Regino's Pizza is literally my favourite childhood pizza joint! Ever since my family discovered this place, this was the place to go when ordering for birthdays or just wanting some pizza for dinner. You're not getting those typical franchise pizzas, this just feels like those home style dishes you want! I recently ordered off Door Dash and for Reginos and I decided to order the 3 topping large pizza with Red Onions, Hot Peppers and Feta Cheese which is my go to! We ordered from this Regino's for some late night grub on a sat night. We got an XL, 3 topping, thin crust pizza. Pepperoni and sausage for the entire pizza and then half mushroom, half eggplant. My first time trying eggplant on a pizza and I liked it! The toppings were well cooked and this shop actually puts enough cheese on the pizza unlike some other chains which skimp on the cheese. It was a change-up from our usual late night Dominos or Papa Johns but a welcome addition to the roster! Crowd sentiment seemed favourable as well. Only very recently did we have the opportunity to try Regino's Pizza. We were losing out big time, so glad we gave them a chance. We have gotten so used to our usual spots locally. Our kids are in schools nearby and one of them, the school decided to say goodbye to Pizza Pizza for school lunches and change up the pizza option with Regino's. Naturally we decided to give them a try before committing to the lunches for our youngest. The pizzas were generous with the toppings, sauce & cheese proportioned perfectly to the fresh toppings. I have had Regino's Pizza flagged for a long time. Last Friday, I decided to check it out. I drove over to the location. I didn't call ahead. I didn't order anything online or through an app. I had a coupon to redeem for a free large three-topping pizza. It's located east of 16th Avenue and Markham Road. It's a part of a tiny food court with a handful of vendors. There were lots of parking spots to choose from. I pulled into the one closest to the door and headed up the stairs. I didn't check whether there was a ramp for those who require accessibility assistance. When you walk into the food court from the parking lot, Regino's Pizza is the one at the end, on the right. I had the nicest man take my order. He honoured my coupon. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and green peppers. i also got a bottle of Brio because I don't remember what it tastes like. I paid for my drink with my debit card. I tapped and was good. There are seats and tables where you can dine in or wait for your order. I had been sitting all day that I elected to stand. This pizza place had steady business. You can place an order on its online site. I don't think that it has its own app. Another man confirmed my toppings. I then saw him make my pizza. The most enjoyable part was seeing it being baked. My pizza went through an oven. The pizza sits on a conveyor belt at a slow pace, eventually coming out of the oven perfectly cooked. A third man put each pizza in a box and cut it into slices. He then put the lid down and called out the person's order. He also doubled as the delivery driver. It was a three-man operation when I was there. They are efficient and work well with one another. My pizza was ready in just under twenty minutes. I nearly forgot to get my drink. The man fetched my bottle of Brio from the fridge for me. I thanked him and happily left with my order. The aroma of pepperoni, mushrooms, and green peppers made my car smell so yummy. I was tempted to take a slice and devour it as I drove home. I decided not to because I didn't want to wear my slice of pizza. I got home and tore into my pizza. The crust was enjoyable. It was chewy and a bit crispy. You will not throw the crust away on any slice. This pizza is a bit on the salty side. It wasn't horrible, but it did remind me of having anchovies on my pizza. You get that bit of saltiness that adds flavour to it instead of a deadly dose of sodium. All toppings were generously on the pizza. The pepperoni was yummy and provided the right amount of protein to keep me content for a while. I loved the mushrooms with the green peppers. The contrast was nice. The cheese held everything together. My pizza was exceptional. I had the Brio with my slices. I still don't know what it tastes like, but it was refreshing and I liked it. I can't wait to return and try more topping combinations. A boy, with his mom, wanted corn on their pizza. I will follow suit. I had leftovers and actually packed some for my road trip to Ottawa. This little gem is in a small plaza along 16th Ave between Markham road and ninth line. We ordered 2 medium pizzas and 8 wings for take out through their website. The only funny thing is you can't use the website link on google under "website". You need to use the chain one and select Markham. https://www.reginospizza.com/ The website for online order is super easy to use with many combos and specials. You can even choose to pay in store after ordering online. The crust was chewy and there were plenty of toppings on the 2 we ordered - Supreme and Philly steak. DINNER What better way to make your neck combine with your cheeks then eating a delicious pizza! Decided to order in tonight due to the 125km winds thats happening outside now and didn't want to ruin my hair. ;) We ordered the "manager special" online which comes with a 3 topping XL pizza, 20 wings, a litre bottle of pop and a dipping sauce. It came out to just under $55 to the door fresh asf in 40 minutes! Not bad. The chicken wings are better then the frozen ones you would ordered from Dominos or . They seem to bread the wings with crumbs before they deep fry them which makes them taste really great! The pizza was also really good and they don't skimp on the ingredients. Overall, this place is worth a try of ur in the delivering area and want a change from the regular go to. read more

Less greasy than Pizza Nova. - Potato wedges aren't too salty which is great - Meal came with a free garlic sauce The bad: The potato wedges were a bit burnt. They probably forgot about the wedges in the oven. Overall I think we might come again but won't order their wedges. However, we will need to try other pizza joints around the area first. read more

