We had a great Sunday brunch at this restaurant. The cocktails were very good and featured local cranberries. The food was delicious and very well presented. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. And what a view of the beach and ocean to start the day. We'll definitely be back ti try dinner very soon.

Food here is absolutely delicious. Thoughtful presentation, generous portions and fabulous flavor. Stunning view of the ocean, it doesn't get much better than this on the Washington Coast!!

Located at the Adrift Hotel, this place is probably one visit and enough for me. The view is fantastic for a beach view brunch, but the menu doesn't have a ton of options and is missing its namesake of pickled fish. The food we did have was pretty good, but not spectacular. The bartender hadn't arrived yet for brunch so we couldn't get bloody Mary's but we did have mimosas. Service was alright and food came out promptly. Chowder was so-so. The fish and chips were massive and the one noteworthy thing about this place were their fries. Delicious and extra crispy thanks to rice flour.

We almost didn't eat here tonight because of all the bad reviews I was reading, but I'm glad we decided to go. The service was great and we got in after a short wait while our table was being bussed. The cranberry margarita was great, we decided to get it after the flight sampler from the attached distillery the restaurant gets the cranberry liquer from. We got one with a sugar rim and the other with salt. With the amount of tartness, sugar was the way to go. The boyfriend ordered the crab pie after the distillery worker, I forgot his name (Sorry!) suggested it. It was also delicious and not something we've had crab on before. I loved the lemon ricotta that was dalloped on the top. I ordered th rigatoni with sausage added. I wasn't sure on the coconut milk but I ended up really liking it. It was spicier than expected but we polished off the whole bowl. The place was pretty lively for 8pm. We just got to see the last vistages of the sunset and they had live music somewhere in the back that i couldn't see but it didn't interrupt us being able to hold a conversation. I would come back and try some other dishes on their menu.

We got sat along the window, the view was BEAUTIFUL! Service was great, servers were friendly and quick. Food tasted good but was a bit overpriced in my opinion. probably paying for the location and view. Steak was a little overcooked but nothing to send back, served with veg and mushrooms, thought it was odd it didn't come with a carb (potato of some sort) but maybe that's just what im use to getting with a steak meal. clams were yum and the bread that was served with it was perfect to soak up all that sauce. Freckles cocktail was delicious!

    Eggs Benedict perfect crispy potatoes.

Really great eggs Benedict although they used ham instead of Canadian bacon. We're not eating as much now so it was good to split. Potatoes were great but were trying to reduce carbs so . . . Fabulous view in an eclectic room. Service was good, we were there at a slower time so we probably benefited from that.

Small restaurant located on top floor of the A Drift hotel. It's a small dining room and kid friendly (there were multiple families and little kids in here) it was not busy on a Friday night around 5:30. All seats can get a pretty good view of the ocean! We ordered steamed clams=A+ even my 6 yr old who was scared to try loved them and ate half the order The mushroom risotto=A, warm comforting just needed a little more lemon and salt And the wagyu burger was also very good the fries are interesting and covered in some kind of flour that was extra crispy! Good gluten free options.

I really wasn't expecting anything from Pickled Fish, seeing as to how it is part of the awful Adrift hotel, but I was very impressed with everything! I came here to see one of my favorite bands, and made a mini vacation out of it, staying at the Adrift hotel. The Pickled Fish staff is extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was seated immediately, and was brought water right away. The clam chowder is superb, easily among the best I've ever had. I was also very impressed with the cheddar fondue, particularly with its silky smooth texture and complete lack of grittiness. The steak Diane was also extremely good. Very generous portion size, cooked perfectly, and deliciously flavorful. As a concert venue, Pickled Fish fares pretty well. Some seats have zero view of the stage, so if you want to see the performers, be sure to let the staff know that you're there to see the show. Pickled Fish is a really great restaurant. I just wish the rest of the hotel was up to the same standard.

Came for dinner. Food was delicious and view of the sunset was perfect. The waitress was prompt and pleasant and has good recommendations. Will come again for breakfast, they have a brunch menu that i want to try. The dessert i would definitely order again. So gooood. Came back the next morning for brunch. Also very delicious. Limited menu choices but food quality was good. Probably one of the best hollandaise ive had. I got the spinach benedict. Wouldve liked to see more toppings on there like tomato and avocado but still tasted very good, would recommend!

Went to Picked Fish for lunch and ordered the Fried Rockfish (which is a fish and chip) meal that comes with tartar sauce , ketchup, and lemons. The fish was perfectly fried and the French fries are exactly how I like them. Thinly cut fries. Overall the food was pretty good. The service was excellent. They were friendly and quick to get us to our table. The ambiance of the restaurant is really nice. I was seated near the windows where you can view Long Beach and the ocean, which made the experience really nice. The inside of the restaurant reminds me of a bar/ pub where it's mostly wooden. Overall my experience at Pickled Fish was excellent. I would recommend coming here if you are staying at the hotel.

We ordered a large, hot Chai, a cold, medium Chai and a large, iced caramel quad shot latte. We also asked for two slices of warmed banana bread with Honeycomb butter. The banana bread was delicious, but not warmed. My friend's daughter ordered the waffles with berries. The berries were fresh, the waffle was a little in the extra crispy side, but she wanted everyone to know the whipped cream was really tasty. I ordered the shakshuka. I have only ever seen them make it on the Food Network and have always wanted to try it. It was served piping hot with four small slices of toasted baguette. It was unbelievably flavorful and so delicious. My only complaint is the eggs are supposed to be jammy/runny and mine were very over cooked. However, it was still sooo good! Probably could use another six slices of baguette or just a while one altogether, to finish the meal. I had almost 3/4 of it left and no way to eat it. My latte came hot and large, but when I asked them to remake it because I don't drink hot coffee and asked for it iced, they remade it cold and small. Both of the people drinking chai said it had no flavor and was like drinking white water.

But: I just had probably the best clam chowder I've ever had. More clams, big chunks of clams, than potatoes......and somehow even tender, yet still identifiable celery? For real, I'd eat a gallon of that chowder. I almost took some to go. Fortunately, I went a bit jiggy with my fried prawns.....and got the 10pc! Like the chowder, the prawns were beyond excellent. Lightly breaded, tempura, almost. The breading actually had body and flavor....it isn't window dressing! And the prawns were very big, very juicy, and absolutely the perfect level of done.......a revelation among prawns, for sure! The sauces didn't taste like they came off the food service truck either. Both the tartar sauce and cocktail sauce were exemplary. The added coleslaw was bright and crisp with just a hint of malt vinegar.....a perfect dressing!
