Chicken Piccata ~ $29
Jean S.

This was my first time at Pedro's and we had a wonderful dinner! The restaurant was absolutely beautiful, including the dining areas, atrium, bar area, and even the shop and waiting area. There was a short wait when we arrived on a Saturday evening. The lady at the gift shop offered us some free candy from the candy bowls. When our table was ready, they brought us to a lovely table in the back room. I ordered the Pappardelle, which had oxtail and red sauce, and it was delicious. I tried a bite of the Chicken Piccata and it was also really good. The Super Special pizza had plenty of toppings, and drizzle of honey, and was good as well if you like pizza. Their complementary bread and herb butter was the best I've ever had. We ended up taking some home. We also tried some of the desserts, which were good. I ordered the Torta Cioccalato, which was a hazelnut semifreddo with dark chocolate ganache, and Oreo cookie crust. It was good but I was so full that I couldn't finish it. I also tried the spumoni, lemon olive oil cake, and butterscotch budino. They were all different but all good. Customer service was excellent. Most of the staff we interacted with were very friendly. We all had a wonderful, delicious dinner and were very impressed with our experience at Pietro's.

Finally got to try this place for our anniversary celebration with my husband! The restaurant is really spacious and beautiful inside. They also have a separate parking lot down the street if you don't mind taking a short walk. The bread and butter were delicious! My husband and I devoured the entire bread and even asked for another one to go. The bread was soft, fresh, and full of flavor. I ordered the pappardelle pasta, and it was pretty good. The pasta was cooked nicely with a good chew to it, and the sauce was flavorful. The portion was generous enough to share. Their side salads are also large enough to split between two people. We also tried the Prosciutto di San Daniele D.O.P. appetizer. While it was good, I felt like it was missing something. Maybe some fresh fruit for a touch of sweetness or a crunchy element to add more texture would have made it better. Also, we did notice in past pictures they offered this as a complimentary item for anniversaries (which we did not receive as complimentary lol). Our server was nice, although not overly attentive. The food came out pretty quickly, which was a plus. Overall, we had a good experience, and I would definitely return to try their pizzas next time!

First time at Pietro's - Horrible parking situation, but the food and service were great. We made reservations for a Tuesday night, and the restaurant was surprisingly busy. The restaurant itself is nice, but the parking infrastructure is terrible. This location sits between two hotels, which makes parking for restaurant guests feel pretty limited. You'll have to park across the street and literally jaywalk to get there. Not the most convenient setup, especially when it's busy. The restaurant is spacious but gives off a more intimate feel when you first scan the dining area. They can accommodate larger parties but I would recommend making a reservation, especially if you're dining with a group. FOOD Calamari Fritti - 5/5: The sauce was really good and complemented the calamari well. Vessura (Fried Zucchini Chips) - 5/5: The batter was light and crispy. Really enjoyed these! Pappardelle - 4/5: The oxtail was soft and tender. Catch of the Day Special (Salmon) - 5/5: Really good! Lasagna - 4/5: Good overall. Spumoni - 5/5: DRINKS Spanish Steps - 4/5 Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini - 5/5: Really good and perfect for the season! Despite the parking situation, we had a great dining experience. The food was good, the service was excellent, and everyone enjoyed their meal. I would definitely come back again!

We made reservations for my dear friends birthday. It was packed as usual. The reservations are highly recommended. We're sat in the patio area. They have beautiful string lights, plenty of seating and a fountain in the middle. It is nicely decorated and lit beautifully to enjoy a nice dinner. Our server was really nice and pleasant. Very professional. He gave us time to go over the menu. They brought out some warm delicious bread with butter. It was the best. What we ordered... chicken piccata 4/5, Salmon over risotto 5/5, eggplant 5/5. Spicy Rosa 3.5/5, old-fashioned 4/5. Must get the torta chocolate for dessert 10/5! Overall, great service. They all work together to take care of our table. We did not feel rushed. We enjoyed our time.

