Huge fan of Pi Co! The pizza's are always great quality, prepared quickly and taste amazing! Whenever I'm in the mood for some good quality pizza, Pi Co is my go to. I love the margherita pizzas from here - the fires burned crust + fresh mozzarella...mmmmm so delicious! Price point is pretty decent too - they've increased in the last while but it's still not bad - $14.70 after tax. All in all a solid pizza spot!

I had only been to the Pi Co. in Kitchener a few years ago. I enjoyed it. I'm not sure why I've had such a drought. Perhaps it's because Markham does not have a location. My closest ones are at Fairview Mall (food court) or this one in Richmond Hill. Recently, I noticed a promotion to get unlimited toppings on a regular pizza for $10. It was the motivation that I needed to visit a Pi Co. again. Woo hoo! Yesterday, I decided to order a pizza for dinner. The $10 price is for a regular crust and standard toppings. If you want a gluten-free crust or freshly cracked eggs on top, they will cost you more. The process was straightforward. I got my promotion code through Pi Co.'s site. I could only use it by placing an order either online or through the app. I decided to download the app and give it a try. I loved how simple it was to place my order. On my Craft Yours pizza, I got the following toppings: - White sauce - Shredded mozzarella - Basil - Corn - Mushroom - Roasted garlic - Ground sausage - Bacon - Pear I set a pickup time of 5:30 pm. As I drove over here, I got a text message to remind me of my pickup time. Oddly, the app doesn't tell you went it's ready. It default to automatically being ready by the specified date and time. I pulled into the plaza. There was plenty of parking. I backed into a spot and headed over. I walked in. I was the only person in the eatery. There was one woman behind the counter putting together a pizza. I said hi and pointed out that I had an order. She pointed to the pickup counter at the back and said that my pizza was ready. I thanked her, picked it up, took a few photos, and headed out the door. The washrooms are at the back. The pizza oven that looked like a futuristic spacecraft. It bakes a pizza in 90 seconds, which is crazy and cool. I could smell the pizza as I drove over to get bubble tea, followed by heading home. I was looking forward to enjoying this pizza. I got home and chowed down. I was a bit sad seeing a bit of burnt crust on my pizza. I took it off. The toppings looked fresh. I forgot that this place puts whole pieces of roasted garlic on top. I feel that it's a lazy and I end up slicing them up and distributing the slices over the pizza. While in Eagan, MN earlier this year, I ordered a pizza with pear slices on it. I loved that pizza so much. This eatery set my expectations so high that I looked at the cubed pears and also felt slightly disappointed. Like the garlic, I cut them up into smaller slices. Overall, this pizza was yummy. As weird as it may seem to have white sauce, pear, and corn on one, they all worked well with the bacon (it truly makes everything yummy), roasted garlic, mushroom, sausage, basil, and mozzarella. The crust was crispy and chewy. Minus the burnt part, the crust was yummy. The price was excellent for what I got. I want to return and try a gluten-free crust with two cracked eggs on top with other toppings. You do earn points when you order online or through the app. 50 points will get you a free drink. I'll need to work on that. Here's hoping that Markham gets a Pi Co. someday. In the meantime, I'll stop by here to get my fix. (94)

I've never visited Pi Co previously, so it was nice to see a location up in Richmond Hill. I placed an order online for pickup, which had indicated it would be available after a certain time. However, when I got there, the order had not been started yet, and the staff quickly got that going. Luckily, the entire process is quite fast (~ 5 mins). As for the pizzas, got the Margherita and the Danforth Pi. Both were baked nicely and there were plenty of toppings on the Danforth Pi. Pizza were light and crust slightly crispy. Would be interesting to try the custom pizzas as well in the future - they have unlimited toppings! There is a salad bar as well for those looking for other items.

It was my first time at Pi Co and had a great experience. They make the pizza in front of you, and you can pick as many toppings as you like. I did a tomato base with white sauce on top and it was delicious. Added in a bunch of my favourite toppings. They are more than happy to add more if you want another handful. The pizza came out super fresh and hot. A bit burnt on the crust but we just cut it off. I will be back! It's $16 per a personal pizza. I had two slices for dinner, and saved the two for lunch the next day. It's super messy to eat because of all the toppings!

We ordered a Craft Yours pizza through the app on a Saturday afternoon. The app was easy to follow and we were able to place our order at ease. The staffs were very friendly and our pizza arrived promptly. Unfortunately, when we recieved our pizza, the crust was overly thick and the toppings didn't match with what we ordered. We probably will not be visiting this location again.

