At 21 weeks pregnant, I drove 30 minutes in the middle of the night seeking medical care because I was experiencing the worst illness I've ever had, which I believe was food poisoning. After arriving, Dr. Baumbach spent only a brief moment in the room 20 seconds im guessing. Asking why I couldn't take my nausea medication I had at home. I told her how sick I was and that I couldn't even hold water down. She discharged me right after and didn't even offer IV fluids. Or checked any blood work etc to see if I was dehydrated. I was shocked by the lack of concern, evaluation, and compassion shown during what was a very difficult situation. Patients, especially pregnant women seeking urgent care, deserve to feel heard and cared for. A little empathy and attention can make a significant difference, and unfortunately that was completely missing from this experience.

When my fiancé sought help because I was in pain, she brushed him off and walked away. I was also alarmed when medication was administered through my IV without gloves or cleaning the port, raising serious safety concerns. When I asked for a warm blanket, it was thrown at me before she walked out of the room, which felt hostile and disrespectful. I reported this to the charge nurse and was given a number to escalate further, but no one ever responded. In contrast, and the reason for the second star on this review, my initial nurse, Matt, was compassionate and professional and deserves recognition. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I am very hesitant to return to this ER.

We had tried traditional 50-minute weekly couples therapy in the past, but it felt like we spent the first 20 minutes getting caught up and the last 10 wrapping up, without ever getting to the root of our issues. We needed real help, fast. We found Michelle Shahbazyan and booked an intensive couples coaching session (her extended deep-dive session). It was hands down the best investment we have ever made in our relationship. I had seen her for some personal work many years ago and was so glad to have connected with her again for this new issue. Instead of just sitting back and taking notes, Michelle is direct, empathetic, and extremely solution-focused. Having that uninterrupted block of time during the intensive allowed us to finally tear down the communication walls, stop the endless cycle of arguing, and figure out what was actually going wrong in our marriage. If you are searching for a marriage coach or relationship counselor who actually gives you real-life, actionable tools rather than just generic advice, call Michelle. She completely shifted our perspective and gave us a clear path forward. We left our session feeling lighter, reconnected, and hopeful for the first time in years. Highly recommend her to any couple needing a true breakthrough!

I contacted Michelle and she said that my wife is very guarded about her issues and the likelihood is that she doesn't want to work on herself. Michelle was correct. In hindsight I regret we agreed to such a long initial session. I think we should have limited our initial session to an hour or two. It could have flushed out my wife's lack of willingness and commitment to counseling and saved us an enormous amount of money with no positive result.

As a registered nurse with over 20 years in healthcare, I don't write reviews lightly. I've had the…read moreprivilege of working alongside countless providers throughout my career, and I can honestly say that At Your Doorstep Medical has become the standard by which I compare patient centered care. Our entire family has trusted this practice with our healthcare for several years. Between myself, my daughter, and my husband, we've experienced everything from routine primary care to navigating incredibly complex medical conditions. Through every season, we've been met with compassion, respect, and genuine partnership. Cheyenna Kopacz is truly one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and thoughtful Family Nurse Practitioners I have ever had the privilege of knowing. She doesn't just listen to your concerns, she listens to you. She takes the time to understand the whole person, explains her clinical reasoning, welcomes questions, and works collaboratively with both her patients and specialists. As a fellow nurse, I deeply appreciate her evidence based approach while never losing sight of the human side of medicine. One of the greatest gifts Cheyenna has given our family is making us feel seen. She has walked alongside us through chronic illness, difficult diagnoses, celebrations, setbacks, and seasons of uncertainty. She has advocated for us, encouraged us, prayed with us, and never made us feel like we were just another patient. That kind of trust is earned, and she has earned ours completely. What makes me even happier is seeing that same philosophy reflected throughout At Your Doorstep Medical. The culture she has created is evident in every interaction. Every member of the team has treated our family with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. It's clear that patient centered care isn't just something they talk about. It's something they genuinely live every day. Because of the trust we've developed with this practice, I would confidently recommend At Your Doorstep Medical to anyone, from families with young children, to adults managing chronic or complex medical conditions, to my own aging parents. There are very few practices I would say that about. Watching At Your Doorstep Medical grow over the past few years has been such a joy because I know the heart behind it. Congratulations on building a practice that truly reflects the kind of healthcare every patient deserves. Thank you, Cheyenna, and the entire At Your Doorstep Medical team, for the compassion, integrity, and unwavering commitment you've shown our family. You have made an incredible difference in our lives, and we are forever grateful to have found you!

