Our last day in Cancun and we looked for something nearby that wouldn't upset our stomach something simple but delicious and we found on the picnic menu familiar breakfast items such as scrambled eggs and bacon etc. but also torta sandwiches or simple baguette sandwiches with fresh juice so we chose to go there before waiting for the airport. I have tried tortas before this week but these tortas were very well Panini pressed and easy to hold onto while bread remained dry.
The fried chicken exceeded my expectations because although it was breaded it was very thin and easy to manage inside of a sandwich whereas most sandwiches with fried chicken you are competing to cover the chicken with the bread all the time and it's falling all over the place.
It was simple and filling and just enough we watched it all down with fresh squeezed orange juice is but they also have carrot-orange and green juices available if you get there earlier.
Much like a Ramen restaurant you have the option to sit at the community table with other people or along the wall at the barstools. The lady who manages or owns this place is fluent in English and Spanish. read more
