I've come to Pich on several occasions and the food never disappoints! Pich is a spacious restaurant that is great for drinks & links and catching up with friends. They have outdoor seating and indoor seating, and a live DJ. The waiters are friendly. Taco Tuesday is always a hit! The salmon was good too. Overall, definitely give this spot a try!

I loved this place, we got there a little early so we sat at the bar until the rest of our party got there. The bartender was super nice and we had a great conversation. When the rest of our party arrived, we were seated and the service was fantastic. The food was so good and they had bottomless mimosas, which is my favorite thing ever. They also have hookah and a patio area in the back, I will definitely be back whenever I'm back in NY.

The food always hits the spot! Taco Tuesday this is the place to be but honestly when is it not the place to be. Everything in the menu slaps! I've had it all 2+ times and it always tastes as good as the first time. They have a happy hour that is unbeatable. Two words rum punch. See you in the morning. The service is great. If you are in a rush mention that because they are relaxed and want you to stay awhile. The ambiance is nice and they have an outdoor area!

10's ACROSS THE BOARD!!! So happy to experience this place due to joining a run club called Peak & Pace. They held their after run social here. The place was very welcoming for the overload of guest that were arriving. They were attentive and ready to take orders and serve drinks at the patio bar. The DJ was spinning all of the good music! I literally had so much fun. Let's get into the grits..... 100/10!!!! The Shrimp were cooked to perfection. & Those creamy grits.... Oh mannn I wish I could have some right now!!!! Soooo good sooooo good!!! I want to try the whole menu after the taste of the shrimp and grits.

I really like the happy hour here. It's been a while since I've visited but they have themed nights like karaoke which is super fun. The bar is pretty small so if you wanna seat during happy hour you should go early! Their food is tasty and they can get packed.

So disappointed. Came here for dinner today and the food was cold - like why???? Then the food came out before the drinks. No water when we sat down- I had to pull a bottle of water out of my bag. I had to grab utensils from another table. 30 minutes later still no drinks. We sent the food food back and after 20 minutes they bought out the same food - they put it in the microwave. (Can't make this up). This was my go to spot NOT anymore!!! This is why restaurants don't stay open. 34 minutes later they said the server went to buy lychee for the martinis we ordered. Come again?!!! 50 minutes later still no lychee martini. They decided to give us rum punch instead. I'm sooooo disappointed. The DJ was soooo good. The food tasted good but was cold. What restaurants don't understand is people go out for the experience. Today they failed.

My glass of melted ice after waiting so long

we sat for an hour and twenty minutes.... it took long for the server to address us, it took long for our drinks to arrive. 50+ minutes after getting the drinks the food came and it was cold. Both our starter and meal came out the same time. The wings were hard and cold, the salmon and mash were cold. we were given cups with ice when the server finally got to us and by the time our food arrived the cups of ice were water. When we arrived it would've been nice to have been told the wait time would be long. That we'd have a choice then and there whether or not to wait. He never checked on us. He even rushed through our ordering. And yes! we ate the food because we were hungry.... cold and all. there were no apologies for the late food. Nothing. I would not come here again. there was another server there, a female, who kept looking our way but she never addressed us either to see if we were ok.

Came here to celebrate Mothers Day with my Family. The service and wait times for food was absolutely terrible. Not that I wanted to time anything took about 25 min to get water/drinks and then an additional 45 minutes for the first appetizers to come. The staff was friendly and apologetic for the delays but they were excessive. The cocktails were excellent had the pineapple coconut margarita and a guava mimosa. The food left a ton to be desired, the seasoned fries lacked any significant amount of salt. The fish cakes were quite good. The main brunch dish chicken and waffles were missing flavor. The waffles were chewy with no real taste and the chicken could have used some more seasoning. The vibes inside were good with the DJ and the staff being great but the food has to improve

I cannot say enough good things about PiCH! We went as a large group of about 18 on a Friday night and had such an amazing experience. There was a DJ playing great music and the ambience was overall so fun and lively. The servers were all so sweet and attentive. There were so many great dishes to choose from and we all loved everything we got.

