I found that she pushes you just past your comfort zone and knows when to modify a routine to meet your personal needs. Laura modifies the workouts so no two are the same which makes it not boring, because you never know what to expect. Her preparation goes beyond your time with her. Knowing that I would be traveling and want to keep up with my progress, she wrote out a routine requiring no special equipment that could be done anywhere. Where it comes to nutrition, Laura encourages the use of an app to count calories, fat, carbs, and protein. This was quite helpful. I will rely on her in the future for her enthusiastic encouragement and support.

I also had to work with his partner who did get it resolved. I felt bad he had to work with someone so horrible and awful. I read a moms review about him grabbing her 3 yr old for going in the wrong way of a bounce house and making her cry, that review is on their Facebook page.
