Love love love this place, my wife and I have been coming here for many years and truly enjoy it. It is a low key house style setup with a large bar, some light snacks, and fantastic teachers even some that will go after the time to make sure you have time. Located not near much parking (some in the back) but on the street is some. I am upset with how much it costs now, but once or twice a year is a fun treat. You can head to the website and see what's coming up, and plan ahead!

I've been to Picasso and wine a few times, and it's always nice to come back and work on a new painting with friends! This most recent experience was a bit annoying, because we spent the first 15 minutes of class waiting for others to show up. Also, pay attention to the bar menu, they automatically charge 18% gratuity when using a credit card to pay (I didn't know this). We went over on time, and were rushed towards the end because we had to keep waiting for others to show up that hadn't showed up to the class on time. Studio was clean, so that was nice! Bar tender and artist, and front staff were all really nice!

Such a great experience!!! My husband surprised me with this activity for Valentine's Day. He usually avoids these kinds of activities but he said he had a lot of fun. It was super easy to follow along and the lead painter made sure to space it out so people had time to catch up or hit the bar. It was a full house and we still had a lot of space. The drinks were good but a little pricey. Overall had the best time and would 10/10 recommend and do it again.

What a fun activity that allows for creativity while being given some direction Went here with some friends and had a blast! They even have a bar so we just kept an open tab and let the creative juices flow - I think we did amazing $40pp seemed a little steep but we had fun so it was worth it!

This place was so much fun. The atmosphere, the people, the painting it was all such a great time. First time doing it and will certainly be returning. Everyone was so helpful and nice, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great drink selection from Beer to Wine to Craft Cocktails

Cute Drink (some kinda of jalapeño drink and lemon drop)

I always have a great time when i come here! Great service and a pleasant environment. They have some snacks available and cute drinks. Such a good spot for date night or any kind of celebration.

Checked out Picasso and Wine for a girls night out and I'm def coming back! The staff was super welcoming and helpful. The space was very accessible and well curated. If you're not a wine person, I recommend the Frida Margarita.

The owner's personal, private message response to this constructive feedback was completely out of touch, defensive, and hostile. Instead of taking any accountability for the experience, the owner chose to personally attack me. He told me the entire situation was my fault, claiming I should have asked for more cheese when I paid $64 for two boards that were already inadequate. He aggressively stated that I 'lacked courage' for using an online review system and that 'What you did is useless!' The owner then concluded by telling me that 'it is best for you to never come back!' When you leave honest feedback, this management will insult you and ban you. This level of unprofessionalism warrants a 1-star rating. The long tables lined with bottles feel almost like a curated gallery, and the garage-style doors let in natural light that makes the whole place feel alive without being loud or overwhelming. What really stands out is how intentional everything feels, especially the wine list. It is handwritten on a large chalkboard, which gives it a relaxed, neighborhood vibe, but the selection is thoughtful and globally inspired. You will find a mix of Old World staples and boutique producers alongside well-chosen California options. The list includes everything from crisp Picpoul and Bordeaux Blanc blends to approachable Pinot Noir, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with more unique offerings like Loire Valley blends and Spanish varietals that show they are not just playing it safe. The pricing is another highlight. Most glasses land in the $9 to $15 range, which feels more than fair for the quality. They even offer a carafe option, about two and a half glasses, which is perfect for sharing and encourages you to settle in and enjoy the experience rather than rush through it. The atmosphere is exactly what you want in a wine bar. It is relaxed, conversational, and effortlessly refined. It is the kind of place where you can catch up with friends, go on a date, or simply unwind and end up staying longer than you planned. What truly made our visit exceptional was our server, Kate. She went above and beyond in every way. She was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the wines, and genuinely warm in her approach. She made thoughtful recommendations, checked in at the right moments, and created an experience that felt personal rather than transactional. It is clear she cares about what she does, and it made a great environment feel even better. Black Rock Wine Co is not trying too hard, and that is exactly why it works. It is curated, welcoming, and just the right level of elevated. We will absolutely be back.

Make with a 72 Hour Fermented Organic Dough topped with Salami, red onion, basil, serranos, mozzarella and honey. The crust was delicious, crunchy, thin and when combined with the sauce, seasoning and toppings, an excellent pizza. Additionally we ordered two of the in-house, housemaid pasta.
