Loud music, proper warm-up and cool-down, easily modifiable exercises, and definitely a legit sweat session. Booking through ClassPass was seamless too, which makes it super traveler-friendly. Only tiny wish? More swag. I was ready to grab a tee but only saw hats and water bottles. Not a dealbreaker though -- this gym gets straight to business and delivers a strong workout without the fluff. When we got inside he introduced me to Aaron the owner and I immediately felt like this was my home box. After a brief apology for not having a t-shirt in my size (my wife lucked out with a glitter tank) we began a nice outside warm up with the other couple folks who made the morning class. The WOD was a personal nightmare (150 wall balls, 90 DUs and 30 Cal row) but the attitude inside was terrific and the building is really quite terrific. Highly recommended.
