She came back with cranberry , we asked for water she brought o e not two for the both of us , we asked for small plates for our food which just came and she brought to go containers instead . When we started ordering the food they didn't have fish for tacos they didn't have steak for tacos and no pork I believe as well . She said the mozzarella sticks were really good . Then they come a they are just plain simple out the bag ones with sprinkled dry parley on top. We asked for sprite they were out of sprite as well and this place got the damage audacity to apply an automatic 18 percent gratuity when she would have been lucky to get 5 bucks that service and lack of viability on a menu that had like 8 items on it as is !!' And the tacos as you can see in the picture the zero effort of pre shredded cheese , and smallest tacos shells ever 3 for 18$ not worth at all Won't come back for sure .

This was my second visit this year and they are always so gracious, and welcoming, Sal who is one of the owner always greets us and remembers our visits and special requests. The restaurant is beautiful, looks as new as the day it opened. All of the staff are well trained and you feel like you are being taken care of like a Michelin Star restaurant. Our waiter Artale was very nice, patient and did not rush us. We had as appetizers the Green Apple Fennel Salad, corn scallops and the King Prawns. All were excellent and colorful. For entrees we had the Deconstructed Beef Wellington, Miso Glazed and sesame crusted Halibut, with a side of Truffle Cauliflower Mash Potatoes. For desert we had the Peanut Butter Cup and the Apple Cider Zeppoli. Everything was presented well, tasted great and had the perfect temperature. I would highly recommend Terina for a great experience. I will be back again.

From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm, showcasing exactly how a restaurant should treat its guests. The staff, culinary team, bartenders, and servers (Luis) all contributed to an outstanding dining experience that we'll cherish. The ambiance was vibrant yet cozy, perfect for a celebratory gathering. Toward the end of our meal, the owner came over to check on us, which added a personal touch that made the evening even more special. He even joined us for a celebratory shot, toasting to our family milestones. We kicked off our evening with a round of expertly crafted cocktails: *French 75 *Maple Old Fashioned *Terina Basil *Testa Rossa (mock-tail) We started our culinary adventure with a few appetizers that set the bar high. *Grilled Baby Lamb Chops *Calamari Fritti *Burrata with Pistachio (show stopper) Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, our entrees arrived: *Braised Short Ribs *Glazed Halibut *Surf and Turf (chef made a special plate) We saved room for dessert, and I'm so glad we did. Each sweet ending was a heavenly experience: *Amarena Cherry Cheesecake *Apple Cider Zeppoles *Chocolate Mousse Every course left the table empty, a testament to how delicious everything was. Our experience at Terina was one of those rare occasions where everything from the food to the service was impeccable. Terina is an absolute must-visit.

Not because of how good it is but because of how it's served. Not on your classic bun but on something even more delicious: an English muffin. No other place I know serves a burger like that and you know what? It works. It is so delicious and juicy and just plain good! Been coming here for a long time and will definitely be coming more. It's one of my favorite bars in Brooklyn.

The decor is over the top in the best way. Trains running around the ceiling, lights, signs, decorations hanging everywhere. Classic old school tavern feels all the way. The menu is full of classic bar food with great prices. They do use English muffin buns for the burgers which actually works, easy to get to the beef patty. I liked the char on the burger, gave it that smoky grilled bite that hits, but I asked for medium rare and got medium well, so the temperature was overdone, made it a bit dry and less flavorful than I wanted. The cheese slice was thin too, could've used more punch, but flavors still hit. Service was nice and attentive, but kitchen can be slow, so don't come in waiting super hangry.

