Pilar is great when you initially start with her. But if you become a regular it is down the hill from there. She will not do a thorough job and sometimes she will just send her girls who would barely understand English or do their job properly. Highly disappointed. We have a two bedroom, two bath apartment. We just moved into it a month ago. This was a model apartment and the property agent said that this was never lived in before. There was not a lot of cleaning needed. I wanted to provide some feedback about our cleaning experience. After the cleaners left, we noticed that there are pink spots on the carpet. It was a lot in the master bedroom and some in the living room. We are confident that these spots were not present prior to the cleaning visit. It was almost as if someone stepped on something pink and walked on the carpet with it.We had to spend quite some time cleaning this in the bedroom However these are not completely gone. There are some in the living room as well. We did not expect to clean up after calling in a "professional" cleaning crew. There were also markings on a window in the second bedroom. read more

I gave Pilar's cleaning a three star but if it wasn't for the actual cleaners I'd give it a one. I have been shopping around for cleaners for my home so i figured I'd try on Groupon first to see how i liked the services before contracting someone for regular cleanings. The first time i got a Groupon for two hours. Scheduling the cleaning was a bit of a pain but we made it through. The cleaners showed up and only stayed for 45 min and cleaned only half of my house. When i asked The owner what the deal was she said that the two hr cleaning only covers 45 min of work because she sent two ladies. Ok, fine, maybe a misunderstanding as Groupon said nothing of the sort but the cleaning was well enough so i figured I'd purchase the four hour one and see how they cleaned my entire house before making an official decision. Upon trying to schedule the second cleaning Pilar(or whoever answers the phone) told me I'd have to provide trash bags and paper towels or give her an extra 10 dollars for them to provide. I asked "why did i have to provide these things this time while purchasing a larger Groupon when last time you never said anything about that?" She quickly resorted to " i don't have to deal with you and Groupon, i have real costumers so bye".... i was confused. I said I've already purchased my Groupon and am just trying to understand what has changed in the three weeks since my last cleaning" and she continued on about how Groupon doesn't pay her much and she doesn't have to deal with me. It is my understanding that companies choose whether or not they want to have groupons for their business so the lack of professionalism and the attitude through me off. I did use my Groupon as it was already paid for and gave her the extra 10 dollars but i will NOT EVER use her service or recommend her to anyone ever. I hope the ladies that work for her are treated better than her potential customers. read more

I made an appointment weeks in advance. Day of the appointment came no call. I called her and she said she could come in an hour. That would be an hour and a half past the time she was originally supposed to be here. The whole conversation was the woman yelling at me because I was interrupting the current house she was cleaning. Needless to say I won't be using these services. read more

Pilar has been cleaning our apartment for months now she is affordable and does a great job. No one can make a bed or shine a floor like she does. I have a toddler and it can be overwhelming trying to keep the place clean. I am always impressed and relieved after she is done. read more

This was a horrible horrible experience. I hired her for a "deep spring cleaning." After her team arrived more than 2 hours late, they "cleaned" my home in 2 hours. I had trouble contacting Pilar as she was in her "home country." However, she contacted me to ask for more money???? I had already agreed to pay more for the fridge and the oven. When they left I still had dirt on my cabinets, under my couch, under the rugs, baseboards were not touched, cobwebs and a few dust bunnies. When I tried to discuss with Pilar, she rudely hung of the phone and will only text. She wanted to come back to my house 13 days later to inspect. 13 days later??????????? She does not know the difference between deep cleaning and a regular job. Her workers were polite but not detail oriented. She does not stand behind her work nor her quoted price. Be very careful of her dishonest way of running her business. read more
