I was hesitant at first because doing anything in a group setting with people I don't know is really outside of my comfort zone. I decided to take a leap of faith and signed up for a trial membership. The first class I took was a Basics class with Jodi and I was completely blown away! She is so kind, compassionate and encouraging. She gives off such an amazing energy and I felt immediately comfortable with her. She is a phenomenal yoga teacher and I love that she provides assistance when I need it. She taught me how to do a headstand and I never in a million years thought that was something I'd be able to learn. I also love attending Linda's classes. Her laugh and personality are so infectious and I get so much out of her classes, especially her Meridian Flow class. Janet is a great instructor as well, I took her yoga sculpt class for the first time last night and enjoyed it so much. One thing I really appreciate about Kula is that they say my name correctly when checking me in for each class. This really means a lot to me because most people that don't know me just call me "Sherry" which isn't the correct pronunciation. I've dealt with that most of my life so it makes me really happy when I come across people that actually say it right! Becoming a member at Kula has truly been one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. I haven't felt this good both physically and mentally in a really long time and I am so incredibly grateful!!

She obviously doesn't understand the meaning of value and has no idea what it takes to run a business. Just because she can't afford it and probably spends her money elsewhere doesn't mean it's for the well off. Mind boggling. Next!... I want to thank Yolanda for an amazing class! I haven't done yoga for a long time and this was a great reintroduction. Did the HOT yoga. It was awesome. Full class. The energy was perfect, great music for the flow and I just can't say enough about what a great instructor Yolanda was. I take fitness classes everywhere when I travel and she is top notch. Great queuing and energy. I had a disappointing class across the parking lot at Club Pilates the day before so I was happy my travel classes got redemption at Yoga Six. I usually don't do franchise locations of fitness places but I would seek them out again for sure. You are running a great studio, very organized at checkin and leaving, the retail section looks awesome and the overall experience was perfect.

I came in at the suggestion of a friend who has taken the class before. There is a really affordable intro pass for new members. Setting up the pass and scheduling an appointment took maybe 5 minutes; it was so easy! The studio is located in a strip mall with tons of parking. The instructor for the day was so kind and walked me through everything I could expect, as this was my first time. She was even so kind as to lend me a matt, as I didn't own one. The class was HARD and wow it was hot, but because I was new, the instructor had me set up in an area that would get a little more air flow. She was so encouraging and I felt so refreshed after. The class is what you make it- if you really want to push yourself, you can, if you want to take it easy and take breaks, you can do that too and are encouraged to do so! Everyone was so kind and the instructor checked in with my after to see how I was and recommended some basic aftercare should I have any difficulties after the class. I will absolutely be returning!

Additionally, the instructors often go 5-10 minutes over the stated end time, and then glare at you if you have to leave on time to go to work. If the studio added more training for their instructors and followed ethical standards, along with private changing rooms, it has potential. Luckily I discovered a much better studio nearby with more classes, showers and changing rooms for the same price.

I love how friendly and personable everyone is every time I walk in - the owner, front desk ladies, and the instructors! Everything about this place is amazing and I love being a member of something like this! Update: I also love that it has a play lounge for my daughter to come join me, we make it a little girls time in our day! Huge shoutout to Sal at the front desk -- genuinely welcoming, helpful, and the kind of energy that instantly elevates the experience. Customer service like that really sticks with you and honestly makes me want to come back. I took the hot HIIT class with Sidney and it delivered. Ambient lighting to start, then lights dimmed, music up, and suddenly it was go time. Great playlist, clear mic cues, and a seriously effective workout -- weights, core, warm-up, cool-down, the whole deal. Packed class but Sidney stayed very attentive, offering modifications, keeping everyone engaged, and bringing strong, motivating energy throughout. Only small note: shavasana felt a bit quick, but overall fantastic class. The studio itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed -- two large studio rooms, appreciate the mirrors to watch form, plenty of lockers and cubbies, multiple showers/restrooms, vanity areas, rental mats/towels (huge when traveling), tons of heated class options like yoga, yin, Pilates, barre, and HIIT, plus a separate red light therapy room that felt amazing afterward. I've actually never seen a studio that had mat drying racks out for everyone , nice touch . Friendly members, great retail selection (yes, I shopped), and booking through ClassPass made everything easy. Definitely a studio I'd return to.

The studio itself is insanely cozy and kept at a nice temperature so that you get warmed up quickly without breaking right into a sweat. That comes a few minutes later. I've now practice with 3 yogis there and every single one of them is incredible at what they do. They are very knowledgeable and know exactly what to do when it comes to coming over and helping you move into a pose or use props to go deeper into poses or stretches. In the week I've been going, I've already learned a whole lot more than I did at my local gym. I can already see more progress. The restorative yoga is especially amazing because of all the props that are available. I never thought it would be my thing, but Ignite has done an amazing job at making a place for everyone of all levels and wants. My favorite part of all is the use of the essential oils at the end of each practice while we are all laying in savasana. The oils are actually made by Eva's (the owners) mom locally. They smell fantastic and really make me sink that much deeper into my relaxation. Their tea bar also has some very delicious local teas as well as some locally made wares. Definitely check it out before or after your practice. Ignite has my vote!
