Jay Boniface was one of the best car salesmen I've ever worked with. I wasn't sure I would even end up buying a new truck, and I can be difficult to work with since I only communicate by email and usually take a few months to make a decision. I also have specific requirements, and for a long time nothing came in that matched what I wanted. Jay stayed patient and kept emailing me whenever something became available. I was working with several dealerships in the same way, but every other salesperson eventually gave up. Jay never did, and that's the only reason I stayed with him. We saw vehicle we were very interested in. Saturday February 10th was an extremely busy day and only had a limited time to view the vehicle. We were greeted by Sameer he was pleased and showed concern and made sure we felt welcome. We looked at the vehicle it was getting dark cooler and raining. We asked to see some figures unfortunately we also did not come with much information on our trade. Sunday we had an appointment at a competitor "just to be fare" both identical vehicles except one was Buick one was GMC. We knew the GMC was less but we needed to see it for ourselves. We viewed the car, in Renton, and made an appointment to view the GMC. Price was lower and almost the exact same features just minor differences. We asked if we could come back Sunday. Sameer came into the dealership on his day off. He showed us more features and while our vehicle was the used car manager did his thing. Test drive was nice and we got a good feel. I bought a brand new GMC Denali ultimate Sierra 2502 years ago. I came back from a long boating trip seven days to my truck at the marina and it was dead. It took AAA quite a while to charge it up to even start because it's a Diesel. I'm very unhappy with how they treat you and Service # after you've already bought the truck. I'd be very wary of these guys. They try to sell you on 1,000,000 mile deal for Service # and it's all on this big screen and fancy and everything and they took up like two hours of my time when we told him straight up we don't wanna buy a service Repair. I would give these guys a zero star. I'd be worried about buying a vehicle here and thinking they're gonna treat you good after you need service. read more

We had a very poor experience here while trying to purchase a vehicle. The story is a bit long, but I think it's worth reading so you can determine if you are likely to have a similar experience. My wife and I negotiated an agreed on price for a used 2021 Kia Telluride SX, pending a clear pre-purchase inspection. We took the car into the local Kia dealer and paid for the inspection, when I returned, I spoke w/ the manager Terry about some concerns I had with the findings of the inspection. None of the findings were deal breakers, but I still had concerns (The coolant was low and it was leaking oil around an oil temp sensor). These most likely would not have become major issues, but a coolant leak could have potentially been hiding a head gasket issue and been very costly, because a leak may have been hiding within the engine. This is an EXPENSIVE vehicle for us, so I wanted to ensure everything was good before dropping big money on it. As I tried to express these concerns to negotiate price or find another remedy, Terry spent most of the time talking over me loudly and dismissing my concerns. He spent so much time doing this that I had to interrupt him and ask him if he was going to allow me to speak. He said things like, "it doesn't matter... if there's something wrong with the car the warranty will take care of it", "You guys either want the car or you don't", and that the odds of having a problem on this vehicle were the exact same as every other vehicle regardless of any findings from an inspection, which is obviously a blatant lie. I found his attitude extremely disrespectful. Because I felt disrespected, we spent about 5 minutes arguing on the sales floor in front of everyone. We finally came to an agreement that they would send the vehicle back to Kia to have the oil temp sensor and recalls fixed under warranty, and most importantly Pressure/dye test the radiator/coolant system to ensure it was holding pressure and that there were no leaks. I told them I would be willing to buy the car that day if they could pressure test the coolant system on site at their service department, they refused. A couple days go by and they text me that they brought the vehicle back to their lot while they were waiting on the oil sensor to arrive. I called Kia and confirmed this, but I also found out that they never received a request for a pressure test from Pierre. I tried calling Pierre multiple times that day to see if they would allow me to pressure test it myself if I brought a kit in. They never returned our calls. Maybe they were just extremely busy, but I suspect they were just ignoring us while they tried to sell the car out from under us; because at the end of the day they sent a text stating "this is a courtesy message to let you know we sold the kia". I try to be flexible, fair and objective. I know the business has to turn a profit and they need to make the most efficient sale they can. But the whole experience felt sleezy. We felt disrespected, ignored and lied to. IN CONTRAST, we ended up buying a similar vehicle from Kia of Everett. Over the course of 3 visits, we dealt with 3 salesmen, 1 mechanic, 1 service writer, and 2 managers. All of them were extremely understanding of our circumstances, friendly, no pressure, open and honest communication, and they were even willing to show us their costs for the vehicle to prove that they weren't taking advantage of us. We will be Kia Everett customers for life. read more

