I ordered 3 lbs of wings. Showed my partner the credit card receipt, and he went inside to complain about being overcharged $2.50. The employee was adamant that the wings were $41.49. We had to point out to the employee that both the website and menu listed the price as $39.99. She returned $2.50 to us. Always check your receipts to ensure you were charged correctly! Too many places are taking advantage of their customers thinking they don't check the amount they're being charged. read more

We ordered a large pizza, fried pickles, and a large bottle of Diet Coke. Saturdaybnight. Their form says they'll deliver within 60 minutes. Waiz says it's a 5 minute drive to our apartment from their restaurant. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, I called. They said within 3 to 5 minutes. It didn't arrive until 1 hour and 33 minutes. We were left starving. They brought a regular coke. Not diet that we had ordered. We didn't want the coke, so the delivery man credited our bill with the $3 + for the coke. Then he took $5 off for the late delivery. The delivery guy had a foreign accent so strong that neither me nor my wife was able to understand him. The pizza was no longer hot. It wasn't even warm. It was almost cold. It had lost its flavor. The only positive was the deep fried pickles, that were good. But they weren't enough to overcome the fact that Reginos spoiled our Saturday night. Very late delivery. Wrong coke, so we couldn't have any in spite of craving it; almost cold pizza with no flavor. We were long time customers of Reginos. Not any more. But I paid $30.25 because I called in. The person who took my order knew the online combo I was referring to, but my order got rang up a few dollars more than if I just ordered through their website. Fast, cheap and tasty! Was in the area and say a huge sign that read 2 slices for about $5.00! Went and got a Hawaiin for my son and veg for me with a soda for $6.00. The pizza was pedestrian but satisfying. But what I was really impressed with is the hard work and dedication of the folks behind the counter. They had ramped out COVID-19 measure with a plastic barrier, mask requirement and social distancing. Quality has gone down hill. The staff at the counter have no manners and seem to be mad all the time, like you are bothering them and they are doing you a favour by selling you the pizza. Very good pizza! I got the chicken supreme (chicken, jalapenos, onions, mushrooms) and added halal pepperoni all for $14 for the small, even though it looked pretty huge. The toppings were plentiful and the dough was very nice and crispy. The one thing they should do though is put the pepperoni on top the cheese so it gets crispier. read more

The place doesn't look like much but the pizza is excellent. We ordered our favourite, a 3 topping pizza with tomatoes, green peppers, and mushrooms. This pizza was meaty, juicy, yet surprisingly not soggy! The slice had a nice bite, nice chunky dough where it counts, and a thin crispy crust, just the way I like it. We took advantage of their twin pizza deal, for 20 bucks we got 2 mediums with 3 toppings each, that's a pretty good deal. The 2nd pizza was of course another favourite, just pepperoni with extra cheese. They did a fine job and passed with flying colours. I found this to be a nice convenient location as I'm travelling across York region on my way home from work. It's nestled in the middle of nice quiet neighbourhood so you don't have to deal with heavy traffic. I bet the locals order from here all the time. I was so fed up with pizza pizza the quality was sub par and by the time it got to my place it was always cold and it never tasted that great like fake cheese, etc. I really had high hopes from reginos pizza because the reviews were pretty great. Medium Hawaiian pizza, 11 wings, 2 diet cokes for $25. I called and ordered delivery it took about 50 minutes. Within 30 minutes they had called me to let me know they had made a mistake with my order (they tossed my wings in hot sauce instead of it being on the side) which is okay with me even though it wasn't what I wanted but I was starving so I didn't want it to take longer for them to redo the wings lol. The pizza isn't bad but the customer service and business practices warrant and 1 star rating. They misuse your payment information by adding additional charges that you are not made aware of until after they have processed your payment. When you try and call them on it, there is no way to get a hold of anyone or get your money back. I did prefer them to other pizza places, but on principal refuse to support their sleazy business practices, so I will be ordering from somewhere else going forward. read more