Pizza was great. Made my own and it was baked to perfection. New location in Richmond Hill and definitely very bright & spacious. Manager & staff were friendly.

3.5/5 First time Pi Co made my custom pizza lots of variety and fresh toppings to chose from my mouth was already watering as it was being built. I went on weekend lunch for take out it was not busy but service seemed slow with 2 guys behind the counter with barely any customers can't imagine if got busier how efficient they could get anyway back to the pizza it was pretty good I had quite a few toppings so every bite was full of flavors and the dough was nice too but one negative is the bottom was burnt and not its not good for you I will ask if they can avoid that nest time to craft some more oh with price being $15 Its a good size should fill up the average person.

This was my first time ordering from Pi Co and I was so surprised how good it was. My sister told me about the $10 pick-up special and I immediately downloaded the app and placed my order after work. Everything was ready for me when I got to the store. I usually don't like pizza but something about the sausage, cheese and pineapple combo made it very enjoyable to eat. Finished the whole thing myself. I'm excited to order from them again!

Ordered through their PICO app. Extremely disappointed in what we've received. Ordered pizza with pesto sauce, they gave me tomato sauce and also missing arugula. My salad was missing grilled chicken. Unfortunately, we didn't know what was missing until we got home. Couple weeks ago we ordered pizza and arugula was missing from my order. So it's not the first time this has happened. I suggest if you have time to order there directly then order through the app to avoid missing ingredients.

The pizza is totally burnt ( the bottom too) . The eggs are still raw. So I have to trash the entire pizza

Totally burnt pizza while the eggs are raw. So I have to trash it. Very bad quality. Worst pizza in my life

Makes every bite extra delicious. Be aware though that this is messy to eat, even with a knife and fork. After paying for our order, we were given a menu with coupons to use for our next visit. There's no place to eat inside, as this is a take out only restaurant. You can eat outside the restaurant and they provide a garbage bin outside where you can discard any trash after eating.

Basically a take out/pick up place with a bench to sit/wait for walk-ins like myself. Notice many customers ordered in advance and picked up to avoid waiting time. As soon as you walk in, the smell of dough, pizzas, Italian cooking smacks you in the face like a Mack truck crashing through a marshmallow factory. I ordered the small pepperoni pizza and their "infamous" Panzerotti (fried of course). Waited 15mins, counter staff were friendly and helpful, answered my noob questions with the patience of a saint. Rushed home, skidding over the road ice and nearly grazing the huge snow banks on the side roads. Panzerotti where have you been all my life. Similar to Calzone but thinner and much larger. Golden crunchy goodness with a significant cheese pull. I choose the meat sauce filling (Xtra $2), well worth it. Staff recommended the garlic dip (Xtra $1.50), brought the Panzerotti to a higher level. I was tempted to eat the whole Panzerotti all at once, glad my brain warned me to eat only half which was more than enough. The small pizza had a good ratio of cheese/sauce to crust, every bite was pure joy. Pizza crust had a chewy, slightly salty flavor profile. Not the best, dough/crust above average, then again I'm a little bias hanging out in New York's Little Italy during my misspent youth gorging myself on New York style pizza slices. Mama, I think I found my favorite neighborhood Italian take out place. Can't wait to try their veal/chicken parmigiana sandwiches.

There were some seating outside but it was only the one table for two people. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The only downfall was that they ran out of meat sauce so the lasagna was out of the question but they made up for it in the pizza flavours. The menu is pretty straightforward; they offer multiple types of pizza ranging from classic meat lovers to unique ones like smoked salmon or tandoori chicken. I ended up ordering the four cheese because I was in a cheesy mood. The pizza was amazing. The crust had a nice puff up but was not so crunch that it would cut the roof of your mouth. The sauce-to-dough ratio was perfect, and neither ingredient overpowered the other. The cheeses they used (Ricotta, Feta, Bocconcini and cream cheese) didn't clash with each other, and it just seemed to be a slice of cheesy goodness with every bite. The pizza was not greasy, so no mountain of napkins was needed. A must-try if your into pizza and like my nannu says in Sicilian "Veni e pigghiati 'u divertimentu" (Come and enjoy it already).

We probably made a mistake when ordering 2 large half and half pizzas as this turned out to be a very pricey pizza dinner (over $80!!) but that's not the restaurant's fault. We'll just be more mindful next time. The pizzas were good and I loved the freshness of the toppings. Unfortunately, I did not love their crust as it was too chewy for my liking. The chicken wings we got was pretty heavily breaded which is also not my favorite way to eat them. We may come back to try their more adventurous offerings.