Just picked up my 2023 Sierra Denali 3500 that I dropped off for a water leak on the roof. Not only did I tell them where the water was coming from (roof antenna, common problem), I provided a video of it actively leaking water. What did they do besides run it under hose water to remedy the problem? Absolutely NOTHING. Just damaged my headliner and returned my truck back with the headliner hanging down on both sides of the truck. Literally could see the curtain air bags. I don't know what sort of repairs they're doing at this dealership but this seemed pretty straight forward! read more

My experience here was surprisingly pleasant. I say that because I generally hate the process of buying cars (who doesn't?). From the usual sales guy who is all about being my best friend and calling me "stud" or "boss," to the hard closer that comes in when you're not ready to buy and tries to make you feel stupid while giving you the "today only" price. And then, the finance managers. Ugh. Revord was different for me. Trevin was my salesperson and he was very cool. Not pushy at all. Listened. Answered what I asked with no redirect or spin. When it came time to discuss numbers, Jason was very straight forward and respectful of me as a person, even when I initially did not buy. When I ultimately purchased, the experience was pretty streamlined and the finance lady was cool too (Jenny maybe? Sorry). Everyone just seemed generally respectful to me as a person, not just an "up" that was there to get closed. It takes a lot for me to give 5 stars or 1 star, and literally the only thing keeping them from a 5 star was that they wouldn't give me quite what I expected for my trade. I did my research, I knew what it was worth, and we got somewhat close to the bottom of that range. With a little higher trade value, I would've probably given 5 stars. Overall though, I would definitely buy a brand new car here again. The advertised pricing was also lower than anyone else in town without a bunch of gimmicks. read more

Brought my truck in for some recall fixes and to replace a fuel sensor. As soon as I got my truck back, it had cranking issues and electrical issues that weren't happening before I brought it in for service. Did some of my own digging and noticed that my fuses had been intentionally unseated, which was causing all of my problems. Will not be returning for service. read more

Terry Flores IS A LIAR LIAR LIAR. In the process of me wiring funds for a truck, he informed me they had to 'pull it from the floor' due to a mechanical issue with the transmission. He continued his lie for the next 3 months, and another manager, Odie Johannesson jumped in and lied as well with him. Ultimately telling me, verbatim.... "Hello, Terry is off today, but with the time it has taken for the parts to be in production, we could no longer justify keeping the vehicle in our inventory. Our apologies. Hopefully you find another vehicle that works for you." This truck had less than 40k miles and was still under factory warranty. I had a feeling they were full of crap. I pulled a carfax. THEY SOLD THE TRUCK WHILE I WAS WIRING FUNDS AND LIED TO ME FOR 3 MONTHS STRINGING ME ALONG. Disgusting people. Stay away from Pierre Buick GMC of Everett. That is the name of their new dealership. I was all ready to give this place a great review. The salesman we worked with(Keith I think) was great. Really nice and helped us out. There was an issue with the AC fan and they agreed to fix it. I was also under the impression that they checked out the vehicle prior to it being sold. During the fix of the fan they messed up the tail gate. But they owned that also and fixed it. They get one star because this weekend the brakes went out. I had it towed to a shop and today they let me know that the front brakes are jacked up. They said someone slapped some new brake pads on there as a band aid to a larger problem. Now the calipers, rotors and whole system need to be fixed. Its gonna cost us over $600 and we have had the truck less than a month. From talking to the guys at the shop this issue has been there a while and only and idiot would miss it. So my advice don't trust there used cars. The people are great so a new car should be fine. But buyer beware on a used car. read more