Asked them if they could put beef on only one side and they did it no problem! It was my first time ordering, I was shocked. Amazing pizza! Toppings were plentiful, fresh and full of flavour. It wa bacon, pepperoni and ground beef. I was a bit disappointed at first at the lack of pepperoni but then I realized it was on the bottom! Other pizza places don't think of this but it makes sense. If you put the pepperoni on top the other toppings won't stick because it's on the pepperoni instead of the cheese! Lots of cheese and the dough was really soft, crust was crunchy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. The cheese was thick and toppings were large and more plentiful than other pizza places. Price is amazing too. It was $12 for a medium meat supreme pizza (pepperoni, bacon, beef). This was at regular price. It's regular crust is already a pan thick pizza and there's options to have an ever thicker crust or thinner. As well as adjusting sauce and quantity of sauce. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this pizza. Everyone who tried it loved it and asked where it was from! Long story short this is my new go to pizza place. read more

Ordered Pizza online that came to $26.88 taxes included and Allan went in to pick it up and they charged him $36.88. He called me asking why one pizza cost that much and I had to get him to go back and be refunded. When he went in the owner tried to pull a stunt saying I never gave you a receipt and that he owed us nothing. It wasn't until Allan said he owed us $40 (just to get a reaction) that he pulled the receipt to show him that he didn't owe us $40 and it was only $10... that he was trying to deny charging us in the first place. Beware of these people and their shady business practices. If he would have handled this appropriately it would have been no harm no foul, an honest mistake. Clearly this was done on purpose and as such will be reported to the BBB. We will never be ordering from this place again. We have the emailed receipt and debit charge as proof. read more

I ordered my pizzas for delivery. The delivery guy did not use navigation and could not find his way to my place. He was 20 minutes late. He called me and I basically guided him to my place over the phone for 10 minutes. When he arrived, he told me that I got one of the street names wrong while guiding him. I live on Bayview and Steeles and was growing tired of the pizza pizza on Steeles and Leslie. A few of my friends recommended that I try Regino's and we're actually suprised that I had not been to this place sooner... and I agree with them! We tried Regino's after moving to the area 3 years ago. This is the best pizza place ever. Great value for money the pizza is amazing. Great fresh topping options and the wings are crispy and perfect every time, they also have a selection of sauces for the wings. Also a good sides selection and drinks from cans, individual bottles and 2L bottles. The workers and owner are really friendly and nice. We had a mistake once from a new worker and the owner fixed it for us quickly. We really appreciated the approach and care he took on the matter, and we understand mistakes happen when your new especially :). They make a pretty mean poutine as well, its a must try if you haven't already. We have converted several families into coming to Regino's now, they are just great! read more

Nothing more to be said - best pizza place ever! I've consistently come to this place for pizza for 3 years and it's now time to write a review. True, the general exterior of this store is not very appealing - it's located in a beat down plaza with an acupuncture place, driving school and pub - but don't judge a book by it's cover! The prices are extremely reasonable and the quality is always spot on. My parents have digestion troubles with pizza from larger franchises (*cough cough Pizza Pizza, Pizza Hut*) but this place is a favourite for all of us. I've ordered delivery once, but I don't recommend it. Yes, the pizza was still good but I live a 5 minute driving distance away and the pizza still took an hour to arrive - I kid you not. Service has always been consistently mediocre and nothing to complain about. In fact, if you call to place your order, I think they keep your name and number on hand because the next time you call and give your number, they already know your name? I worked here part-time during the summer of 2015 and discovered more than a few things wrong with this place. 1. They buy expired vegetables from Longo's as a way to lower the cost of the pizza. I watched the owner buy bruised tomatoes and peppers they were starting to rot. 2. They also had a roach problem during the March break and it took 6 months before they finally called an exterminator. 3. The cheese is mixed with corn starch as a cost-saving method which makes the pizza abnormally greasy. I quit in September to go back to school and I'll never eat from Regino's again. read more
