Recently I have only been at the Warehouse for retirement parties for people I work with. It's a cool place - kind of a Dave & Busters feel, but not in a mall, so that's a positive. The three stars is a fair assessment I believe. The food is bar food, and really it's all kind of mid. Not terrible, but certainly not knocking it out of the park. Service has been good every time I've been there Just a very in the middle kind of place. Other positives to note however; it is a large place, so probably really good for groups, which is probably why the people where I work keep scheduling things there. They do accommodate those parties well. They have garage door walls so in the summer the place can be fully opened up at least in the bar and main seating areas. And of course, they have an arcade, so if you're looking for a place that has more to do while you're there, the arcade side is an option very few other places would offer. read more

I've never had a bad experience here. Typical bar food restaurant. Burger, fries, wings, fingers... Service can sometimes be better as everyone working there is family which I believe allows for a lack of accountability. Place is cool and they have games to play a before and after you have your meal. Can be noisy so don't come here for a quiet meal. Plenty of tvs to watch the games and fights. This place is casual, loud, has a game area and TVs playing sports everywhere. It's a warehouse restaurant, so think fun, load, bring a big group and have fun! The food is pub grub done right. I am a native born Buffalo resident, and I've eaten everywhere here for Buffalo style food. I have never written a review like this before, so pay attention. For all the negative reviews of this place; this was one of THE BEST experiences of food and atmosphere, that I've had in Buffalo. We ordered "The Buffalo New Yorker"; which consisted of a beef on weck - plus au jus and horseradish, 3 chicken fingers, 5 wings and fries. The beef on weck is now MY FAVORITE beef on weck - ANYWHERE. It was tender, no fat, the bun was perfect, the au jus was perfect. I can't say enough good about it. We ordered the wings and chicken fingers - hot. They were EXCELLENT. I could t complain about anything, if I tried. The fries were seasoned perfectly and delicious. The food wasn't super hot, but it would be hard to coordinate all those different foods to appear simultaneously and steaming hot. We didn't care about that, the food was too good to care. I've read bad reviews about this place. Regarding the staff or whatnot. I had no such experience. I came Friday night between 5-6! NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. There is an arcade type area, and there were some kids playing games. Kids are always loud, but this wasn't intolerable. There's a bar, and I imagine it can get loud in here, but the atmosphere was perfect, and I'm sensitive to loud restaurants. I thought this place was a super fun sports bar! I love about 5 min away and would pass it so much without even knowing it was there, but our friends brought us last night for the Sabres game. Good game beer deals - 5 Blue or Blue Light bottles (in a bucket) for $13 during the Sabres games. We got the fried pickles (I liked that they were strips and not chips), the fish fry, the chicken souvlaki quesadillas, and the Reuben (I think a March special). Don't bother. We had to wait for a table in an empty restaurant as the 'hostess' walked away from us as we arrived. The floor was sticky and the restaurant smelled like stale beer. We were seated near the arcade right next to the bathrooms. There were kids running all around our table to and from the arcade. The n the band began its 45 minute set up mic check. I had heard good things about this place from friends for a while. Last night I was rushing around so I Door Dashed it. The food was estimated to take an hour but got here in 30 minutes which was great. I ordered a souvlaki salad and my husband got a beef on weck and an order of fries. Upon opening the fries, we joked that we must need to cook them ourselves. They were very undercooked and grainy. My salad looked great, but even with all the dressing they gave me it had zero flavor. Their Greek dressing tasted like olive oil and nothing else. But unfortunately that's not the bad part. As I was putting the fries on our plate, I found a long black hair in them. I'm blonde so it certainly wasn't mine. I threw the fries around it away and tried to forget about it. We stopped on our way from Cleveland to Syracuse. Random stop and we were super surprised. I'd make the two hour drive back here. Servers and the owner came up to welcome us. Love this layout. Wow. Stopped by with a couple friends of mine, went up to the bar and there were five young women behind the bar and several others roaming around. Not a single one would make eye contact. None of them. Over and over the girls would walk past like we were invisible. Until after about ten minutes of this, a young woman who was pointedly ignoring us, washing glasses mere feet away, finally came over and asked if anyone was taking care of us.. we said no and she took our order. Three beers. She walked away and started serving ALL the other patrons at the bar and never came back! Never even made eye contact! WTF! After over 20 minutes of standing there with our money in our hands, we left and went to Kettles. No problem over there. We had a normal experience. That said, i have never seen such a miserable collection of young women in my entire life. Moreover, i have NEVER had a server anywhere, anytime simply refuse to acknowledge a patron. I've been here several times now, and I cannot say enough good things about the place! The food is SO good. I love their fish fry, the burgers and I just recently tried the chicken Souvlaki salad - big portion and super flavorful. The staff is always nice, and their owner Mark comes out on the floor frequently to chat with the guests. They also have a nice bar, and fun events like karaoke and live bands! read more

First time! This is such a solid 4 star review that it really should be 5 stars! The two reasons that it is not a 5 star are: The place is crazy noisy and the host should have sat us away from the bar or in the least noisiest area. The second was because the server - though extremely friendly should have been around more for coffee and to take care of the bill a bit faster - I had to find another waitress to give our credit card to in order to pay and get out. Ok - aside from above, which really wasn't that bad, this place is awesome and a great place to go back to WITH our grandson in tow. He would have had a great time with the games and getting tickets to turn into for prizes - what a cool place. The good was very good - we ordered what they are known for according to our waitress - Pizza and wings - we got the Chicago pizza, which was very different then any we've ever had before. Though for me the sauce was a bit on the sour side - it was still very tasty. We also got the chicken wings BBQ Char - and they were killer amazing. Service was very good when it came to taking our order and timing of the arrival of the food - obviously it was cooked to order and not waiting around. The price was very reasonable and therefore value