Walked in and got a slice of pepperoni which was more like 2 slices and a pop with 5 wings and they were so fast I got all the food leas than 10 mins. The pizza was delicious!! My daughter came over last week and helped unpack some things I brought out of storage. I ordered takeout from Picasso's Pizza as a reward. She is a big fan of Picasso's and this was the first time I ordered from their OP location. We got a large cheese pizza and wings and it was all spectacular. The pizza was especially tasty and my daughter confiscated the leftovers for her college roommates. The store was clean and counter staff were efficient at handling a rush of dinner customers. Picassos is only greedy with no care for the customers or staff. My fiance and I and our entire family will no longer be buying from Picasso's. I work next door to Picassos and usually go in for their lunch special. A 20oz soda, with a single slice and 5 wings for $13 is pricey but reasonable for my 6 hour shift. So imagine my surprise when I order my regular and they charge me $17 for it??? WHAT? thats INSANE. So I ask and they say that they have taken off all of the specials and that it reflects online but not on the physical menus yet. Okay fine. I go back to my work to wait for my food. But the pricing bothers me. So I try to order my regular order online. And it tells me that its available for $14 and some change(about $15). The guy (a high school kid) comes in to give my my order and I ask him "hey, how late is your manager or store owner staying today?" He says "until 4". So then I say, "sorry, its just, I'm having an issue with the price and I KNOW its not your fault so I don't want to take any of it out on you." This kid starts crying in my doorway and bowing slightly saying "thank you" a few times just so extremely glad that I won't yell at him?? So I go on and it gets busy so I miss the chance to talk to the manager. But then later I see one of Picasso's customers chasing the delivery driver(another kid) outside and just raising all hell at this kid about the prices. It happened so fast and I was too stunned to do anything. But I DO NOT reccomend a pizza place who keeps uping the prices, staffs only Highschool kids (at barely minimum wage), and leaves them to fend for themselves against angry customers. So first off, this pizza place has become my absolute favorite. It's a tad bit on the greasy side but once I dab it with paper towel, ring the paper towel out from all the grease and then dab it again , it's perfect to eat with out having a mild heart attack . Their consistency is not the best but that's most places in Buffalo I come to find out. In the picture attached there's literally no cheese in parts of the pizza , like give me my greasy cheese damnit ! Flavor though, is what always keeps me coming back for more. I will put up with the inconsistency as long as the flavor stays the same and I will stock up on paper towels to keep the (mild) heart attacks at bay. read more

Picasso is my favorite pizza in Buffalo. I like that the toppings go all the way to the edge of the pizza. And the crust is always so crunchy and speckled with tidbits of tastiness. The pizzas are larger than expected with a large being the size of a sheet pizza. The wings are very good, and the loaded fries are also very good. The subs are next level! They make their own bread (which is topped with herbs and is magical) and include a special sauce with all subs that just instantly makes it better. This is the only place I ever order pizza from. They make a real good pizza. We get pies from here pretty often at work and it's always consistently good. I'd say it's my favorite from the South Towns. Dough, sauce, cheese are all +++. The square pieces hold up well and it may be one of my fav 3 to eat the next day cold or quickly popped in the oven at 450 for a few mins. Only thing I would nitpick is to use a little better quality topping. Mushrooms seem very thin and get the cup pepperoni! Damn good pizza here nonetheless. Good breadsticks too read more

A bit pricey for a medium pizza. Overall the pizza was very tasty and the crust was thick almost like a pan pizza. The price was too high with so many local pizza places. As a Buffalo native, one has sort of an obligation to have a favorite pizza and, or be a sort of a pizza snob. Picasso's definitely fits the mold of the traditional Buffalo pizza. Their crust is thicker, less than Imperial but thicker than average. I got a Large and it comes square, and probably could feed more than 4 people. Their sauce isn't as sweet as I like, but the crust, toppings and what appears to be a finishing sprinkle of cheese put Picasso's in my top 3 list. Thankfully they have a few locations, but the Blasdell one is a nice location if you're in the Southtowns. I'll be back anytime I can. read more

This place puts out quality food! I still love it. No matter what I get, I'm never disappointed. If you go on their website they have coupons - all you have to do is mention the deal to get it. BBQ fries= awesome . Salads = awesome. Pizza= awesome . Stuffed banana peppers = awesome. Get the drift? If you like really good croutons and lots of them , get a salad! I got my usual tester order here: two slices of pepperoni, side of bleu. I got here around 11:30 and the slices were very fresh and hot. I can appreciate good quality slices coming out of the warmer, since some places will serve food that's been sitting. The crust was perfectly crisp and crusty, the sauce was enjoyable- and the cheese! So much cheese! The only thing left to be desired was a little more end crust. Perhaps thicker dough? The seasoning on top added another layer that almost (almost) made the bleu cheese unnecessary. All in all though, this stood out as more than just another buffalo pizza joint. The pizza was remarkably fresh, perfectly cooked, and served hot. I loved it and will be back to order a full pie. Pending, this may become my new go-to spot for bi-weekly pizza. read more

Ordered two large pizzas for Father's Day. The one pizza was seriously undercooked. The dough was RAW in the middle and the cheese hadn't melted in some areas. Called and asked them to come take this one back and replace it with a new one. I was in Hamburg for work and got a recommendation to try Picasso's because it's locally owned, nearby, and pizza. Sure, the first 2 things are great, but...pizza. End goal here. It had been a long day - I wanted to treat myself! - so I ordered 5 of their Italian baked wings and a 1/2 medium of one of their gourmet pizzas (Chicken on the Grass: chicken, onions, hot peppers, spinach, mozzarella). The texture on these chicken wings is insane. I would have assumed they were fried from how crispy they were, but they aren't greasy at all (and not as messy as your usual saucy wings). Additionally, the pizza was phenomenal - super cheesy, nice chew, lots of chicken, and spinach to make me feel better on pretending it's healthy! Additionally, these 1/2 medium pizzas are GIGANTIC. I was beyond stuffed after the 5 wings and half of the 1/2 medium - the pizzas go up to medium, large, and party, and I can only imagine how many people could be fed from a party pizza. Is there even a box large enough to accommodate the size of that thing? I didn't know this, but Picasso's has multiple locations over Western NY - so if Hamburg is a bit far out from where you are in Buffalo, then stop by the other joints as the menus looks to be more or less the same.