They were very understanding and suggested I take it to the dealer to get checked. Unfortunately, I am very busy and was not able to get an appointment until today July 12th. At the shop they told me one of the wheels were bent. I called back Clyde Motors to aware them of the news. Terry one of the sales man there automatically started accusing me stating that I was lying and saying it was me that caused the problem. READ THIS before you buy anything from here. I was looking for a new GMC and went to this dealership for a test drive. We spent several hours there and things went OK just like buying a car from anywhere else. The story will end here without anything to complain if the transmission didn't fail the first day of purchase. We financed with them and had a payment down. I was pretty happy to drive my new car home. However, I saw this transmission service message (as shown in the picture) within an hour of getting the car! I just couldn't believe that I spent $30,000 for a broken car! My husband and I are running a small business, so basically we work 7 days a week, and we barely have any time to go back to them. So the horrible things happened a week after, when we went back to the dealership with this issue. My husband was pretty mad about this, and I assume most of the people will NOT have this kind of experience in their whole life. We would return this car if we were allowed to, but buying a new car is DIFFERENT. We had never dealt with such kind of a thing before, so my husband mentioned about extending the warranty for us, in case if something else happens. And this request got denied after a rude manager talked to us. So they changed the transmission control module for us, and my husband just couldn't believe that a significant part of this NEW CAR had to be replaced, and they repeatedly stated that it was a BRAND NEW CAR, even though there were 270 mi on the odometer when we purchased it. I didn't really care about this number to be a little high as long as it works properly. But the transmission failed in an hour, and the sales manager had an attitude towards us! I thought like, alright, at least we got the car fixed, and I was about to leave. My husband somehow talked to another customer about our bad experience. Another guy stopped my husband and said he wanted to see us in his office. I believe his name is Terry, and he was ABSOLUTELY RUDE to my husband. He said that my husband wouldn't have the right to stop anyone doing business with them. Swear to god, this is the exact thing he yelled to my husband: "I am smart, and YOU ARE NOT. You are a DIRTY PERSON". I couldn't even believe what I heard. He threatened that he would stop fixing our car and get it towed somewhere else, so that we would get out of HIS PLACE. He kept saying that this dealership was there for many years and had great reputation. I guess according to the US Constitution, everone should have the freedom of speech. My husband just told another person about our experience, and Terry just threatened to sue us? I mean, are you kidding? We were just tired of having further conversations with any of those guys over there, so we decided to leave. I wasn't extremely mad by this time, but the thing happened next just pissed my off. A week later, I got a call from them saying my license plates were ready to be picked up. So I went there the next morning before heading to work. The first person I met there was the guy who sold the car to me--Jack. I didn't really complain too much about him before this point, because he did his job. BUT, he told me that he let the front desk person mail the plates to me. He said, "They already mailed them to you, you should be getting them today or tomorrow." I was like, that's kinda weird...cuz dealers normally don't do that, but I just politely said "OK, thank you", and left. After a week, I still didn't have the plates. So I tried to call, and nobody answered. I sent an online message to them, and left my contact info, they said someone was gonna reach me ASAP. So... 2 days later, I called AGAIN, because nobody had ever contacted me in any form. The front desk lady picked up the phone and tried to figure things out. At least, she was pretty nice. She found my plates lying on their table and said sorry to me. I had to drive 15 miles there AGAIN to pick up my plates! That was ridiculous! So in conclusion, if you are just gonna buy a car and go, I don't see a problem with them selling a car to customers. But if you want to be respected when you need to solve problems, just AVOID them! My husband just got humiliated by those rude guys! I just can't believe what happened in the past a few weeks. I should be happy with a new car, right? I AM NOT, AT ALL. read more

