I work with both Shane and Danny to reach my goals and it's been nothing but fantastic. Both the mental and physicals rewards have been awesome. It's a really positive and friendly place. Danny is an awesome person to start my day with, keeping my workout routine very challenging, and answering all the 'whys' I have for each exercise. I had a lot of difficulties trying to workout on my own. I was unsure of weights/reps/sets/form but now that's all a thing of the past.
