This place has some of the best food around. Burgers are the best in Bay ridge. Wife and I like the chicken wings without sauce so they come super crispy the. We get the sauce on the side. Calamari is very good. Beef skewers are delicious. Almost everything I've had there is great. I am writing this review because one of their special the other night was a Pat lafrida filet mignon which is probably one of the best steaks the wife and I have had in years. It was so tender you could cut it with a fork. They seasoned it with salt and pepper which was perfect they sliced it for us since they knew the wife and I were splitting it. Definitely will be back for this steak. Amazing!.. Service in this place is always amazing. The bartender and the wait staff are always very attentive. The vibe of the place is very lounge like and that's not normally my thing but when the food is this good I will go. They have live bands on certain nights which really add to the overall experience. When you first walk in the space is so cozy and welcoming. The furniture is arranged where no one is feeling cramped and you can get a small table for 2 or grab the long table and fit 6 or sit by the bar. The decor is so fun and chill. The service and staff are so nice, too. Love their cocktails (especially the chocolate ones!) I went with the steak skewers and they did not disappoint. I love love love hanger steak and these were cooked perfectly. To top it off it was Bingo night and I don't think I ever had so much fun playing BINGO?! I went here with a friend as our last stop on a bar crawl through bayridge on a Saturday night. The vibes are fun. Lots of secluded booths, a fireplace, erotic art and chandeliers. The sink in the bathroom is literally a wall fountain. Its a cute space. There were plenty of regulars at the bar, most visitors seem to be more mature. We had a specialty margarita each and I can say that we should have started the night off here with how strong the drinks were. I had the spicy margarita which was perfectly mixed -though a bit seedy. Service was good, everyone seemed to know each other and it was nice to see the locals chatting. Apparently Sunday nights here is Jazz night. I was invited by a band which I have known for about 3 years in another place and just happened to reach out the week before to see if they were still performing. Low and behold Delia's Lounge! Had never heard of it before but it is known to ne know and with a bang. Parking can sometimes be challenging in this area, I was lucky to find one only 2 short away. As I approached Delia's, I did not hear a thing and thought maybe wrong day? It seems Delia's has good sound suppression for this residential and small business neighborhood! The band was sound checking when I arrived, and I greeted all of them. Their entourage was on the opposite of the entrance. I found a single seat near the bar. The place was really packed, and the waitress was running around trying to take care of the many tables and loungers. After a couple of songs, Greg approached me, and that's all she wrote. After meeting him, I felt like family!!! He took such good care of me. I asked him for a dry wine and boom it was there. Maggie, the waitress, came around and again family service. I was hungry and wanted to eat a little healthier. Greg told me about the chicken skewers and the 3 sauces you can choose. I picked the Thai sauce with a little spice kick. I also wanted a salad and he mentioned his Caesar salad was really good. I gobbled up both leaving little. It was fresh and prepared well. I saw most people got the burger or the portobello burger. Went with a few friends for a few drinks on a Saturday night. Although seating was tight, our waitress, whose name I can't remember, did her best to find us a spot. She spent a lot of time with us giving us recommendations and descriptions of drinks when we were ordering. My friends' drinks were very good but I was not happy with mine and she immediately offered to get me a different drink at no additional charge (the second one was delicious). Then Mac came by to check on us and her banter was hilarious. This girl should be doing stand-up, for real! Good crowd work! All in all, we had a great evening. We've been looking for a new hangout since Matter, and now Townhouse 275 have closed , and l think maybe we've found it! It's not just your typical Bay Ridge sports bar, although if you want sports it's there on the screens. Pretty good music, too, which is important. read more

Went for the Sunday brunch which they have from 12-4, are now offering bottomless brunch drinks for 2hrs ! Food was pretty good my only thing was the portion sizes were a tad small. Note they recently changed their menu and it is more burgers, quesadillas, and finger foods rather than the pastas you see in their older pictures. They no longer serve pastas . I've had Delia's bookmarked for four years now. While I didn't live too far before, I never took the mission here. However, since I moved to Bay Ridge recently, it only made sense. When we arrived, I thought the replace was closed--it's very dimly lit and I couldn't get the door open. As I glanced in for a second time, I noticed a few people at the bar--I pulled the door out, instead of in--and boom, I was in. Typically when I see establishments with little to no customers, I want to flee--I see it as a bad sign; maybe the food is bad, maybe the service is bad, maybe everyone knows somethjng I don't--I'm glad I didn't. The waitress comes over, which I believe is the owners daughter. She was very pleasant. We ordered the 32 Oz (Passion Punch, I believe it was called) it was a bit on the strong side, which was perfect. We also ordered the sliders with fries, crab cakes and Nutella Crepes. Everything was great, the food came out quickly, the service was excellent and the music choices, as well. This place is ideal for a date--with the dim lighting, soft music and cozy couches throughout. I would definitely return in the future. read more

Delia's is my favorite spot in Brooklyn and has been for many years. Sometimes I don't go there for a year or so but it is always my place to be. Why do I like it so much? Because it is perfect for somebody like me. It's cozy, somewhat fancy, interesting decor, private, nice drinks, good food (appetizers), friendly and not overcrowding staff, music, dim light, sometimes even live music. The only thing I would add is parking. But, oh well, it's Brooklyn. So you can't have it all :) Delia's is not that big, so if you are looking for a hype place to dance, maybe not the spot for you. The dim lighting adds a nice touch too. I've ordered wine as well as mixed drinks which were overly sweet, but I'm not a big cocktail girl to begin with. The cocktails come with cute accessories to mix your drink with - think little plastic giraffes and other miscellaneous objects to further muddle your fruit with lol. My experience at Delia's was nothing short of astounding. Came in on a Sunday night with a few friends, and we were treated like royalty. First for drinks we got our usuals all modestly priced. The owner then offered us a taste two beers from a local brewery Transmitter, which were both delicious. Then we ordered a cheese plate steak skewers, and fried calamari. The portions were extremely generous, and everything was delicious. Especially the cheese plate witch came with sliced sausage, delicious apple and pair, and a multiple of cheeses, that had to be artisanal. Amazing. The interior of the bar is beautiful, very comfortable lounge setting, and beautiful antique decor. Perfect setting for a date, or intimate hang with friends. As amazing as all that was, the best thing about this place is the service. Staff is incredibly friendly, and attentive, the owner is gener, and overall the welcome is incredible.