If you're buying a used car definitely take it to your mechanic to check it out, they buy junk cars from auction and sell them for too dollar. I spent $26,500 and it's been in the shop since I bought it. The warranty isn't valid since it was originally sold in Canada, a week after I bought it I heard a exhaust leak $1800 to repair, after taking it to the car wash I discovered rust throughout $6000-$8000 for repair, Carfax said no accident, the front end has junk yard parts throughout with internal brackets bent and fiberglass cracked. I could have bought a 2020 right off the production line for the price I'm paying for this 2015 truck. read more

I was in a back and forth with a salesman about a vehicle I was unsure about. I mentioned that my mechanic would suggest repairs. I was then told that I would be able to get an inspection but only after 1) I agreed to sales numbers first (defeating the purpose of the inspection 100%) 2)Only used a mechanic within 10 miles of their business after learning I lived farther than that and 3) only after signing paperwork that said I would HAVE to buy the car if it passed the inspection. He called and they got him scheduled for 48 hours later- he was very impressed with their professionalism, follow up (he had dropped off the truck), and thoroughness in explaining what had needed to be done when he picked up his truck. Horrible experience, avoid this place! I walked in with preapproval ready to go. It was a Sunday so they said they needed to wait till they could confirm loan, OK, and then tried to pressure me into changing to third in-house loan people. I said no, I'm good I like my bank. So all the paperwork is done and its Monday, get a call saying they won't release my new car to me until the money wire hits their bank, or I could fill out a credit app and get a loan through them. So long story short, I bank through USAA and have been for 25 years, and they held the car for a week before they would release it, and made me feel like a criminal or they must really get a good kick back so they do it to force you to finance through them. I will NEVER go back there, what a joke of a stealership!!!! Wish there was a neg star rating, cause that is what they should get. read more

Beware of blatant bait and switch with this dealership. My advice, if dealing with Moe please contact the other stooge Terry before you think you have secured a deal. We contacted this dealership based on an advertised vehicle they had listed for sale as "in transit". We spoke with Moe on Wednesday who said the vehicle was available. Knowing salesmen will tell you what you want to hear we asked if he can confirm this. He went and spoke to his superior who told us it was available. We then asked if they would take full MSRP. After talking to his superior he said...Yes. We then told Moe we will take this vehicle and would be willing to put $70K down payment as good faith. He said because they didn't possess the vehicle they couldn't accept payment. So we asked Moe if he can confirm we are at the top of the list and he said...Yes. He then said in two weeks the vehicle should be in possession and at that time he could then accept payment. Three days later we looked online to view the vehicle and noticed the posted price had gone up by $10K. We called to ask what's going on and Moe gave the supply vs demand lip service to justifies the added markup. Then Terry texted us that he sold this vehicle today (Saturday). Wait what...I thought you couldn't sell the vehicle or even accept payment until the vehicle arrives. At the moment of this post, the vehicle is posted on GMC at $98K but on their website it is posted at $108K. If it was sold why is it even listed. I'm guessing they have yet to sell this vehicle and because they had "interest" in this vehicle they increased the price and they still yet to possess the vehicle. As a veteran, honor and integrity are very important and this dealership has neither of these. GM will be notified along with the WA Attorney General. read more

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited back in August 2018, with 47xxx miles on it. The sales experience was great, and I drove away with a car I loved. A little over 200 miles and two weeks later, the check engine light comes on. I call Clyde Revord and they recommend taking it to Rairdon Dodge as it will be under warranty. I find out that the Jeep is a Canadian import, and so will not be covered under warranty. I ok the repair work hoping that Clyde Revord will help me out with the $2,7xx bill. After numerous calls to the dealer I was shuffled around, promised they would into and get back to me next week. It has been almost six weeks since my first call and at this point I am going to leave a Yelp review to let others know what to expect if they run into a similar situation. Disappointing. read more
