I called corporate and I tried dealing with this business myself and with corporate to get my contract canceled. they continued to charge me $40 for that month even though there was no gym with a certain mile radius to me that was reasonable. This turned to my $40 a month charge into $200 as they sent it to collections. They refuse to work fairly with me and just turned me over to collections and they're trying to now extort it over $200 from me over a $40 dollar payment!! It is not my fault that I moved and there was no gym within a certain reasonable amount of radius to my home. After the call from collections I've been very upset today. I would suggest choosing well when you get involved with them and God forbid if your gym closes near you...you will be driving to the next nearest one and it's not always close. They will not refund your money. They will extort more money from you.

The only thing good about this location is the people working the front desk. They are always so nice and helpful..it's sad they have to hear us complaining about broken equipment daily. Dropping my 4th baby off was just as hard for me as my 1st baby! As a stay at home mom, and a homeschooling family, I am very picky about who watches my children. Walking into the gym only being 8 weeks postpartum, I was really nervous not only because it was my first gym experience, but mostly because I had a little bitty 8 week old newborn baby and I didn't want anyone to watch him other than me I let Kylah (the childcare manager) know that I was really nervous about dropping my newborn off. She was attentive and understanding with my initial concerns, but her sweet demeanor and confidence she displayed reassured me as she talked me through everything. I felt comfortable dropping them off and since then our family has been coming pretty consistently M-F since April, and now, they can't get rid of us! Other girls I can think off the top of my head that are also just so sweet with my kids are Amber, Alexis, Samantha, Christina, and I'm sure there's more. Kylah does not receive enough credit or recognition for her hard work. Her ability to manage the needs of multiple children while still giving individual attention is truly impressive. She treats them as her own. She listens to me and what I might want for my kids that day, she does her absolute best. I trust her and I appreciate how patient and attentive she is with children, no matter the situation. She handles challenging situations with grace and professionalism, always putting the children's needs first. She consistently goes above and beyond, and I know my kids are in good hands with her.

Hannah is incredibly kind and supportive, and Jordan, the studio manager, has honestly been the biggest influence on my fitness journey. She's played a huge role in pushing me to be better. Despite this, I was instructed to complete another set. During that final set, I injured my back badly enough that I could not walk afterward. At no point was the exercise stopped, reduced, or modified when I reported pain. I still can't squat, my back isn't fully recovered. Afterward, communication was disappointing. When my husband and I later explained that we needed to pause training due to finances, we received no response. Regardless of certification or experience level, a trainer should prioritize client safety, listen when pain is reported, and communicate professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Update: After posting this review, the trainer contacted me and offered me money to take my review down. Since he can't contact me he reached out to my husband regarding my review. I am adding this update for transparency.
