The space is an older home just west of downtown. An easy walk. It has a great space for a large dining table for 20 of us and two serving tables. At the back was the kitchen where Reno Recipes prepared the meal. Outback is an amazing fully pavered yard with comfy seating and overhead lighting. You are able to make reservations so that's good to know for the future ! We didn't really get a rundown about how the process worked when we arrived but there were signs and directions on the table that we followed. You pick out the piece you want and once finished, you pay for everything at the end! It looks like each piece takes about a week to process. You're told they will not contact you when your piece is ready unless there is something wrong. You are able to go in and pick it up whenever that day Pick up was very easy. We checked in at the front desk and provided our last name. Easy! They give it to you in a cute little bag and that was that.

(Not really but definitely better than when we started) My only suggestions for the class would be different snacks. They did provide snacks but everything was finger food which is just not possible with our dirty clay hands. Or at least maybe provide forks. Other than that it was perfect!

I have been taking classes at the Reno Improv for about 8 months now, and WOW. What a life changing…read moreexperience. Through the Reno Improv, I found friendship, fun, comedy, and courage. Back in August 2025 I lost my job, and was feeling pretty down on myself. My wonderful wife Savannah said I should look into the Reno Improv. I always have been a fan of improv. I have been a fan of shows like Whose Line is it anyway, Saturday Night Live, and Comedy Bang Bang, and always wondered what it would be like to try it myself. So I took the leap and signed up for Improv level 1 class with Amelia Giles. What an amazing teacher she is, and wonderful human being. Through this class I was able to have fun, learn how to improvise, and support my fellow improvisors! After that I took level 2 with Tim Mahoney, and level 3 with Jason! Both great teachers and great people. I am really enjoying being a part of this little theater. And it has given me an insane amount of confidence. Also I get to participate in shows all month long! I now am in Musical Improv and it just keeps getting better and better. Great spot. I love Reno Improv.
