The food was delicious and fresh and the delivery was quick. He is my issue. The delivery person did not give us any utensils. No napkins. No sauce. The sauce, I can forgive. Tge napkins maybe. Ordered on GrubHub at 6:27pm, came to the restaurant to pick up at 6:45, but the doors were locked and the employees behind the counter wouldn't dare to even acknowledge me. I called and told them I was outside and ready to pick up, and they had no idea what I was talking about. I'm put on hold, and almost immediately after I get an email from GrubHub that my order was canceled by the restaurant. A different person then comes on the phone and says they don't take orders after 6pm and she is clearly uninterested in having any further conversation about it. So no one at PUS bothers changing their hours on the takeout apps? I find it difficult to believe this was only happening to me. And all those employees still inside don't bother seeing that they have a GrubHub order that even needs to be cancelled until I come up to the door and call? Peasant food. No one should eat this if they are given the choice. The beef tastes like it's been frozen for 3 years then reheated and cooked in sour milk and soy sauce. The chow mein is absolutely without a doubt the worst I've ever had. Didn't finish the take out portion. The sauce is too sweet and it's not seasoned. My mouth tasted like celery and molasses for 2 hours after I had my 5 bites. Significantly worse than even Panda Express. If Panda Express is equal to in and out (hypothetically for purposes of this review) then pick up Stix is 1 day old McDonald's left out in the sun, put in fridge, then reheated. Disgusting. Very over priced for the portion sizes!!! A family meal for $24.99 without a doubt does not feed a family of four. They do offer wonton Wednesday .35 per cream cheese wonton. They also send out email coupons buy one get one free, which is a deal. I do like their house chicken and sesame chicken salad. The ginger dressing is amazing. This location is offers a very clean dining room and patio eating area. The parking can be crazy at times especially during lunch and dinner times. I absolutely love their beef & Broccoli, it's always fresh, filled with so much beef and vegetables and they also add in different vegetables when you request it in the app which is a bonus! I also usually order Grilled Teriyaki, Chicken Dumplings, and Drunken Noodles and of course they never disappoint with flavor, choices and how fresh the ingredients are. Used Doordash for our delivery. Yesterday had to put my 15 yr old puppers down. So we ordered out tonight. Have 6 ppl to feed but of course mine was the worst. Ordered Mongolian Beef. The beef overcooked to the point it was dry and chewy, the white onions overcooked and the green onions looked like strings of over cooked spinach. And of course once we handed all foods out they are closed. Its really gross! Im also a chef. Where was the expo? Who checked for quality?