I found this company through Facebook ads while searching for help with postpartum hormone…read morestruggles, and initially, everything felt very responsive and promising. Within minutes of reaching out, I received follow-ups via Facebook Messenger and email, and within 24 hours I was on a call with the owner, who made the program sound incredibly supportive and effective. Based on that experience, I signed up. Unfortunately, things quickly fell apart after that. My actual care was handed off to a nurse practitioner who did not seem familiar with my location (Salt Lake City, Utah), despite the company advertising that they work with Utah patients. She recommended lab locations in Arizona, which was confusing and not helpful. She also mentioned she would send referrals for physical therapy and chiropractic care, but only sent one option that didn't even appear when I searched for it online. Scheduling and communication were even more frustrating. My first appointment started 16 minutes late with no notice or communication. For my second appointment, I waited alone in the Zoom room for 21 minutes before leaving. When I followed up, I was told that appointments are based on Arizona time and that they do not adjust for the patient's time zone--which had never been communicated and contradicted how my first appointment was scheduled. The company also promotes 24/7 support through their Spruce app, but that was not my experience. My first message received what felt like a generic, automated response, and subsequent messages took hours to receive replies--often without any real follow-up or resolution. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. The initial sales process was highly responsive and persuasive, but the actual care, communication, and follow-through did not meet expectations. I ultimately chose to go back to working with a primary care physician, where--even if appointments take longer to schedule--communication is clear, professional, and reliable. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

We reached out to Noble to see if their Palliative Care service might be helpful. Oh boy was it! They were very quick to get in touch and Sarah got a sense of what was going on, and helped with some initial calming and support (which was much needed at the time and had a real impact). Then we had a few more meetings with Nadine who we can't thank enough for all of her support and caring. They both made a real difference when we needed it most. They helped calm our thinking, and boost our emotional strength, resilience. They helped us settle down, become less confused and stressed out, and that allowed us to deal with the situation, to do what we needed to make tough decisions and get thru some very hard times. If they hadn't been there to help, our lives would have gone sideways more than once. The impact they had on us may well have saved my life. The default path we were heading down when we reached out to them had a hidden life-threatening risk that we likely wouldn't have avoided. Being able to find our way to a better path made a huge difference. For anyone considering Noble, I can tell you from our experience, these folks are wonderful! I am keeping their name & number because I can't see ever working with anyone else. Thank you, Noble. The people here are absolutely the best!

I have had some experience with PT facilities and PT therapists in my 70 years of accidents,…read moresurgeries and well, just getting old. So I would like to take a minute to explain why I chose Harper PT and why I am still there after completing my 4th week. First of all, I am so over wearing a mask - the choice is yours at Harpers! Secondly, I do not like going to PT, therefore I made sure to find a facility and therapist to meet my needs, despite my doctor writing a script for a facility that the practice uses. My goal was to find a therapist to assist in restoring functionality by improving my mobility and relieving pain quickly and efficiently. So I spent a little time searching for recommendations, reviews and robust PT facility websites before making a selection. Then I called my insurance company to make sure they covered my selection. Here is what I looked for and why I choose Harper's PT over all the other facilities in northwest Phoenix. I wanted an established facility; as well as an experienced therapist with certifications that specialized in areas I needed treatment. I looked for a spacious facility with a pool, equipment variety, clean, safe and conveniently located. Harper's has been around since 2002 and met all the other expectations. Harper's transparent website includes facility amenities, services they offer and staff's credentials/specializations. I selected therapist Ty because he was a good match for several reasons. He has been practicing for over 20 years and many of his specialties met my needs; for example: Certifications in Manual Therapy (deep tissue - the best!), Functional Capacity Evaluation, ASTYM etc.). Ty is positive, knowledgeable, patient and compassionate but not a push over. He is a no-nonsense professional, so know that a bit of whining will not get you out of doing what he has planned LOL. He is a hands-on therapist and spends much more than '5-minutes' a session with his patients before relying on his assistants to take over! Oh, and there was 'no honeymoon period,' meaning - great in the beginning, but slacking off by week two. Ty has been consistent with the plan we worked on when we first met. The plan and schedule includes warm up, deep tissue manual therapy, review of current exercises, with intensity build up and introduction of new exercises. I like how Ty explains why we're doing an exercise, then demonstrates how to do it, and double checks for understanding. The assistive staff at Harpers have been amazing, in my experience. I have found them to be professional, personable, knowledgeable and committed to the patients. BTW - my doctors have been as impressed as myself, with the progress I have made with physical therapy. Thank you Harper's PT! My unsolicited review is sincere and I enjoy giving credit where credit is due. I highly recommend Harper's Physical Therapy and believe that you will be as pleased as I have been. Thanks for reading my review. Regards, Mary

I have been able to throw forehand shots at almost the same distance I was before the injury. I really appreciate the targeted stretching, strength training and home exercise plans they provided me. My family referred me to Harper PT and I'm very happy with the results.
