Matt is welcoming and knowledgeable in his field. He thoroughly stepped us through their processes. Nutrition is included which is a plus. This is our first time recording our daily food/drink. He customized our workouts based on our individual needs/desires. We started 2 days per week but will increase to 3 days. We highly recommend Transform to help get you fit and live healthier. The weekend of 8/24/24, I attended the Scottsdale Women's Beauty & Health Expo at the Hilton Resort…read moreand visited the Stretch Zone table. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I approached the table, the two women representing the company just stared at me with what felt like an attitude. I asked what Stretch Zone was about, as there wasn't much information displayed on the table. One of the women simply pointed to a video on a tablet and said, "There's a video, it pretty much explains it," while the other just pointed to a card with info. Their snarky and dismissive demeanor made me feel unwelcome. I was instantly irritated - if you're at an event to promote a business, you should be engaging and eager to explain it. Based on this experience, I have no interest in pursuing services from Stretch Zone.

Super friendly, welcoming and engaging are what comes to mind to describe Lauren's delightful personality. Her communication was great and I did not feel pressured to purchase something I did not feel comfortable getting into. I not only feel energized, but feel great after my first assisted stretching session. I have a hard time stretching on my own, and like the accountability of StretchZone, the roomy, well lit and impeccably clean and comfortable stretching area. I highly recommend giving Stretchzone a try . Thank you Lauren for this first assisted stretching session which I trust will assist me tremendously moving forward. See you next week !

Fit6 North Scottsdale Review…read more I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Fit6 in North Scottsdale and Josh Rogers. Josh has been my trainer for many, many years, and even when I'm living in Florida or traveling for work, I continue to train with him virtually. His knowledge, consistency, and dedication are unmatched. Josh has helped me stay strong and fit throughout my life, including after having four children. Over the years, he has also trained my husband, all four of my children, and my father-in-law. He helped my father-in-law, who was significantly overweight and struggling with mobility, become active and walking again. That alone says so much about the impact Josh has on people's lives. His workouts are challenging, effective, fun, and incredibly well designed. The music is great, the energy is amazing, and every workout pushes you to become stronger and better. The quality of training is truly exceptional. The supplements and weekly food program have also helped me tremendously. Having healthy food prepared and nutritional support readily available makes staying on track so much easier. With the workouts, nutrition, supplements, and accountability all in place, you really have very few excuses not to see results. Josh is honest, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his clients. You truly get what you pay for, and he is worth every penny. And Marissa and the entire Fit6 staff are fabulous--welcoming, friendly, professional, and always making you feel like part of the Fit6 family. After all these years, I can honestly say that Josh Rogers provides one of the best workouts you will ever experience, whether you're training in person or virtually. I highly recommend Josh, Marissa, and the entire Fit6 team. Five stars isn't enough!

Our previous trainer Luke was suddenly terminated and the manager Shelly refused to refund our prepaid training fee. According to Shelly, she personally spoke with our personal trainer Luke and she informed me that he was to be paid for 2 sessions owed to us. He claims that she not only never spoke to Luke but she also only paid him for 1 session. This gym in my opinion will not be open much longer and good luck trying to receive a refund!

9/13/22: It's not pilates, it's LAGREE!!!…read more I came here for my favorite lagree workout during my overnight stay in Scottsdale. I knew I had a long journey ahead sitting in the car going to TX, so I wanted to make sure to squeeze in a workout while I could. This cute studio is such a gem of Scottsdale! Love the party lights! I've never done lagree in this fun of a studio setting! 8 M2S megaformers fill the party-like atmosphere. If you're a fan (or never heard of) Lagree Fitness, you have to come check it out! You'll get hooked on one workout. It's a one of a kind workout that works your tiny muscle fibers like no other! Get ready to transform your body! I took Ashley's class and absolutely loved her playlist! The workout was challenging for advanced students, yet doable with modifications for beginners. So regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, you'll get a great workout session. And with lagree, if you're shaking, you're doing it right! And the slower you go, the faster the change! The owner, Kacey, is a master trainer for lagree, so you know she's gonna have top notch instructors here (as evidenced by Ashley)! The next time I'm in town, I hope I'm lucky enough to meet Kacey & get on the mega with her! 5 stars all the way!!! TIPS/FYI: - the studio is locked during class - bring your water & towel
