I have to update my review because it's been a couple years since my last visit. But I thoroughly enjoyed my experience coming here tonight. The restaurant itself is a very strange setup. It's on a main road but far back behind other buildings. Almost like you couldn't overly see it from the main road. I think that's why this place isn't more popular than it is. Inside is a cool setup. Lots of seating for tables of all sizes. Big, huge bar and then a small arcade setup to the side. Made a great place for me to bring my daughter without worrying about her being too loud and disrupting other guests. The arcade gave her something to do when she got bored at the table. The food has vastly improved since my last visit. They have greatly improved their pizza dough and their standard cheese pizza (we added fresh mushrooms) was SO GOOD. It tasted just like a pizza hut pan pizza with better ingredients. My friend got a cheeseburger which he said was really great, and my other friend got a quesadilla, which wasn't her fav... But okay. The tots we ordered as an appetizer were horrendous though. Way overcooked. The waitress was nice enough to bring out some applesauce for the young toddler we had with us that was hungry and crabby. Stopped in for the first time as my partner passes by often en route to and from work . Upon entering we were quickly greeted by a friendly gentleman ( owner or manager maybe ?). We chose to sit at the bar and had a very polite and pleasant bartender who took our drink orders and promptly served them . I ordered a Tito's Mule - it was fair , not quite as ginger flavored as I hoped but it was ok . We ordered the fried cheese curds that come with a marinara sauce as an app , these were pretty good . We also ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wing dip which we did not enjoy at all - they were kind enough to remove it from the bill , one bite was enough. I'm not sure if they use the canned chicken that tastes ultimately like tuna fish but the flavor was definitely off. As for our meals , I ordered the weck slider with 5 chicken wings and it was quite good . The hot wings were perfectly hot and delicious. The beef on weck was quite good too .I actually even liked the pickles they came with on the side, which are often left uneaten. My partner got the chicken fajitas and she did not enjoy them . The rice was bland and the chicken did not have the flavor/seasoning she would have expected so she didn't eat much of her meal . The atmosphere here is that of a larger "neighborhood" type bar , but there is an area on the back with an adequate selection of arcade games to keep kids ( as well as adults ) busy for awhile . I think the smallest denomination game card was $25 which is much too high in my opinion . We gave the remainder of our balance to a young boy who was celebrating his birthday as I don't think we will be back . Overall we thought the service was great , the food - hit or miss. On a Saturday night at 7:30pm decided to meet up with friends to watch the hockey game. The waitress gave the table food menus but no drink/beer list. I got up to walk to the bar to see what was on tap - not a problem it is what it is. 2 different beers were ordered and a couple of mixed drinks and once the drinks made it to the table the server forgot which beer was which, so I got the wrong beer and upon further inspection there was stuff floating in the beer. I can only describe it as gunk from the tap spout not being cleaned. Be careful of ordering beer here. When it was time to order food, someone at the table ordered nachos. The waitress said they were all out. Do you have chips? salsa? Cheese? Any one or two? No I'm sorry we are all out. Strange but ok, we ordered different appetizers. When it comes to the main course. One of the people in our party ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal (fries included). She did ask for no bun. When the food came out she received a burger patty with cheese - NO: lettuce, tomato and yes no bacon and no French fries. When asked for the bacon the waitress said no worries, when to the kitchen and came back she politely said they put the bacon on the grill and it will be just a minute. After 10 minutes I tracked the waitress down for the bacon and she said I'll grab it. Wait for the best part..... after a moment she returns and said I'm sorry we are OUT OF BACON. What what ?!? By now it is 9:30 on a Saturday, the band has been playing my group and I were trying to make best of the kitchen issue, by ordering another round of drinks to watch the hockey game. Until ... the staff shuts off all the TVs and said we're closing. Wait what? There was probably 10-15 people in the restaurant, and the hours posted said they were open until midnight. So we got our check and got charged for the full cheeseburger meal and the beer with floating gunk in it and left. I am not sure how much longer this place is going to last. And wouldn't recommend anyone going. It was a Saturday night compared to an early weekday. read more

