First off This there.. Is is very expensive for not very good food My cheesesteak sandwich was burnt to the to a crisp once I was a little better than the other but you know the damage was already done and the fries were soggy and some of them weren't even done or you know they were like you know soft and grease I don't know how this place got a 4 points 7 maybe I came at a bad day or something I mean it wasn't very big so I would think they pay more attention and I think they were chins on the meat you know the meat was this isn't like subway this was like well it was no kid portion but it's not like you know it's like a girl portion for you know small women like I thought the ambiance in this place was a dump I mean this is you know and I'm not I'm not usually poo poo about that stuff I'm I'm pretty you know gentle about design but this place had zilch design. The 1 star is for the Henry Reinhardt's root beer I forgot how good it was you know the only 1 that's the best is stubborn you know they get that you get that a jersey mice it's the oddest thing that they have fancy root beestrange.. The service was garbage too I can figure it out I mean it wasn't even that busy it was it was Tuesday you know when I came so it must be like the second slowest day of the week for them so I thought well you know you could come over and say well how's the food and you know you know maybe see if you want another drink or something it's like they expected us to go to the counter and my friends 82 so I thought that was strange read more

I can definitely see why this spot has a 5 star review. The burgers were so incredibly delicious and the service was excellent! We ordered the Pigfish Burger and the Gruyère Burger. Both were phenomenal. The patty is juicy and the garlic house aioli was out of this world. The shoe string French fries were also perfectly crisp and complimented the burgers really well. You can upgrade the fries to the garlic asiago cheese fries for $3. I like that they have indoor and outdoor seating available. We sat on the covered patio out back and it was super nice! This place is going to be come one of my go to burger spots in Burien. Next time I would like to try their fish n chips too. read more

My coworker loves this place so I gave it a try. A couple times unfortunately. Both times it was just bleh. First time was fish and chips. You could wring the grease out of the fish. It tasted like the oil it was fried in is old and barely warm enough to fry food in. The fries were also soggy with grease. Second time was burger with fries. Burger was only so so. Fries were the same, full of grease and not even close to crispy. There were months between both times I got food there and it still tasted like it was fried in old oil. Next time coworker suggests this place it will be a big no from me . Both times were picked up by someone other than me so cannot comment on ambience or employees. read more

We were looking for something new and happened to be near Burien, and Yelp saved us. My boyfriend wanted a burger and I wanted something a little lighter, so Pigfish was exactly what we needed. We arrived late afternoon on a Saturday and were able to order and find a table right away. My boyfriend went with the Pigfish burger and truffle fries, and I chose the fish tacos. The highlight of the burger was definitely the bacon. Wow! The truffle fries were really good. The batter on the fish tacos was scrumptious, and the salad was refreshing. Service was friendly and food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The establishment is small, so seating is limited, but it is comfortable. The place is clean, which is always a plus. Strolled in on a weekend afternoon, sat down instantly. Ordered a seasonal cider and fish sandwich. They have a rotating specials menu. Food is made to order - very fresh, hot and delicious. I was apprehensive to go because I don't eat fish but I ordered the Cajun Chicken Sandwich and my husband ordered the Fish Sandwich. Both were phenomenal! Always on the prowl for good unique food, Yelp led me here. The reviews and photos don't do this place justice. Cute outside with vibrant front entrance. Very pleasant friendly host took our orders. Inside cozy cafe style seating, we opted to sit out back on the patio tucked away from the world. Relaxed out back until they brought us our order. So I chose this place partly because of the 5 star reviews on yelp. Seems a difficult thing to achieve these days so I'm thinking oh this place must be great! I wanted to like it! I'm just being honest and this is based on my opinion. Had this place been rated like 3 stars I may not have expected as much or feel compelled to leave a review. I was so disappointed. I got the Baja battered fish tacos. I found them to be bland and the fish tasted like it has been fried in old stale oil.The tortillas had been steamed or microwaved and were mushy & flavorless. The salad was just basic greens from a bag (in fact I saw them in their store bought container behind the counter)with pickled onions on top and the dressing was super bland and had zero flavor. The salsa was awful, completely flavorless with a little heat. Maybe they were having an off day?? Not impressed. Will not go there again. read more

