It's a pain to cancel your membership. They had my son's car towed out of their parking lot. Even…read morethough it says members only anyone else will be towed. He canceled online and it's still processing after three weeks. We sent an email to cancel and still haven't heard anything. If you continue to take funds out of my son we will litigate against you. It was enough to have his car towed for $941.00 when he was a member. What is wrong either way you people? Cancelling is something that shouldn't be this hard. Eli advised he would waive the fees since you had a MEMBERS car towed off the premises. This company refuses to speak to you. Eli lied and said he wouldn't sen an email confirmation of cancellation and fee waiver. Yet he blandly refused to get back on the phone. Having a Jay take over for Eli's refusal to speak to a customer. These people are losers. I would and will litigate against you. You owe me $941.00 for having my vehicle towed. The tow company gave me your emailed complaint. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM GYM. Go to Federal Trade Commission and file a report because many people are being frauded by EOS. The district manager doesn't respond. This place is a joke. Unless you want to have to change accounts because they don't stop taking money. Run and don't turn back.

The sauna room door has been dragging and difficult to open and close for at least 6 months now. I've mentioned it multiple times, but nobody seems too concerned about it. Right now it's more of an annoyance, but if it continues to get worse, it could easily become a safety issue. At that point the sauna will probably have to be shut down completely for repairs that could have been handled much earlier. The gym itself is decent, but management needs to be more proactive about maintenance before small issues turn into bigger problems.

The rest of the jets are basically bubbles coming out of the wall water under pressure, it's not the kind of pressure you need after a good workout. You have to go in and speak with someone directly about cancellation, and you'll be lucky if they are able to find the form to cancel / or file it in the correct spot so when you call and inquire other employees have to go searching for the document. This experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth, and the entire organization feels more like a money grab than an actual health club. Personally, I would not recommend Orangetheory fitness to any of my friends or family. The coaches are very kind at this location, but with the issues and other aspects of the studio, it is not worth it.

They also offer a service to watch your kids while you take a fitness class or workout at the gym for a small fee. The only negative thing I can say about Starpointe is honestly the front desk staff. Myself and many other residents I have spoken to have the same complaint about how rude they are. If I were reviewing the customer service of the staff, this place would get a solid 1 star hands down. If you can swipe your card and just do your thing to enjoy the amenities, you will be fine. However, good luck asking for help at their front desk. For some reason, the staff at Presidio is the polar opposite and is much nicer. This lady comes and tells us we need to get out because we weren't swimming laps so when she leaves, we start swimming laps and she comes back and tells us we need to get out and she starts stuttering. And trying to find a reason to kick us out of the pool and she just says I'm not gonna ask you again but get out. I tell her that we are new to the area and we didn't know you actually had a swim lap so that's why we started and she just kept repeating. and repeating that we need to get out. I think this is utterly ridiculous. I will never be coming back again.
