    Mac with burnt ends

This pop up served up great customer service and out of this work food. We had the burnt ends over smoked Mac and the nachos! So much flavor and just the right spice!

The Mac n cheese is delicious. The BBQ rib tips and pulled pork is tender and seasoned very well.

We discovered this restaurant on our way back from 123 Farm and were pleasantly surprised. My son…read moreabsolutely loved their baguette--he devoured the entire thing in one sitting! We ordered two bánh mì sandwiches (shrimp and lemongrass beef) along with an order of four fried egg rolls. Their fired egg roll option are only available in either shrimp or pork. They were tasty, but I would have loved to see a chicken option on the menu as well. One thing to note: jalapeños are automatically added to the bánh mì, so be sure to request no jalapeños when ordering if you're sensitive to spice. The seasoning and flavors in both bánh mì sandwiches were excellent, and all of the vegetables served with the bánh mì and egg rolls were fresh and crisp. In my opinion, it's often the little details like fresh produce that reveal the quality of a restaurant, and this place definitely delivered. We arrived around 7:30 PM and were a little concerned that we might feel rushed since it was getting close to closing time. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The staffs allowed us to enjoy our meal at a comfortable pace, and we never felt pressured to leave. The dining area had two TVs showing family-friendly programming--one featured a Vietnamese cooking show, while the other was airing FIFA coverage on a news channel. It created a relaxed atmosphere, and we enjoyed a calm dinner with our 3- and 6-year-old children after a long day at the lavender farm. I also tried the Orange Thai Iced Tea. It was refreshing, though I didn't really notice much orange flavor. There are two individual single-stall restrooms available, and both were clean. Families will also appreciate that high chairs are conveniently located near the sauce and drink station. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely return. Next time, I'd love to try their pho!

The bread was fresh, soft, but crunchy. The veggies were also fresh and I love the crunch of the carrots and veggies! The sandwich was also a good size. I didn't eat it at the location, but it looked nice and had casual seating available.

And compared to a chain place like Subway, I feel like I get better value for my money, esp on the 12" subs. For vegetarians, just one note on the veggie sub: add cheese and ask for extra seasoning or it's a little bland. You could also add pepperoncinis if you like a little heat. They have fountain drinks, plus some bottled ones like Snapple. There'a a good variety of chips to get a little crunch alongside a bready sub. It's a classic combo for a reason, right? I do have to take one star off for the soup I ordered last time. It was touted as a delicious broccoli cheddar and there was " only one bowl left!" I was too trusting LOL. It was very watery and seemed to have been a soup mix microwaved and served in a thin plastic container. Sigh. And my hopes were so high. Oh well. I'll keep coming for the good deal on subs (they also have specials based on the day of the week) and the small family business feel.

The tremendous demand for 'take-out' and catered events made taking staff to remain on-site to service and hand-full of tables impractical, versus using these staff to respond to rapidly increasing demands for take-out & event catering. I must say however, while my wife and I genuinely miss the dine-in opportunity we have enjoyed for here many years, we still call upon Italia Bella's wonderful menu to provide amazing take-out meals. Still, every bit as superb as enjoyed when previously dining in-house. In my opinion, this remains the place to go for the absolute best Italian dining one will find in the Inland Empire! Keep in mind...even Camelot didn't last forever. As such, I recommend you order take-out, or have these folks cater your next big event, and create the ambiance of your choosing, while enjoying a remarkably memorable evening of amazing Italian dining...you're welcome!

My son kept spitting it out (he's 2 but normally loves chicken). The pesto sauce was watery and bland and the pasta was so overcooked it was mushy and had big chunks of uncooked garlic. The meat lasagna tasted like it was boiled in toilet water and the meat was chewy. The chocolate cake was beyond dry and grainy. I'm so disappointed in the amount of money our family spent here. We never go out. :( I honestly don't know how this restaurant has 4.7 stars. I'm mind blown.

I hate the fact that I even have to write this review…read more My wife and I came to this restaurant about an hour ago with our 3 year old autistic son. He has several sensory and transitional issues and one of the things he struggles with in particular is sitting in a chair of any kind. However, he does extremely well with standing next to the table and playing with his toy cars so we didn't think there would be an issue. We were greeted right away and taken to a table in the back of the restaurant. Our server immediately asked if we wanted a high chair or if he'd be sitting in a normal chair, and we declined the high chair (as he abosolutely will start screaming and losing his mind if he's put into a high chair). She left to get us a couple glasses of water. While she was gone, my son alternated between sitting in my lap or standing next to me, quietly playing with his car. He then walked over to my wife (who was sitting across from me at the same table) and did the same. Around this time, the server comes back and tells me that the store owner has a policy that says my son MUST sit in a chair and is not allowed to stand. I'm sorry...what? We were pretty stunned and just said ok, and tried to put him in the chair at our table. Queue the IMMEDIATE meltdown/screaming, flailing fit that my AUTISTIC son had because he has a disability. My wife had to take him out of the restaurant and we had to switch our order to-go, and the whole time I felt like the staff was just staring at us, or at me once my wife and son left. Mind you, it wasn't like our son was running around the restaurant or causing a ruckus. He was standing next to us at our table, quietly regulating himself by playing with a toy. Unfortunately this restaurant chose to be discriminative against our son's disability. To the owner of The Haus Bistro, you and your staff should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm no lawyer but what happened tonight seems like it might be illegal and I fully intend on following up with legal counsel to determine whether or not our rights have been violated. I have never heard of a restaurant forcing its patrons to leave if they don't sit in a chair. We are locals and will be sharing this story with others. We won't be back and will be encouraging others to go elsewhere.
