We loved BagO Crab! The food is delicious and fresh. My son loved the robot delivery cat. Best crab in DFW in my opinion.

I am bringing this place's rating down. Just went and I was given a plastic fork and spoon. Like fast food but at a sit down restaurant. The salad that was served with my meal was literally a bag-o-salad from any grocery store and they threw on a cucumber slice and cherry tomato. I ordered the Cajun Fish and it was a little rubbery. Not as fresh as last time. I think this place specializes in crab/shrimp/crawfish broil in a bag. I haven't had that yet though. Waitress was very nice. It's a clean modern place with easy parking. Love this place!!!!! It's 10/10 every time. Always hot, fresh, and flavorful. The wings are ok. It's a little pricey but it's worth it.

Always get helped right away, and have amazing food. The only downside they have is I can't get anything in a half pound sizes. But beautiful fake fire light good for a date night. read more

Was really craving some authentic Cajun food and they fell way short. My husband had the bagged seafood which had a paste of seasoning all over it. He gave a 5/5. I had the fried fish/shrimp basket. Went here once on a Friday Afternoon, and we were 1 of 2 tables. Food was great, and fast! A little pricey but most good seafood is. Went again valentines night and the host stand had no organization as far as the wait. We saw several tables get sat that arrived after us. We said something and they sat us right away. Then the wait for food was insane but still delicious and to be expected so can't really complain! It was probably their first busy holiday. As far as consistency this place was on point so will definitely be coming back when crab legs are in my budget! read more

Service. Waitress took too long to first come to the table. Said you have no salad dressings but cole slaw. The tea tasted horrible like it did last time I was here. How hard is it to make fresh tea and clean the tea containers every day so the tea isn't bitter? Couldn't get rice fried vs steamed without a $4 up charge. Couldn't get soup instead of salad even if I was willing to pay an up charge. The amount of service was zero. I asked the waitress a question but she couldn't speak loud enough to hear so I had to ask 3 times. Pathetic. I was in a good mood when I came in but not now. We saw this place was having a soft opening. So we gave it a shot. First the place looks cool. Rotating light projected on the floor when entering and smoke looking led running across the dividing was between the booths. Very cool. It was Saturday night and we was seated within 10 minutes. The parking lot was packed and parking sucked. I ordered the combo#2 and my wife ordered the Clam Chowder and the fried shrimp with garlic fries. My seafood combo was very good. The clam chowder was good but full of bay leaves. It came to the table in a to go container. WTH???The shrimp was hand breaded and very well done but the fries sucked. Now let's go to the service. We had to ask for everything. Napkins, salt, pepper, silverware, extra seasoning everything. They have plastic cutlery and salt and pepper packets. The napkins are small and cheap and you have to use a lot. I asked for Louisiana Hot sauce and they do not have any!!! How can you have Cajun Seafood on the front of the building and not have Louisiana Hot Sauce!!! All in all it was good food the same as every other boil bag seafood place. The seasoning on the seafood was good. The cool part was the decor and the robots that brought your food. Hopefully they get better and use real silverware, real salt and pepper shakers, rolls of paper towels, bottles of catchup and get dam Louisiana Hot Sauce!!!! Honestly, I'm actually a little disappointed. I was so excited to find out they were opening in saginaw! So close to home. My son and I went for lunch a few weeks ago. Been craving crawfish. At that time crawfish was $13.99 a lb. We ordered a lb of crawfish, shrimp po-boy and the cajun fish plate from the lunch menu. The fish was dry and the mango salsa had no liquid to moisten the fish. Shrimp po-boy was not bad. Fries came out fresh and crispy. Now, let's talk about the crawfish. First off, I'm a die hard crawfish lover. I got the atomic sauce which was a mixture of all flavors. It was salty, and just wasn't what I expected. I couldn't even finish the little one lb of crawfish i ordered. I had high expectations and was disappointed at the end. read more

Our first time here. We were hoping that the food would be amazing. But we were very disappointed. The fried fish and fried shrimp was like frozen fish from the grocery store that you cook at home. It was over cooked and terrible. The coleslaw was loaded with the sauce that tasted like mayo. The atomic shrimp was overcooked but did have a good flavor. The rice was cold which cooled the shrimp quickly. We did tell the person at the front counter how everything was. He said he was happy for the feedback and they are trying to get better everyday. We might try the restaurant again in a month or so. The robot brought the food and the server placed our food on the table. Not a fan of the robot. read more

Walked in about 8:15pm on 8/30/24, the host was on the phone I assume taking an order or something. It didn't matter that much to me when had just left a pep rally (me and my cheer girls, 7) so we were chatting. We were just chatting no big deal. I saw a corner table in the bar area near the tv, saw the bar guy (white guy, kinda shoulder length hair, seem cool) and asked if we had to wait or could we seat ourselves in this section. He said we could then the black male, slender, tall "host" abruptly in our conversation saying "I'm the host there is a 15 min wait" I said well ok I'm talking to him and he pointed to the sign I said I see that I was asking about the bar area, he was so rude and walked to the table and dropped the menus I said ok I can sit there? Same bar table!!! All the while IN FRONT OF WHAT I LATER FOUND OUT TO BE THE MANAGER WHO KEPT APOLOGIZING NOT CORRECTING THE BEHAVIOR OR ASKING HIM TO STEP ASIDE FOR A BREATHER, NOTHING!! He also went off on another couple directly in front of the manager AGAIN! Then had the never to try to and talk about it being the customers fault because they are lacking in staff resulting in negative experience. I've been here before a few times but this was IT FOR ME!! I would quit or not show up too if I had to work along side of that negativity and rudeness! Keep such will definitely ruin your business in such a small area! We will, can and do DRIVE for good food, atmosphere and service!! Get it together!! Food arrived at separate times but was good, I promise if I walk back through these doors and get hit with THAT again I won't be so nice!! read more

Went in here today after going multiple times for my husband birthday ordered the combo 1 and asked for no sausages as we cannot have pork we asked multiple times to make sure our waiter heard! When our food came to our table we noticed there was still sausage in there we politely asked for it to be remade as we cannot even have the sauce cuz it was cooked in pork however the waiter came back in less than 2 mins with the same food where the sausage was just taken out the waiter told us he forgot to ring in the no sausage !! When we noticed it was the same food just dumped into a different bag we asked for our check and left ! Kinda disappointing cuz I loved this place and it sucks they don't consider customers religion. read more
