Where can I find pricing information? I don't see it on the website.

It's not on their website. You'd most likely have to talk to them, because they have monthly specials and deals. It's different for each location since they are independently managed. They're really nice at this location and not pushy at all so it's…

TLDR; signing up for the 9-week transformation was hands down one of the best decisions I've made…read morefor myself in quite a while. They give you the tools to bet on yourself, and win. I had attempted to lose the 25-30lbs id put on for ~2-2.5 years with zero traction. I would start enthusiastically, and when I didn't see ANY results, I'd either give up completely or take my foot off the gas considerably. Then wash. rinse. repeat. I was completely hopeless and frustrated with my self and my life. Enter underground fitness. I left my initial consultation with Dave feeling almost giddy (and. don't use that phrase lightly). Everything he said just clicked - for the 1st time in a long time, it felt not only possible but likely that I would be able lose the weight. And 9+ weeks in that feeling hasn't gone away. Thanks to Dave and my Trainer Tripp (honestly one of the most knowledgeable trainers i've ever met), and despite my newly discovered hypothyroidism, I've lost 3 inches off my waist, I have the confidence to take pictures with my family/niece and even been able to bring a few items of clothing out of retirement! And all this was possible without being forced to eat salads or protein shakes all day. Dave taught me how to be accountable for myself and my food. If I want dessert, and make sure I have it budgeted into my daily calories and I eat that dessert. He genuinely cares about his clients and his only goal is for your to reach your goals, and in the process teach you how to eat for the rest of your life. Honestly, could have easily gotten double the money out of me for the following 9 weeks program but because I was doing well with my nutrition, he moved me to a less hands-on 9-week program. And frankly, Just knowing that I know how to lose the weight and keep it off and that I won't have to deal with this issue again is pretty mind-boggling.

I'm sharing this for safety reasons…read more During a squat session a few months back, I told my trainer that my back was hurting during the squats. Despite this, I was instructed to complete another set. During that final set, I injured my back badly enough that I could not walk afterward. At no point was the exercise stopped, reduced, or modified when I reported pain. I still can't squat, my back isn't fully recovered. Afterward, communication was disappointing. When my husband and I later explained that we needed to pause training due to finances, we received no response. Regardless of certification or experience level, a trainer should prioritize client safety, listen when pain is reported, and communicate professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Update: After posting this review, the trainer contacted me and offered me money to take my review down. Since he can't contact me he reached out to my husband regarding my review. I am adding this update for transparency.

I hesitated…read morecoming here for a long time because of what I have heard, but after someone recommended it I thought we would try, but there are several reasons why we will not go back. 1. One of the coaches (I believe level 2 and/or comp) was so crazy for the first few months we went. She would yell and scream at her kids and do over the top dramatic movements showing her disappointment, super critical, and rude. Granted, my daughter was not in her class, but I sat there (seats are right front and center of everything) and watched and listened to that coach. I vowed my daughter would never be in her class. The last month she seems to have calmed down so maybe someone talked to her about it, but those 3+ months of her being unhinged was enough for me to want out. No coach should act like she did. Coaches should give feedback and show them what to do to improve, not be unhinged about it. 2. I had to prove two times that I paid - shows they had bad bookkeeping. They also make it more expensive to do autopay which is annoying. 3. The owners are cold and rude. 4. Safety - one girl got hurt and her coach didn't seem phased or that he cared she got hurt. Also, the straw that broke the camels back was that my daughter was "jokingly" pushed off the beam by her teacher. My daughter after class said her leg was hurting. It wasn't injured, but it did hurt for a bit for her. No coach should "jokingly" push someone off the beam. Overall, my daughter really liked her coaches and they seem really nice, but this was an immature move done by a young coach.

Management at this establishment needs to learn to take full responsibility from the beginning and not at the end after you tell them that they should take full responsibility. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would stay away from here as they may overcharge your card and then you have to wait 3 to 5 business days for them to put the money back on your card, but they will give you stretch which is pretty much worthless, so I told them they can keep that as well.

I am a true believer in Stretchlab for increasing range of motion and flexibility. An assisted stretch by someone else is much more beneficial than stretching alone. I really like the open concept with stretching tables are located. This allows more than one stretching treatment at a time. There could be several other clients being stretched at the same time, yet independently. I have less joint and muscle pain now. There are several packages to choose from depending on your budget and time availability. I go every other week for 50 minute sessions. Davon or 'D' is very thorough and gives me homework between sessions. Libby is at the front desk and schedules appointments for people, as well as explaining program options. Both Davon and Libby are friendly and helpful, as well as being knowledgeable

I moved across town and there was no gym available within a 25 minute drive when I attempted to cancel my contract they gave me a very difficult time. I called corporate and I tried dealing with this business myself and with corporate to get my contract canceled. they continued to charge me $40 for that month even though there was no gym with a certain mile radius to me that was reasonable. This turned to my $40 a month charge into $200 as they sent it to collections. They refuse to work fairly with me and just turned me over to collections and they're trying to now extort it over $200 from me over a $40 dollar payment!! It is not my fault that I moved and there was no gym within a certain reasonable amount of radius to my home. After the call from collections I've been very upset today. I would suggest choosing well when you get involved with them and God forbid if your gym closes near you...you will be driving to the next nearest one and it's not always close. They will not refund your money. They will extort more money from you.