Pretty good! I had fish and chips and my wife had the spicy fish sandwich, which we agreed was the better choice. The fish was Rockfish. I think I'm just a halibut guy but these were both pretty solid offerings. Fries were limp unfortunately. Nice to have the dog on the patio out back. Philly steak sandwich was delicious, definitely greasy. Fish and chips were really heavy and greasy as well. When you bite into it, the batter from the fish had a lot of oil oozing out. The fries were ok, a bit dry. And the extra truffle add on for the fries had no scent or taste in flavor. And if there even was or they probably forgot? Maybe it was the lightest drizzle ever. Delicious sandwiches and the best fries in town. Staff is always polite and friendly. Small place so seating is sometimes hard if staying around lunchtime, but they do have a small back patio, or take it to go and picnic at the park. read more

These sandwiches were bomb and oh so fresh. I got the special of chicken, bacon, and avocado sandwich with garlic aoili and my friend got the cold Italian sandwich. The bacon was even cooked fresh. It was the perfect size and the sandwich was accompanied with fresh, natural cut fries. Together it went well. I also had an African amber ale by max and something, which is a local brewery in the area. It went perfectly with my sandwich. Customer service is also very friendly and they are so patient. We took some time looking at the menu. Parking is on the street and I can imagine maybe on a busy day, it may be tough. read more

Super cute, family place with dad in the kitchen, mom taking care of customers, and kids running around. I heard they had good burgers, and they really do, but I was blown away by the fish tacos. Big, fresh, flaky pieces of white fish on flour tortillas topped with cabbage and a spicy sauce on the side. The burger was big, juicy and perfectly cooked. My daughter had the kids cheeseburger, which may have been a bit smaller than the regular burger, hard to tell, but just as tasty. Service was really friendly and fast. They really made us feel at home. I saw so many amazing looking dishes come out of the kitchen that I can't wait to try. The place is small, so maybe not the best place for big parties, but there is cute little back patio that is lovely on nice days. read more

Wow-- this place is a gem. I had the "lighter" fare burger on my first visit (still SO filling) and I had the roast beef on weck my second visit. Both were the gluten-free version with fries. The service is fast and friendly-- they clearly understand the gluten free thing (yes, it's on their menu, they SHOULD 'get' it, but you'd be surprised how many workers at places that offer a gf menu just don't have any idea). The fries are awesome but the little sauce they give you on the side is the knockout punch (in the best way). Burger was more delicious than I would have expected for a simple burger, maybe they hand form their patties with extra love? And the beef on weck was delicious. I'm from Beef-on-Weck country and the flavors absolutely are there... the way we have it back home is the beef is warmed up in the juices then slopped on the roll (with horse radish making the roll a little soggy. I get why a restaurant will serve it without the soggy-factor and give Pigfish's version an A+. The rolls aren't imported from kimmelweck-country, but made by oiling the top of the bun and dipping in caraway and coarse salt. The effect is perfect-- all the necessary flavors for an authentic sandwich (they serve some jus on the side so one can "soggy-up" their own roll if desired), must try! read more

Absolutely delicious. Solid 5 stars like no exaggerating. One thing prevented this from being a *perfect* experience which was - salt your fries properly when you pull them out!! Its a crime to potatoes especially when they are beautifully handcut & crisp. Like one out of every eight fries had a fleck of salt. Anywayyy. Cheesesteak was fantastic. Burgers were so juicy, music was on point, service was great, and the best gluten free bun I've had. 10/10 would go again.

After hearing friends in Burien rave about this place. We were disappointed. Very small seating areas. We ordered beer battered rockfish and fries. Fish serving was 2 large hot pieces over a large serving of fries, slaw & "homemade" tarter sauce. (Tarter tasted similar to Skipper's off the shelf). Beer batter was a generous portion. Fries were thin & greasy. We soaked up oil from fish pieces at our table with napkins. I recommend both fish and fries be drained well before serving. For the price we'll stay with Burien Fish House where parking is easily accessed. read more

Gotta love the MANY coloring pages on the wall. We ordered the grilled fish tacos and fries to share. The cook/server/host offered a 4th taco for $5. He then served the tacos and fries on two plates, which was appreciated. The fish was fresh, the sauce and slaw was perfect in taste and amount, and the picked onions added a little something. It's great that they make the fries from real potatoes, but they obviously leave them hanging around and do not make them fresh for every order. Ours were cold!