Our Waitress sucked. I honestly don't even remember her name. She didn't want to be there AND forgot to put our food order in. The place wasn't even crowded. There was another girl who wasn't our server but she might as well have been. And that's why I'm giving 4 stars. She was great, funny, helped us with menu items. Her name is Tati and she needs a raise. The music was nice, alot of 2000s hip hop and r&b. Older crowd. The food was good. Nothing amazing. I enjoyed the mussels and my friends pasta. The crisp on the fish was wonderful. The taste could use more flavor but it was still tasty.

Some friends and I met up here for brunch to catch up. Two of us ordered the chicken and waffles and one of my other friends ordered the chicken and sorrel waffles. We all agreed that the waffles were good. However, the chicken lacked flavor. Besides that minor issue customer service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. It's a nice cozy place and the DJ wasn't bad. I will definitely return on another day to try something else on their menu.

I will be back to give Pich another try. The upstairs was lively with a great musical selection and patrons looked like they were having a good time. I went there for a private event which was held in the lounge and it did not meet my expectations. However kudos to the servers. They handled the parties orders smoothly and the food came out fast. Unfortunately my issue had to do with the kitchen. My wings were cold. Tasted like they were premade and tossed in sauce,no crisp to it and they lacked flavor. One order of fries was cold while the other was piping hot. The salmon bites were tender and flavorful..truly a crowd fav. The pork chop dinner was ok and the mac n cheese was very oily.

We wanted to have after-dinner cocktails in a chill space, so we searched on our phones & saw Paradise Lost address via Google. We proceeded to walk down & was unable to find the establishment due to their being no front sign. After walking back & forth a few times, we saw another group walking towards the door & they confirmed the place. We walked inside the front door pressed a "doorbell" & lo & behold we gained entry after the previous group went inside. Definitely an incognito entrance. Once inside that door there is someone to greet you, & take your information. There is a forest/ grass/ jungle-looking foyer/ hallway we walked down to get to the next door. Before we knew it, we were near the "Paradise Lost No Vacancy" neon sign w/ an arrow pointing towards the snake-shaped knob door. It gets opened & a supercool speakeasy awaits.... Paradise Lost has mixed style table / seating arrangements throughout the place. A bar seating section, booth-style seating area, lounge- style seating area, etc. We got there a little after 7pm, so the afterwork crowd was in full swing. Paradise Lost has interesting atmosphere. At times a Gothic / Medieval Vibe, meets place w/ shipwreck decor, meets eleganct /club vibe w/ beautiful ceiling lighting, etc. Music played in the background. Staff are friendly, energetic, & attentive. We were pleasantly overwhelmed w/ the vast selection of tiki cocktails that were on the menu. Paradise Lost also have an intimate selection of snacks/ food menu items. This included Popcorn, Tater Tots, Devilled Eggs Rangoon Dip, etc. We ordered some cocktails served in unique tiki mugs & a bucket of popcorn to munch on w/ our drinks. The popcorn is flavored w/ Sea Buckthorn & Browm Butter, which gave it an special flavor profile. Our cocktails were well-prepared & nice & strong. Paradise Lost has individual unisex bathroom stalls & a communal vanity & sink area. The bathroom stalls have spooky voices coming from a speaker as you use the bathroom. I was so humorously taken aback, it had me laughing when I came out...Definitely a different thing to experience in the bathroom - lol. Before we left we watched one of the bartenders do a cocktail "fire" presentation for some patrons in a booth seated area. Wow.... Paradise Lost accepts walk-ins only, no reservations. Paradise Lost accepts groups of 8 or less, unless you are requesting to book the space for a private event. Ages 21+ paradiselost.nyc @paradiselostnyc Paradise Lost is open everyday - 5pm-2am.