It is time for an Ecuadorian lesson.. shall we? Let's break it down:…read moreDefinition: "Chuzo is a brochette or skewer of marinated, grilled meat with bold seasonings, classic sides, and the unmistakable flavor of Colombian street food." "Bar" well we all know what that means, "vamos, vamos, vamos!" Since my first visit last year, I was hungry for more deliciousness and decided to go with Yelpie friend, Sharon for brunch. Bar Chuzo has the restaurant and bar attachment which is where we dined. I happen to like the bar room for dining, it's charming and quieter for a Sunday brunch. Bar Chuzo offers really nice Brunch selections from ceviche, salchipapas, tuna, steak and apps from delicious fries, calamari, crab, plantain chips, croquettes and so much more. Here's what we ordered: Apps- Plantain chips( dinamita !) with a side of salsa verde. Yuca Croquettes with Yuca, Chihuahua cheese, and uchucuta sauce( green herb chile sauce with nuts) Dinamita number two! Two different brunch menus, Menu 1 offers apps, sides, entrees, cocktails and desserts. Menu 2: Bottomless Brunch for 90 minutes choice of Margaritas for $35 or Mimosas for $30. Mains: Crab cake Benedict consists of sunny side up egg, crab cake, potato cake, uchucuta hollandaise sauce, crostini and Chuzo salad. Sharon enjoyed it very much.Dinamita number three. Chicken Chuzo: Brasa marinated chicken skewers, Andes Ecuadorian corn, yuca croquettes. There are two skewers with three pieces of chicken on each, scrumptious, loved the taste of the chicken, the croquettes ( yuca again) nice accompaniment and the corn was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend! Dinamita number four. Cocktail: Mango peach sangria hit the spot! Service: Gabriella is a great, professional and accommodating server. Absolutely wonderful and knows her stuff! Dinamita number five. There are delicious desserts as well but too full. The portions are generous and this meal for me was lunch/dinner. The vibe here is chill with Latin music seeping into your veins. 'Mis felicitaciones al personal!' ( my compliments to the staff). Bottomless Brunch: Saturday and Sunday from 11:30am- 3pm Lunch Monday-Fri 12-4m Dinner: Mon-Thurs 4-19pm. The wait staff was equally charming and attentive and we were directed to the QR code for the menu immediately. It was late afternoon so we opened the Happy Hour menu and it was surprisingly comprehensive. There were cocktails and specialty drinks all discounted for happy hour and a surprisingly large happy hour food menu. The cocktails were excellent (be sure to order a Crystal if you enjoy gin, or an espresso martini which my wife said was excellent) and we ordered Guacamole and chips and oysters which were à la carte and very reasonably priced. My wife doesn't care for oysters so I just ordered a couple for myself. They were beautifully presented on a bed of ice with a fresh lemon, a fresh spicy green mixture instead of horse radish and a sweet but spicy hot sauce. They were wonderful. The guacamole came with home made chips that were thick and well done so they held up to the guac very well. The guac was delicious and a bit chunkier than other places but the texture was wonderful with the thicker chips. For an entree, we chose Chuzos, skewered and grilled chunks of meat (chicken for my wife and NY Strip Steak for me) marinated and grilled to perfection. Both entrees came with large kernel corn which I had never tried before and yuca croquettes, also my first time. The corn was delicious but the kernels were a bit more like beans rather than the corn kernels you might be used to. The yuca croquettes were delicious and probably indistinguishable from potato croquettes in case you are worried you may not enjoy yuca. We actually finished neither entree and the kitchen packed our leftovers carefully for today's lunch (there was PLENTY left over). There was a nice dessert menu but we'll save that for another time. I cannot say enough good things about Bar Chuzo. The staff was friendly and attentive but not hovering or rushing. The food and cocktails were excellently prepared, reasonably priced but not cheap and the dining rooms were beautifully decorated. I will DEFINITELY be back to Bar Chuzo and if you haven't been, I urge you to check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Strong, so many flavors, and you can smoke for hours and the flavor is still there. Not only is the hookah amazing but the service is outstanding. The owner is a sweetheart and makes sure the customer is 100% satisfied not only with the hookah but the environment. He gives his general opinion and doesn't want to take advantage of people. He literally told us not to waste money and to get the ice hose because the regular hose has ice in it. The people that smoke there are so sweet and yes, you will get carded so have a form of ID with your date of birth. The Moroccan tea is very good, and to smoke pomegranate mixed with anything is not going to disappoint. If you don't want to spend the five dollars on the ice hose there regular hookahs have a little ice cooler inside that makes the smoke come out cold. If you want it cold the whole time your there get the large ice and pay the five dollars. The guys are always coming around changing the coal. You can stay there as long as you want and you are not feeling rushed to leave. I always get hookah special on the fruit but this time I got regular and I LOVED it! This place is a must come to smoke hookah. The owner is an amazing cook too, cant wait to come back and try his Yemen style food! Highly recommend coming here. We ordered to regular hookahs, 1 Morocco tea, two waters, and a gingerale. It came out to 31 dollars. So with tip $40 well spent.

Came in as a party of two on a rainy Sunday for their brunch menu and was quickly seated and served. Waiters/waitresses were very attentive and quick to give us menus, waters, take our orders, and clear our empty plates when we finished the app/food. Definitely has a pub/sports bar vibe with bar seating and multiple screens broadcasting pretty much all the sunday NFL games. But they also had ample seating for larger parties and families and it definitely seems like a place that locals visit often. The food was great, though we wouldve liked to try the chicken empanadas if we noticed it on the menu early. Oh wells, maybe next time!
