Joined a few weeks ago and I'm HOOKED! Casey and all the trainers are consistent, knowledgeable and push you to your personal best while focusing on the technicalities of kickboxing. However, the beginning of this year I become complacent and was really only coming to one class a week and making a lot of excuses to not do more. My physical and mental health were definitely being affected, so I decided to sign up for the six week Boot Camp. I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty intimidated in the beginning, but I really wanted to challenge myself, reset some habits, and overall get back to something I really enjoy. The six weeks helped me get back on track with my hydration goals, eating healthier, and going from one to maybe two classes a week to some weeks doing 5 to 6. Ultimately, it helped me recognize that with some small steps and keeping focused on my goals I was able to make some real change. What I really enjoyed as well was it really was designed for each individual person to go at their own pace. We had a group chat that constantly encouraged each other, shared recipes, and motivated each other on the bad days. It was about the small wins, and always going back to our health is beyond the six weeks. Yes, I saw results and that definitely helped motivate me to keep going, but really it helped me recognize that I want to be a healthier whole person and in order to do that I need to show up for myself. I may not now be doing 5 to 6 classes a week, but doing 2 to 4 is absolutely manageable with my schedule. Thank you so much Joe and all the support you gave each of us during Boot Camp! Your guidance and encouragement definitely made the whole experience! If you haven't done a class at KBX yet I highly suggest you do it! You will not regret it.

The pink gloves for the good cause is what sold me! Everyone is soooo welcoming. From the moment you step inside, to the classes, and workouts. If you have never done kickboxing no worries. They provide modifications and step by step teaching which is helpful. What I love most about their classes is that you start with a quick warmup, which could range from light jogging, to squats, to burpees (yuck lol). From there you do some stretching to get you loosened up, and then the main event is the boxing and kicking where you can really blow some steam! Lastly you get some partner practice with others in class and more stretching. You get a nice variety which is what I really loved. Only downside is the pricing. They only offer 7 or 12 month memberships. I really liked the environment but I hope they'll consider shorter memberships in the future. They do have class by class pricing though as an option.

They offer BJJ ( Gi and no-go), wrestling, Muay Thai and woman's self defense.
