The reasons I had to give 4 instead of 5 stars are they do not let infants be there longer than 1 hour and you have to reserve which is fine but if you take a class you can't finish the whole class and be back in time to get your kiddo. Also the slots for infant care fill up a week in advance on the weekends. Classes are amazing but if you miss they take attendance and email you with a slap on the wrist which I understand but you can't cancel if it's within 2 hours of the class. With all that said, this is probably one of the best gyms I have ever been to and is a great place for families. They have tons of social events as well with awesome photos ops and great drinks.

Of the couple times I've been there, the clinic is fairly quiet (as clinics go) and that's a nice change of pace. My therapist, Conor, took his time going over my medical history and performing a number of assessments. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. While there are usually other clients there too, Conor pays attention to everyone and notices when I'm done with an exercise or stretch. I'm self employed and my time is valuable too so I am especially appreciative when folks are cognizant of this. I have a background in fitness and bio-mechanics and I appreciated that Conor respected my knowledge. Although my time here has just begun, I think it's off to a great start.

Colbi is awesome. She pushes our daughter and individualizes her program. The attention to detail, continual pushing outside of my daughter's comfort zone have led to growth and improvement over the last 3 weeks. I even work at LA fitness and couldn't get motivated to do anything with fear of causing more damage to my knee. I had to do something. I met Joey and was instantly drawn in by his positive and motivating energy. One bad day later I called him up and made an appt to go in to burn off some bad energy.