Ive been there 2x in the last 3 months--neither was a good experience. The first time, the bar was left unattended for long periods of time, service was lacking and the food, which took forever was mediocre at best (burgers) On Saturday, I went to see a band ( the only good thing that night) We ordered loaded tater tots to share at the table. They took forever to arrive, but came out hot ( so the server said) I asked if we could have plates and forks, and was told they didn't have any forks!!! I told them we couldn't eat them without forks ( she offered spoons) We had to wait until they found forks and ran them through the dishwasher...all while what appears to be the manager sits at the end of the bar ( both of my visits) and doesn't move AT ALL except to scroll on her phone and drink out of the straw in her drink. Needless to say once we got forks, the food was cold. Bathroom was disgusting. I wish I could find something positive to say, but I just can't ( except the band was really good) Its also pricey $24 for a hamburger $18 for a pitcher of domestic beer..The Price wasn't the deal breaker, because .at least you know that ahead of time. I just want to preface this comment by saying I have never left a negative review ANYWHERE. Tonight's experience changed that for me. We ordered two fish fry dinners on Doordash for $16.99 each. The meal was supposed to come with a roll, cole slaw, mac salad, and fries. What we actually got was a tablespoon of potato salad, and a couple of fries. The fish fry itself looked really good, but was severely lacking seasoning. Overall, I was sad. I could have paid less at any other restaurant in the area and gotten a better meal. So, out of curiosity, I go on Facebook to see what's going on with the restaurant, and I see they are selling their fish fry dinners for $9.99! Now I am both sad and mad! I paid almost double for the same (if not less than advertised) meal. I left a comment on their post stating my displeasure with my experience, and surprise surprise it got deleted. I don't understand the negativity of some of the reviews above; Perhaps they were dissatisfied with delivery service. I found the ambience fun, with an old fashioned arcade to entertain the kids, plenty of flat screen TVs for sports viewing, and table service as well as the bar. The hostess greeted us warmly, and seated us. Our server (Jordan?Justin?) got our drinks orders in and the bartender served them herself. Jordan got the appetizer order in right away. The fried calamari was great, not fishy, not greasy, just crispy and light. The cheese stuffed banana peppers were a delicious combo of heat and spice. Each was served with thin slices toast which made sharing easy. Our entrees were also very nice. A classic Beef on Weck with thin sliced roast beef cooked in au jus 1-2" thick accompanied by a dill pickle slice, hot crisp fries , horseradish, and au jus for dipping. The Philly cheesesteak Quesadillas were hot, crispy and abundant. The potato skins were homemade with crispy bacon, cheese and sour cream. Total tab was $105, including two rounds of drinks, the two appetizers and three entrees. Service was prompt and courteous. Reviewers should consider the type of establishment they are rating before slamming someone's business. For a fun sports bar that can cater to all family members, the Warehouse fits the bill. The pub food was well prepared, hot, and well presented. A 3 star Michelin establishment it isn't, but that's not a family wants in their quirky neighborhood pub. read more

