and completely inconsistent with the level of professionalism and customer service I have come to expect from EOS. During my recent visit with my family, I felt that we were racially profiled and unfairly targeted by John. Rather than approaching the situation professionally or respectfully, we were met with hostility and accused of theft and failing to follow the facility's sign-in procedures. These are extremely serious accusations to make against a paying member and their family. What makes the situation even more concerning is that, after making these accusations, John was able to verify that all of us had properly signed in and had followed the required procedures. At that point, I would have expected an acknowledgment of the mistake and, at minimum, a sincere apology. Instead, there was no meaningful attempt to de-escalate the situation, take accountability, or address how inappropriate the interaction had been. Being falsely accused of theft is serious enough, but having this happen in front of my family and feeling that we were singled out based on our race made the experience particularly upsetting and unacceptable. The manner in which this was handled was highly unprofessional, hostile, and completely inappropriate for someone serving in an operational management position. I have supported EOS for several years and have had positive experiences with the staff, which is why this incident was especially disappointing. I believe this matter warrants serious review by EOS management, including an investigation into how this interaction was handled and whether appropriate policies and expectations regarding member treatment, racial profiling, and false accusations were followed. I am not simply raising a complaint about poor customer service. I am raising a serious concern about how I and my family were treated, the accusations made against us, and the lack of accountability after those accusations were proven to be unfounded.

Summit Society is located inside Team Forty Four which is off Indian School and 38th St. The studio offers an intense 30minute climb / workout. Before the beginning of each class you're introduced to the Versa Climber along with the various strokes and the Do's/Don'ts. After that it's go time!! What I love most: -Everyone is welcomed: doesn't matter your fitness level. Even pregnant women are getting on the Versa and killing it!! Aka me! -The class is only 30minutes. Which means you're putting in work to get the most out of the climb. And don't worry if you can't bring the motivation your instructor will with upbeat playlists and words of encouragement. -Every instructor at Summit Society is super knowledgeable and brings so much to the table. Whether you have questions about health and wellness or technique or class schedules don't fret you'll get answers and so much more. -My favorite instructor thus far is Angela aka Gomez. Her classes are always fire! She brings the heat and makes sure we're all putting in work to get the most out of our sessions. Her playlists, positive feedback and dance moves keeps you coming back to get better and better! -Umm did I fail to mention how sweet the cozy studio is?!! Be prepared to forget about the daily grind because once you step into Summit Society you're greeted with an awesome LED light system, killer sounds and sick 3D ceiling treatment. Customer service like that really sticks with you and honestly makes me want to come back. I took the hot HIIT class with Sidney and it delivered. Ambient lighting to start, then lights dimmed, music up, and suddenly it was go time. Great playlist, clear mic cues, and a seriously effective workout -- weights, core, warm-up, cool-down, the whole deal. Packed class but Sidney stayed very attentive, offering modifications, keeping everyone engaged, and bringing strong, motivating energy throughout. Only small note: shavasana felt a bit quick, but overall fantastic class. The studio itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed -- two large studio rooms, appreciate the mirrors to watch form, plenty of lockers and cubbies, multiple showers/restrooms, vanity areas, rental mats/towels (huge when traveling), tons of heated class options like yoga, yin, Pilates, barre, and HIIT, plus a separate red light therapy room that felt amazing afterward. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. All the instructors are the best. I know at most gyms and yoga studios you have a favorite but at this place it is tough to narrow it down. The place is so clean and very organized. All the clients are definitely acknowledged for all their achievements. The selection of classes are really good. You can vary your workout according to your goals. I travel pretty far to go there but it is worth the drive.