5 year anniversary with my wife and she chose here. I married the right one lol. Pietro's was great. I don't really go to Lodi too much but it's a nice area where this restaurant is located. My wife saw Pietro's on social media and I'm glad we made the choice to come here for our 5 year anniversary meal. Super busy, we had a reservation so wait was minimal but I can see waits being extremely long . I'm a bread and butter person but I limit myself usually so I can enjoy my dinner but my wife and I could not help ourselves with this fresh bread they brought us. Soft and pillowy with what tastes like a salt rosemary sprinkle on top and the butter soft and smooth. Next thing we knew we devoured the whole thing. (We asked for a loaf to go as well, wink wink). It was that good to us. The prosciutto and burrata dish was great as well. I love burrata, creamy cheese great for a lot of different things. The prosciutto was a bit thicker sliced than I'm used to but the flavor of the slices were great with the burrata and sun dried tomatoes in olive oil. I love cured meat, can't help myself ordering and I wasn't disappointed. I even ate it with the bread. The tagliatelle pasta dish was great as well! I know pasta dishes can be tart because of the sauce at times but not here. The meat sauce bolognese was great. Hearty tamari's flavor without the sour taste you get from other places. Pasta was fresh with a nice chew from the al dente prep. I really enjoyed this dish. We wanted to order dessert but was too full from bread and our orders. We're already planning another visit to try other things on the menu.

Happy birthday!

We visited Pietro's for the first time for my sister-in-law's birthday and this is a hidden gem! Apparently it's really popular on weekends so definitely call the reservations. As you walk up, you feel like you're entering a beautiful upscale restaurant with modern touches in Tuscany. Large wide-open dining spaces with beautiful modern design and a beautiful bar! Love that when you wait the hostess offers you a drink from the bar and brings it to you. I had a really delicious local Lodi Pinot Noir, my sister-in-law got the pear cocktail with cinnamon and wow it was so good! And they serve my husband and his brother their drinks promptly. The service is really great. If you do have any issues with birthdays or birthday cake just request a Manager. They had an interesting policy about not eating cake in the restaurant. But once we spoke with the Manager, things got sorted out. The food is insanely good! Worth every penny! I got the catch of the day with salmon and risotto and let me tell you I was in heaven so tender, flavorful and delicious! My husband got the ribeye which was cooked to perfection and brother and sister-in-law ordered their dishes that were also just perfection and delicious! Our server kept checking on us to make sure my sister-in-law's birthday was going great and it definitely was! I had an espresso martini that topped everything off, and it was the creamy one order that one! Overall, such a beautiful experience aside from the hiccup at check-in regarding the birthday cake they really redeemed themselves! We will definitely return. This is a great place for a date a family dinner or a celebration! I hear brunch pizza is amazing as well

What a fun beautiful Italian spot! Our waiter was Reggie who was terrific and very knowledgeable versed on the main menu, adult drinks and wines selections - we very much appreciated that! He was personable and made good recommendations on food options. I had a Mamma Mia, that hit the spot. Chef and our server Reggie all get 5-star ratings, we never had to request for anything and our drinks/water was always refilled. The outside patio with fireplace was just as beautiful as the inside of the restaurant. We decided to share dishes because we wanted to try a few things. Ceasar salad was light and fresh, small dish as expected. Salad was on the large side. Lasagna was to perfection. All pasta is of course freshly made. Chicken parmesan was delicious! The NY strip steak sandwich speechless, grilled and season too perfection! The star of the evening! Had a local vibe, but also intimate and romantic. We had no reservations, but I would suggest on making it the next time because I see they can be very busy any day of the week. One of the best authentic local Italian restaurants that I have been too. I could write a book, but rather let's just say 4 people stated "let's go there again tomorrow". The service, personal touch, food, wine and dessert were all magnificent and worth every penny. Till next time, thank you!!