I've been coming here for Buffalo Bills game, and it WAS a pleasant experience, so I went back for the first game. The menu is horrible. Their prices are outrageous. Order beer and drinks, both served in plastic cups, and started at 8.50/draft. Two bartenders on, but one was on her phone or sitting at the bar drinking and eating with the so-called owner, leaving the other to tend everyone. The chicken wings have to be the smallest in the area served with soggy, limp celery. The pizza was a disaster which my friend and I both became ill after eating. The atmosphere has also changed, and it wasn't nearly as busy as usual. Don't bother coming here unless you want to drop an excessive amount of money (and a credit card surcharge they don't tell you about upfront,) get subpar food and drinks. First time back since the end of the Bills 2022 season. Went at least 10 times spending over $100 on each visit. Last year I would have given them 4.5. But now no way am I coming back. The service by one bartender was good, but the other one was not friendly, drinking on the job as well. The food this year was just ok. There is a large area with games, air hockey and ski ball etc . It's probably too loud and too much of a bar scene for little ones, but I'm sure kids over 10 would love it. We were there on a crazy busy night, because it was National Chicken Wing day and they were having an awesome discount on them. The Warehouse is a cool, under-appreciated local spot to grab a bite. They have a nice selection of pub food, friendly service, great setup and atmosphere and terrific beer selection, including some happy hour deals. The food and apps are tasty. The only item I wasn't pleased with that I've had there is the pot roast sandwich. Overall, the Warehouse has one of the best TV setups for watching sports in the Hamburg area. It would be cool if it had Sunday NFL Ticket to sort of fill the gap for non-Bills fans since Buffalo Wild Wings closed, but they only show the Bills when on. I went to this restaurant to watch my favorite band Wide Right last evening. Of course we had to eat while we were there and drink but that wasn't the primary motivator of attending this place. However despite all the noise the from the games and the set up the food was fantastic! I cannot tell you how delicious their special of pulled pork sliders with jalapeño coleslaw and sweet potato fries was. My only comment in a negative way is really that they weren't sliders they were on full size hamburger buns! My fellow table mates got quesadillas which were excellent a other friend bought a pizza which was huge also. I was so glad to find The Warehouse open! We found the decor similar but cleaner, given the absence of the cases of glass pop bottles. The chairs are new comfy wooden chairs, nicer than those they replace. Server was pleasant, effective and dressed appropriately. We had wings that were crispy, perfectly sauced and spicy. The salad was fresh, crisp and a good size (not over or under generous - just right). Went in for taco Tuesday as it was advertised on their website. I asked the waitress about it as it wasn't listed anywhere in the restaurant, she wasn't sure and had to ask. I had ordered a ginger ale and my husband a beer. Our meal came and the pizza was done to our liking.. very tasty and there were actually 4 mini chicken tacos, which were pretty good.. great flavor. However my two stars are to do with prices and lack of advertising anywhere on their menu, website or in the restaurant. While we received 4 mini tacos, we were charged 12 dollars. This is taco Tuesday night where most restaurants charge 3.00 for a large taco not for one mini. I had two ginger ales and they were 4.99 APIECE. I can't imagine if you have families with children/teens what that bill would be with those pop prices. What happened to pay for the first and free refills or at least lower your price if you're not going to do free refills. The beer was 5.50 which is a going rate. Also NOWHERE IS IT LISTED until you get your bill which it states on the bottom if you pay by card there is an extra cost. I'm not sure what the percentage is but it was over 3 dollars extra and they rang it up with an additional .01. I have no doubt most people don't notice that at the bottom of the bill but with the prices they already charge for their food that's way out of line. At least notify your patrons of that practice either by signage in your restaurant, on your menus and certainly on your website. Expect to pay a hefty bill with whatever you are purchasing with their prices and extra fees. Not many people carry around that much cash. The place is definitely cool for kids with all the games but better think about lowering your prices if you want to more people with families to eat there. My bill was over $70 for two. read more

Myself and a buddy would pop in every month or so to catch the UFC/boxing fights since they showed them. Food I would say is okay and so is the service. However a couple weeks ago around 9PM we popped in on a Saturday night. We go up to the host stand and the hostess was on her phone for a good 2-3 minutes before she realized we were there waiting to get seated for a table. We asked for a table for 2 and she responded with we aren't taking anymore tables for the night. However she informed us we could go to the bar if we liked. We walk around and there are open tables ALL OVER THE PLACE. We will be taking our business elsewhere read more

I haven't been to the warehouse in years. It wasn't anything special back then but it was so bad last night it deserved my 3rd ever yelp review. Saturday night at 7 and the place was dead. For good reason. The service stinks! Went there because they are the only bar in the area that show the UFC fights. Sat at the bar and the bartender was not pleasant. Couldn't get my simple drink order correct all night. The area filled in as the fights started. Probably close to 40 people at the bar and 1 bartender. I guess I'd be miserable too. Multiple times people standing at the bar with empty drinks. Wings were average. Small and weak sauce but not terrible. Who I believe was the owner just sat on his barstool and drank the whole 5 hours I was there not helping besides to bring a bucket of ice. Act like you want people to come back. Didn't ruin our night though. By the end it was comical how rude that bartender was. We racked up a nice tab and my tip was far less than the usual 20-25% I'd normally give. Be better!! read more

Was there last night for the first time. It was crazy busy but worth the wait. My husband and I had chicken Caesar salads and they were some of the best we've ever had. I usually get a Caesar we ever we go and I think you can tell a lot by a place by their caesars! I'm willing to bet the rest of their food is just as good too. Every time I come here I am never disappointed. Amazing food. Great portions. My favorites are the chicken Caesar salad and the roast beef sandwich. The only thing I don't understand is why they don't have drink menus. It seems like they have a great beer selection, which is flashed on a tv screen every once in a while, which is only helpful if you are sitting in a spot where you can see it. They had a "fall drink" menu with cocktails priced around $10-$12 each at the table, which I found odd because it's almost March.
