My muscles still haven't forgiven me. The owner has been very flexible with the packages I have purchased and she is professional and helpful, anytime I connect with her. The pricing is competitive and well worth the money for the challenging workouts they champion. The follow Pilates classmates are welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this studio.

Customer service like that really sticks with you and honestly makes me want to come back. I took the hot HIIT class with Sidney and it delivered. Ambient lighting to start, then lights dimmed, music up, and suddenly it was go time. Great playlist, clear mic cues, and a seriously effective workout -- weights, core, warm-up, cool-down, the whole deal. Packed class but Sidney stayed very attentive, offering modifications, keeping everyone engaged, and bringing strong, motivating energy throughout. Only small note: shavasana felt a bit quick, but overall fantastic class. The studio itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed -- two large studio rooms, appreciate the mirrors to watch form, plenty of lockers and cubbies, multiple showers/restrooms, vanity areas, rental mats/towels (huge when traveling), tons of heated class options like yoga, yin, Pilates, barre, and HIIT, plus a separate red light therapy room that felt amazing afterward. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. All the instructors are the best. I know at most gyms and yoga studios you have a favorite but at this place it is tough to narrow it down. The place is so clean and very organized. All the clients are definitely acknowledged for all their achievements. The selection of classes are really good. You can vary your workout according to your goals. I travel pretty far to go there but it is worth the drive.

Let's start with the positive: the instructor was genuinely kind and did everything right. Full walkthrough of the Lagree machine, adjustments, waiver, form corrections -- she checked on me constantly. Zero complaints about her professionalism. But overall? This just fell flat for me. The studio itself is extremely minimal. White walls, mirrors, eight machines lined up, very little décor. No real aesthetic or vibe. Even the music had to stay low because of neighbors, which kind of killed the energy for me. I personally thrive on louder music and ambiance in a workout setting. Now the workout itself -- Lagree is just not for me. My wrists were hurting, my feet were on fire, and I felt like I was doing 90% of the moves incorrectly despite adjustments. I didn't sweat once. I walked out feeling like I could immediately go run five miles or head to F45 to actually feel worked. And now my knee and feet are sore -- not the good "I crushed it" sore, but the uncomfortable kind. If you're looking for something slow, controlled, core-focused, or maybe even rehab-adjacent, this might be your jam. But if you're like me and need to feel that push, sweat, energy, and vibe -- this may not hit. Again, nothing was "wrong." It just wasn't for me. ClassPass convenience is appreciated -- but between the wait, the hype, and the experience... it was a meh overall.

Lifetime is not cheap, but the quality of instruction I get in her classes makes it completely worth it. Hannah is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and intentional with every class. She doesn't just lead a workoutshe actually teaches. She takes the time to correct form, offers thoughtful modifications, and makes sure everyone feels both challenged and supported, no matter their level. What really sets her apart is the consistency and care she brings every single session. You can tell she genuinely wants her clients to improve and feel stronger, and that kind of energy is rare. I've taken a lot of group fitness classes over the years, and this is by far one of the best experiences I've had. If she ever left, I would seriously reconsider my membership. She is a huge asset to Lifetime Goodyear.

The instructor was absolutely fabulous. I mentioned my past experience and she moved at a thoughtful pace, checked in often, and made the whole thing feel safe and supportive. We even did inversions with zero head pressure, no dizziness, no headache -- total redemption moment. The workout itself is such a cool fusion -- think a little Bikram-26-and-2 discipline, Pilates control, barre elements, stretching, and full fitness conditioning all rolled together. Total body for sure: upper body, legs, core, even squats and strength moves I wasn't expecting. I loved how playful yet challenging it felt. They offer candlelit aerial classes, mat + silk combo formats, weighted classes, and structured sessions for all levels. So we stopped paying it, but they keep charging a membership fee each month, with late fees yet, he cannot use the membership because there's a balance AND he can't cancel it while there's a balance. The worst scam I've heard of. Stay away, not to mention the gym is the size of a living room. What a joke.