My first time visit to Pietro's at their new Reynolds Ranch location (since their move in Nov 2025) and I was blown away by how gorgeous the restaurant, bar, atrium, and kitchen are! Elegant, spacious, and so well-designed that our table at the back room had privacy and a muted quietness yet didn't feel cut-off from the overall vibe of the restaurant. I imagine even the acoustics were accounted for in its build so that it wouldn't sound like a gym auditorium. My friends and I arrived around 9 pm on Saturday evening and were seated after a short wait. Both the waitress and assistant (?) kept a watch on our table so we were very well-taken care of. We all loved the warm focaccia bread and seasoned butter. Our entrees were delightful and delicious: chicken piccata was moist and flavorful, pappardelle with oxtail ragu was cooked perfectly al dente with a rich sauce, the super special pizza was covered in tasty toppings and slightly sweet chili honey on a chewy parmesean crust. We each chose a different dessert and those were all great in their own ways: spumoni, butterscotch budino, lemon olive oil cake, and torta cioccolato. I'm glad to know that the restaurant has been able to continue providing a similarly high quality of food and care that they've been known for for decades at their spectacular new location. I'm sure they gain new fans on a regular basis!

I came here for lunch. I made reservations for four of us. We arrived and found a parking spot just fine. It was just noon. I checked in and they seated us right away. We were lead to the bar area and sat in front of the bar. The table chairs were kind of weird, low seated and no backing on the chairs. One of my friends had not arrived yet. The assisting server got our drink orders and said or server would be coming by. I thought the bartender would come out and assist us but he never left the bar. There was no one at the bar at this time. I didn't see him make a drink for most of the time. Our drink orders came from somewhere in the back of the restaurant. It took for ever for the drinks to arrive. While we were waiting for our main server the last of my friends arrived. Soon after our server did too. She took my friends drink order and left, we had been catching up and didn't want to order before my last friend was ready. It was so weird that the last friend's drink arrived soon after but the ones we ordered 10 minutes ago hadn't arrived. Service was really slow here and it wasn't even that busy. Especially by the bar. Maybe 4 tables taken up. Our server was gone a long time before she came back to finally get our order. Our drinks finally arrived but one of my friends had gotten 2 drinks and the Arnold Palmer wasn't with our drinks. So when some random server walked by I asked them about it. It was great that we were catching up with each other because the food took a little bit and they didn't bring the food out at the same time. It was piece mealed which was strange too. Finally all of us were eating. Two of them had gotten a fried chicken plate and it was good. I got the fish special salmon over risotto and I loved it. The salmon was cooked perfectly. I was so happy the food was amazing as it usually is. One of us got the steak sandwich and I was surprised that it was bare. Just the steak and that was it. no lettuce or tomato and anything added. Kind of sad looking but the steak was really good. Had to have the server check on the Arnold Palmer and it finally came. The server rarely came to check on us. I had to always remind someone to refill my iced tea. I should of asked them when we were being seated to sit in the main dinning room instead of the bar area. I never sit here and I did make a reservation. The main dinning room wasn't full when we arrived. So disappointed in the service. I guess you live and learn to skip seating here. It would of been faster if we all sat at the bar itself since the bartender wasn't doing much and never left the bar. I'm sure the service would of been better. I didn't give them a 2 star because of the good food. But service was a 2 star . So lacking and not their standard.

The food was absolutely delicious. Very tasty. I love the sauce. Had a nice lemon flavor but very buttery. I like the pieces of bacon in this clamp pasta. Service was very friendly. I like that they kept our Waters refilled and they have endless sparkling water to pour. And the ambiance was absolutely gorgeous. Looking forward to trying this place out again.

