Since going to Chrissy, I can lift my arms above my head and sleep anyway I like because the pain is gone.

I was disappointed with how this location handled my membership when I was dealing with an injury…read more I had already missed several classes due to ongoing pain and reached out to place my membership on hold while I recovered. I was surprised to learn that I would be charged a $35 fee to freeze my account, even though the reason was a legitimate injury. When I explained my situation and expressed concern about losing credits I couldn't physically use, there was little willingness to work with me or offer an alternative solution. I was then told that canceling my membership was an option, but I would still be charged despite having accumulated credits from the previous months that I was unable to use because of my injury. As a customer, that felt unfair and extremely frustrating. Experiences like this are one of the challenges with franchise locations. Policies and customer service can vary significantly from studio to studio, and unfortunately this location's approach reflects poorly on the Club Pilates brand as a whole. I have several friends who attend other Club Pilates locations throughout the Valley and have had much more accommodating experiences when dealing with injuries or membership issues. I enjoyed the workouts when I was able to attend, but the lack of flexibility and empathy during an injury has left a negative impression.

Great Location However, front desk operation's are AWFUL!…read moreThere is a very unhappy negative unpleasant girl that is extremely unhelpful. Why do they hire these negative people at a positive studio?

I never knew this place existed until I came here for the grand opening of DNA Cards. I can imagine…read morehow busy this place could get, because an indoor sports venue seems perfect for Arizona's 120-degree summer! One complaint is the smell of sweat and mildew, with a mix of smelly feet. It was manageable, but definitely not pleasant.

Our soccer coach was able to secure some open space so our girls could practice (since it was 111…read moreoutside), which we were super grateful for. The main focus of the building is their batting cages and pitching tunnels. It seems like a great training space for baseball and softball players. There was a constant stream of batters and teams coming in and out. Our soccer team was down the way in an enclosed turf space and it was perfect for small sided drills, juggling, and foot work. Our team had so much fun training this way and mixing it up a little. I just kept thinking in the safe haven from the heat how the building has so much potential, but a lot of it is unoccupied. There is a large, gated in soft floor space, a restaurant space and an arcade type space. It would be awesome to have somewhere to do indoor training for other sports like soccer (goal shooting and accuracy) but also tennis (with a ball machine), lacrosse or golf. Anything needing long enclosed spaces with either machines or large goal/target set ups. It's quite loud, echoey, and constant cracks of the bats but there is seating all around for parents to wait and watch. You can definitely park down and get some work down with some headphones in though.

It definitely helped me fall back in love with working out, and I'm grateful for that -- but I was ready for more. Enter F45. I'd heard great things, so I gave it a shot... and got humbled real quick. I thought I was in shape -- turns out I had another level to reach. Since then, my stamina and endurance have skyrocketed. I'm stronger, more energized, and actually look forward to every workout. The coaches are what really make this place special. Jason and Ryan always bring the energy, great music, and keep things fun while pushing you hard. Lala is right there with them -- awesome coach and always brings a great vibe. Hannah is incredibly kind and supportive, and Jordan, the studio manager, has honestly been the biggest influence on my fitness journey. She's played a huge role in pushing me to be better. My favorite classes are definitely the cardio and hybrid workouts. "Redline" is my go-to -- it never disappoints and always gets my heart going. Now 205 classes in, I can confidently say I've found my fitness home. If you've been thinking about trying it -- just do it. You won't regret it. (And one small request... let's get a Friday afternoon class )

I personally think it's OUTRAGEOUS to pay $35 per person for a 45 minute workout but that's not anyone's decision locally. Clean and welcoming gym!