It was confusing to see where the store actually is. It's inside of a food plaza where you have to go in and walk towards the end to end up at the store. Wanted a change from a chain and this place was highly recommended. It's good pizza - but nothing really stood out, sauce was nice, dough was ...doughy, I do like the pepperoni they use as well. I got my usual Pepperoni pizza on thin crust, cooked well done and everything came out the way it was supposed to. I think next time, I'll get regular crust just to see the difference. *Edited to add that I tried the regular crust, and it made such a difference! It was light and delicious. Definitely getting regular crust from now on, the ratios of everything was perfect. I was able to quickly create an online profile and placed my order through their website. That was pretty nice, especially for those of us that are phone-avoiders! Prices were right around what I was expecting. I'll maybe try their wings next time too! In these Covid times, it's all about delivery service. I have had it with these restaurants who claim to offer delivery and in the end you are let down. I live in Markham. This place is in Markham. I took the trouble to register on their website giving all my personal information. I also took the time to navigate through their menu making infinite selections. Even when the price went up from 12.99 to just shy of 20 bucks plus another 6 for the "delivery fee", I was ready to proceed with my order but a message popped up saying they do not deliver to my area. So why did that not come up at the very beginning, Regino's? I am a ten minute drive from this place. I keep hearing how businesses are hurting and we need to support them. Guys, you need to meet us halfway. I drove to the local grocery store and picked up dinner for a whole lot cheaper. The pizza from Regino's gets the great reviews but if it is this complicated to put an order through, I can do without. read more

+.5 for service This is a rather unassuming pizza joint in Markham, in a plaza mall across from Brother Andre Secondary. I can tell this place gets popular with students during the afternoon since there's a long list of deals in the store menu. I came here to order two pizzas for dinner, as I wanted to try a place that wasn't the usual Pizza Hut/Pizza/Nova chain. The pizza was prepared fresh and took about 15 minutes for it to be ready, which was about what I expected. For a small size, the pizza was still quite big. I would expect a small to be good for one person, but I was only able to finish half of it. Regardless, the pizza was delicious, yet not as greasy compared to the chain brands. The ingredients were also fresh, and for about $20 for 2 smalls it was definitely worth the price. The employees inside were very good and provide excellent service. They are all knowledgeable about the menu and will accommodate any allergies one may have. Considering the fact I live near this pizza joint, I will likely add this to the list of pizza places I would order from. read more

Nice pizza at a very reasonable price. They have different deals in their store for almost everyday. I will suggest to order a whole pizza, not to buy their sliced pizza. Food is hot and fresh. I am not a pizza person, but as they go Regino's is good. Don't overlook their combos which have a lot of variety beyond pizza and wings, such as their saucy 'n' side dish combo with Baked Lasagna! (which is very good) On the service side, I once picked up dinner on the way home, but left the bag with garlic bread in it behind. They looked me up and delivered it to me! Last time I had Regino's was about a year ago, and it was pretty good. They are not cheap on toppings. The have some good deals, just look on their website. The combo with wedges were pretty good. I did try ordering from the scarborough location, and it was not the same. It was pretty bad from there. I know that Franklin P.S school orders from here for the pizza lunch. We ordered a slice at the Brimley location in Scarborough and was not impressed. We decided to give the chain another chance because of good experiences I've had with the brand at work and also thinking that a fresh order would improve the experience. This little plaza was quite dead when we came on a Saturday on Thanksgiving weekend near 5:15 pm. We actually thought it was closed and the food court was but Reginos was open. We did a $10.99 large 3-topping walk-in pick up with two dipping sauces. They said it was okay to order 2 different sets of 3 toppings which was nice as it let us try two pizzas for the price of one. The pizza was ready in 15 minutes. We tried a little in the car and it was great but unfortunately we had to take it home which was 20 minutes away, so it cooled down when we got it back to the house. However, a few minutes in the toaster oven revived it well. Once properly reheated and piping hot, it was great. I'm sure if we ate it right there and then it would have been delicious as well. We were looking for something tasty and we definitely got that. It did not blow me away but this is an excellent pizza place at a decent price. We don't eat pizza often but given the price and our previous experience, we will definitely be a repeat customer. I still would not expect anything fresh if you buy a slice from any pizza place. It might still be good as next-day heated-up pizza which can be just as good as the day of, but it probably has been sitting around longer than you wish. read more

Superb pizza. For a change we want pizza for Sunday brunch. Regino's is a great surprise. The cheese, sauce, toppings and dough are in perfect proportion. The only growth point is that the pineapple on the pizza was not drained to dry enough so the pizza was a bit too wet. Rest is all good. Keep up the good work. read more

Really good pizza, even if you're getting a slice they seem to be fresh and not dried out. i've been to this one in Markham and one in Aurora where i live now and they were both excellent. Looks like a pretty good chain, i wish them well....people are always friendly too. This location is in a food court but the one in Aurora has no seats just some stools against the window. They have really good prices for slices, haven't ordered a whole pie yet. But like i said, slices here aren't dried out or lacking toppings. Definately recommend Regino's. read more

They gave me a number to call the headquarters to order but it redirected me back to the store. Nothing was resolved. Very disappointing because they have good pizza. Terrible ! ! We both got food poisoning! ! Ordered the x-large bacon pepperoni and mushroom pizza for my elderly uncle after I finished taking him grocery shopping at Food Basket. Reginos is just across the street and was on our way back to his appartment, thought why not try their pizza. My uncle gave me a few slices to take home when I finished unloading his groceries. We both ate a few slices . The result was numerous trips to the washroom that night and the following morning and a very angry call from my uncle the next day telling me to" Take this f----ing pizza back to where you got it from! It made me sick! " Took back the remaining 3 /4 of the pizza to Reginos. Explained the situation to the guy in charge. His response was "That's not possible. Everything comes out the can or plastic packaging". Are you serious I said. Look I got sick my uncle got sick, I'm taking time out my day to tell you this so it doesn't happen to someone else. That's it. You keep the pizza and figure out what's wrong with it. No other response from him. I got angry and walked out. Have never gone back. read more
