Well we had the captain pizza it was eeally good. But see pics of seats we didn't want to sit down so not ok for a business put some profet back into the most important part of the place where every person sees and sits that comes in man if o was the owner or manager that would make me ashamed! The paper menus (see pic) were stained and dirty.... there needs to be these two things fixed! Manager/owner....really?

Pretty great place. To be fair I have only walked in and got pizza. But I've done this probably 20 times. Pizza is great, the best I've had in the area. Service is great too they know how to still fill orders for food even when they are busy. I come to Long Beach about 4 times a year and I always get pizza every trip.

    Looks vary good,

Vary good will buy again!! Best calzone in years, Lovely environment inside good place to stop

Pepperoni, bell peppers and pineapple with no sauce.

Tastes great, sweet and salty. Perfect combo. Place is nice and the people are friendly.

First time here but it won't be my last. Definitely hoping - although waitstaff was on it. Drink order was taken quickly and delivered just as fast. Ordered Nachos to share & they were tasty.

Pizza and a beer hit the spot after a long day of claming

This is a very cute dive type bar. Sorta "cheers" like, where everybody knows your name. The staff wasn't the friednlyess but they did ok. The menu is small we got the seafood pizza and oh my god it was amazing. However when the bill came the large pizza was 40.00$. The menu is deceiving with pizza price. Listed the price of a small and medium all squished together and the large is right next to the medium price so we thought it was 28.00$ until the bill came. Techinically on the menu the large pizza price is not even listed, so they can literally charge whatever they want. SUPER SCAMY if you ask me. We mentioned it to the server and she laughed at us and said "yea a lot of people complain about that". THEN FIX THE MENU, Wtf!! Overall Id go again but just make sure I ask prices before ordering.

We had an excellent dinner on the patio with our pup! The 100% allow dogs in outside area. Service and food was great. We will be back.

Are there actually tables to eat at inside and are families with children ok to eat inside?

There are tables inside to dine in. Unfortunately it is a bar so 21 and over only. There are many options in town for families.

We arrived before 5:00 pm, and it took a while to even put an order in. Even though we were sitting in the bar and there were a LOT of servers/bussers/etc. We ordered the Mushroom burger, the Chicken Bacon Guac burger and the Prime Rib Dip. Let's start with the pros - the Chicken Bacon Guac burger was pretty good! But the Prime Rib Dip had something like shredded meat on it, not sliced meat. So, when you dipped it in the Au jus, chunks of meet fell into the Au jus. Be ready to fish them out with a fork! The Mushroom burger was an exceptionally thin burger. Our server asked how we wanted it cooked. But it didn't matter. A burger that thin was coming out well done, no matter what. It had mushrooms on it, but not many at all. And we ordered the Cajun Tater Tots. Tonight, it was just like someone cooked tater tots, then shook some seasoning on them, and maybe the lid fell off the seasoning? They were drenched in some kind of Cajun-adjacent spice. We had recently been telling visiting guests that the Lost Roo was the one consistent, reasonably priced restaurant on the peninsula. We're going to have to stop telling people that now. Sadly, it'll be a while before we go back.

I would say try the local beers on tap but I'd be lying again (they have 5+ on rotation, maybe all the time idk but tonight they have 5 and the ones I had were fantastic and tried a couple more tasters). If you're going to stay by the water you should come here for two reasons..... 1 )the atmosphere is cool and relaxing with great music from the 70s - early 2000s, and an amazing patio (I came in a Sunday night and it was "slow" [what I expected from a Sunday night]) 2) the bartender is awesome. Not sure what nights he works tho. His name is Pain I think. Without a single clue what to do in Astoria (first time visitors), we parked for $10 in the Port of Astoria lot on the west side of town. It was a warm day, and we were hungry, so we took to Marine Drive to look for breakfast and this was the first place we saw. It says they serve it all day. I don't think they have their own lot but street parking doesn't seem to be a premium here. Later on, we discovered that this place also made the vet staff's recommended list which was a happy coincidence. It says on the door that they don't have public restrooms, which they don't, but they do have a men's and women's restroom for customers. Nice ambiance with the nautical theme and some slot machines (is gambling legal in Astoria?). I particularly liked the piece they took from a real ship called Raven and perched a fake raven on it on the wall. Makes the little goth in my heart happy. You order at the bar and the lady who took it wasn't the friendliest. P told me in retrospect that service was slow and she had a bit of an attitude when I asked him whether this place warranted a 4 or 5. I guess she did, but all I noticed was how good the food was! The workers breakfast for $14 is outstanding! The sausage patty is luscious with a nice bite of heat. They make your eggs perfectly and they cook their potatoes skin on in a skillet that leaves the edges with a nice crisp flavorful crust. You need the toast (we both ordered dry wheat) to mop up the egg and eat with the sausage to fill you up. Honestly, haven't had a breakfast where every single element of it was all of great quality. Plus, it's an almost perfect portion of food. I know I want to go back if I can just convince P to ignore the attitude. Another cool local hangout. There was a jolly bunch of older men drinking, laughing and chatting that provided an awesome soundtrack to our visit.