was great! The place was very clean - including the restrooms. There was plenty of things to look at including watching one of many TV's with a couple of really huge screens. The parking was very adequate and we had no issue finding a spot our Wrangler would fit into. However, with plenty of parking - anyone with eyes could tell that there were lots of people inside - all seemingly having a good time. There are specials and then there are some more specials. Surely kid friendly, but please leave the criers at home - there were plenty of loud adults already. We are going to go back - give it another shot for my 5 star rating. The wings were so small and so over done they crumbled. $28.99 for (20) the equivalent of 10 wings. Won't be back unless it's for just a drink. Our visit started well we made a reservation for our 13/15 guests, yes a bigger party, but they have the room for an bigger reservation. Any way , as we get through the evening we order drinks and appetizers . The appetizers come out fairly quickly , we move on to dinner our waitress comes out to get our orders . Then we wait . There's about a 30 minute wait time for our food she comes out with the wrong orders , as we finally get the correct orders we start to eat . Our pizzas were ice cold , the wings were cold , the salmon on one of the dishes was RAW completely raw . After all of this our waitress never came to ask how our food was , she was acting like she had better things to do than to be our server tonight . We had a group of 30 people that was planned and the entire function was terrible from the beginning. The food was all put on one bill when it was supposed to be placed on 3 bills of 10 people. We spent 1 hour trying to figure it out and there was extra items on it. The owner was rude and not accommodating. The owner advised that the bill better be paid correctly because he has $20,000 in fines already. The food was under cooked and dry. This is the second time this has happened at this establishment. Games for the kids! TVs galore! Great for sport enthusiasts! Bar area is separated from restaurant area, but you can still see all the different games. The games keep all the kids super busy so you can have fun! They have Lotto too! Okay so after dinner I took away a star because the service was not so great and my food became cold real quick bc the restaurant was so cold. No hot water in the bathroom. This place is shady and they claim they have specials on their website and on their menus and then you get your check and everything isn't as it should be and then you ask for a manager and all of a sudden your server takes off drinks and stuff off your menu because "the manager" doesn't have time to deal with customers. We kinda stumbled into this place because it was in the parking lot of the hotel we had just checked into. New to town, heading downtown for the Santana concert, and had to fill our bellies. Wow! Were we pleasantly surprised with this place. Of course, since we were in Buffalo, we had to order wings, and the didn't disappoint. Perfectly done morsels that weren't too sloppy. The ambiance was great and the waitresses were very friendly and helpful with the menu. We both agreed that we wished they had one in our town of Syracuse! I found the Warehouse thanks to Yelp. I was joining my in-laws in going to the Bills game on Christmas Eve. They talked about taking a grill to tailgate, but they're not prepared for that level of tailgating... so it was up to me to find an easy place for us to get some take out wings. We called ahead to order take out, with my sister-in-law asking what was available, since there's no reliable online menu. Wings come in orders of 10, so we got 2 orders of medium, one of hot, and one order of loaded nachos. The place is easy to find. It used to be a Cracker Barrel - you can tell by the paneling, the stop light above the bathrooms, and the giant fireplace. They've done a pretty good job of covering that up, though. There's a to-go entrance and ordering area right when you walk in the door. You ring the bell for service, and someone appeared in no time. There weren't a lot of people there at 11:30 on Christmas Eve, so there were plenty of employees to help us out. We added an order of deep-fried pickles and loaded tots to our 3 orders of wings. We considered ordering the calamari, but the server advised against it, saying it had been bad lately and they'd gotten complaints. I thought that was very nice of her to say. She also gave us general directions to the stadium, though with the game less than 2 hours off, there was plenty of traffic to clue us in. The food was ready in about 5 minutes. The total came to $53.21, not bad considering all that we got. Everything was packaged neatly in the to-go containers, and they gave us plenty of napkins. It was about 20 minutes to our parking spot, so the loaded nachos were slightly soggy, as expected, but everything else was pretty good. There wasn't much difference between the heat on the medium v. the hot wings. They wings were crispy, with a decent amount of meat. They'd given us 1 ranch and 1 blue cheese - both about 5 oz each, so we had plenty for all the wings. The loaded tots were messy and delicious. The fried pickles were spears, and well-done for Yankees. As a good Southern girl and fried pickle connoisseur, I prefer mine in chip form and with some corn meal in the breading, but considering that the flour breading was thick enough and sturdy enough to stay on the pickle, these were definitely worth eating. I'm ashamed to admit that we've lived in Hamburg for over 10 years and waited this long to try the Warehouse! The menu was fantastic! I was expecting the regular bar fare, but the Warehouse had many different items. We started off with the pretzel sticks with nacho cheese. These were nothing short of "godly"! I could've filled up on these alone! I had the coconut shrimp and my hubby had pulled chicken sandwich both of which were reasonably priced and delicious. The only thing I regret was not leaving enough room for dessert because there were several "out of the box" choices. Service was also very good. Kate was our server and didn't miss a beat. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Drinks never went empty either (which is a huge peeve of mine). We brought our 2 year old son there too, who is normally a challenge to entertain in restaurants. The place was loud, full of TV's, music and a decent noise level that us, as parents, feel as though we didn't have to keep our boy to a dull roar. We had a very relaxing dinner. When in Buffalo you need to get some wings and this place happened to be next door to where we were staying. We headed over for some brews and wings. Hungry we decided to delve into the burger menu. We were glad we did. The burgers were very good, fresh tasting on a good bun and better yet when I ordered a rare burger I got a rare burger. Get the BBQ sauce on the side because it comes drenched in the stuff. The homemade chips were excellent. The wings were great and the beer was cold. The place is LOUD as in I had to lean into both the waitress and my brother to hear anyone talk. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly. Worth the visit for the burger and the chips. read more