Wow wow wow!!! The new location is absolutely stunning! Massive space, beautiful dining room, decent outdoor dining space and it was jumpin'. We were seated in the outdoor dining area at what is basically a tiny coffee table. Very odd choice considering the portion/plate sizes but I'm sure they have experience and know when you seat a two top at a tiny table you gotta hustle to clear plates. We sat down and noticed the previous guests check on the table. We called the kid who rushed us to our table to take it and he said "oh. I'm not allowed to touch that. Your server will take it asap though." Okay. Drink waitress comes to take our drink order and stares right at the check. Nothing. She leaves it. Our waitress arrives about 10 minutes in and starts with her speech and doesn't even notice the check until she's halfway through her speech. Indicative of the lack of experience with a very young staff. She tries to grab it as if we haven't been looking at it for 10 minutes. We order appetizer and salads and all 3 dishes arrive at the table at roughly the same time. No pacing, nobody watching tables to actually see when to fire orders. How am I going to enjoy a cold salad while the meatballs sit there and freeze? What are we doing exactly? I'm rather irritated at this point in this disastrous meal. We finish our salad and have no room to put these plates so it's now becoming a headache and I'm working my ass off to clear dishes. We ask dude if he can take the dishes and he says he will be right back. Crickets. Server drops off our entree and doesn't even think to grab the 5 empty plates. What. Are. We. Doing?!? I had to yell to her and ask her to clear plates! She doesn't. The food is really good. The meatballs, despite being ice cold now, have really nice flavor. A bit dense and heavy but not the end of the world. We split the veal saltimboca and sadly it was not good. The veal was not pounded thin so it's chewy and the bites are just difficult to eat. The prosciutto and sage were fried and placed on top as garnish. I swear it's supposed to be a stuffed veal dish but okay. What a terrible veal preparation because obviously it's supposed to be pounded thin and that seems to be an afterthought here. It's served with risotto and folks, that is not risotto. The watery sauce mixed with the broken veal sauce was just a mess. Come on! Do better! We finish our meal and I order an espresso shot. The server literally slides the saucer and cup on the table WITHOUT CLEARING THE DISHES!!! she just slides it into the pile of dishes and dips. So, I see the problem here. Y'all grew too fast and now they are doing so well that training staff or hiring experienced staff is not a priority. That's not how you operate a restaurant and definitely not a restaurant of this size. Manager needs to do some serious training cause this is an absolute embarrassment and completely uncomfortable dining experience. I get it. Everyone wants to be successful and run a profitable restaurant. But, you've also decided to slap the customers in the face to get there. This was really embarrassing and this is another example of why I hate when restaurants get too big and standards and quality is dismissed for profit. Damn. What a shame. Dreadful service, an IDGAF attitude by all the teenagers working here. Just not what I expected from a family owned shop that's been killin it forever.

Came here for an evening dinner. It was pleasantly surprised by the ambience. You are surrounded by an open kitchen, a well stocked, beautiful, looking bar with an immense selection of alcohol, friendly staff that seem to be bustling and hustling yet friendly. We were seated where we could see the open kitchen pretty well and it took a while for us to get our orders in but once we did got them back pretty timely seeing us how it was pretty busy. I tried the cioppino and was a little surprised it didn't come with a spoon, but it was delicious and pretty filling. I even had some leftover for a to go container. We came pretty close to closing, but we were able to get our food and drinks and didn't feel rushed. All in all is good experience and I will probably come back. The highlight was definitely the espresso martini and dessert. I got the gelato, caramel and chocolate, and it was a really good size and was really good taste wise. The espresso martini was strong and really good.

Ripieni

One of the absolute highlights of the meal was the Ripieni ($28), which is a rotating, handcrafted stuffed pasta featured as a "Chef's Choice" on the menu. Because it changes seasonally based on fresh ingredients from their pasta lab, you get a unique, kitchen-crafted special every time you visit, such as their incredibly rich spinach and ricotta tortellini. It is an absolute must-try, and I highly recommend asking your server what custom stuffing and sauce pairing they are featuring the day you dine! Also, perfect filthy martini Food 10/10 Ambience 10/10 Service 9/10
