Hands down best pho place I've found so far! It' costs An arm and a leg in Bellevue. But every time I do shopping at 99 ranch, my husband and I make a stop to the pho shop next door. It's a modest simple no frills pho place with reasonable prices, good soup base and good quality!!! We love it and they also serve you hot tea for free! I'm craving more pho just thinking about it. Their brisket and steak is awesome! And we also like their generous portions of the shrimp pork spring rolls. Can't beat the price and quality here! Highly recommend if you're in the Renton/Kent area. Bean sprouts, lime, basil, jalapeno sides were all super fresh!!!

Solid place for pho around the 99 Ranch market area. The people inside are very kind and the service is always quick. It's a usual go-to when I'm looking for comfort pho near home. :)

Went to go have lunch and we came across this spot so we wanted to try 1. We got extra large steak 2. Got a bowl on the side and used it for one other and shared it was a pretty good sized extra large definitely for two people !

The service here is friendly. They have a wide selection of food here. I haven't been here too often but it was my first time back in a few years. The noodle soup lacked dimensions in flavor. It wasn't really flavorful but the meats in it tasted fresh and was cooked well. I just think the broth needs to improve but everything else in the dish was cooked well. Personally wouldn't get this again, I had to add sauces in to try to improve the taste.

I went here with my mom during peak lunch hour on a Friday and got seated quickly. Menu consisted of regular Vietnamese dishes, and we both got the duck vermicelli noodle soup, along with a side of egg rolls. There were four pieces of egg rolls in one serving, and they came out hot and fresh. The duck noodle soup was our favorite, mostly because they provided a LOT more duck than in other Vietnamese restaurants we've had. The portions are smaller in terms of noodles and soup compared to those same restaurants, but the flavor profile was awesome. The duck meat was also high in quality too. From what I heard, this place is under new management from what it was before. The inside has tons of seating though the walls are plain white, making the place a lot brighter. There is one TV near the cashier playing music that isn't too loud, so this restaurant works pretty well even for larger groups.

Food: I ordered the Bún riêu, it was tasty and piping hot. The waitress was able to accommodate for no pork blood which I appreciated. This is the perfect place for a large gathering or dining solo. People are only here for one thing and that's good food. Service: fast and friendly people. Ambiance: wide open seating and plenty of room between each tables, clean silverware.

Replaced the last Vietnamese restaurant (pho to chau) Pho my chau offers a lot more variety in terms of noodles and appetizers My absolutely favorite is the pork spring rolls that came with fish sauces, it's sooo refreshing- the pork was hot- warm while the rest is cold warm. But when we came back for dinner a different (red) pork spring rolls was served with peanut butter sauce. It wasn't bad but wasn't what I expected. Tip- ask which one they have before you order. Server and cook was very nice about it and explained to me they have different versions. The restaurant feels bigger and more opened than it was before when it was pho to chau The kids menu was big and I liked they had the meat cut up already so I didn't need to do it

I'm always on the hunt for good pho and have tried almost every spot in the Kent area. This spot is legit and I'm excited to have a spot to come back to. - Flavorful broth that's well balanced. Isn't spice forward or beef forward, just very tasty and balanced. Slight sweetness that is welcome and not too much at all. - Tender beef and good amount of meat for the price. Tendon was melty, meatballs were bouncy, tripe was fresh. - Great texture on noodles! Not overdone and doesn't fall apart. - They offer hot tea for free. - Restaurant is spacious and clean! The waitress let everybody seat themselves wherever they want so it was great to have some distance away from other guests especially during cold and flu season. Waitress was also very friendly, attentive, and quick. - They even have their own clean restroom for diners, separate from the mall ones. This restaurant is located inside the 99 ranch market complex, to the right of 99 ranch. Compared to other nearby popular spots: - much more flavorful than Pho Cat Sang where the broth is very light - better balanced and less sweet than Pho Saigon Garden which is flavorful but too sweet for my preference - more balanced with spices than Pho Lam which is very yummy but really beef forward

It's a casual spot with many seats. My sister and I came here at lunch time on a Thursday, and there were a lot of people in there, which is always a good sign to me. My sister and I shared the Crab Xiao Long Bao, Spicy shrimp wontons, beef braised noodle soup, and the Tianjin Style Chive and Egg Pancakes. I really liked everything we ordered. The crab xiao long bao was nice and soupy; the crab flavor is subtle but nice. What got me was the little crab carrot in the baos. The absolute cutest thing and a nice touch! The pancake was delicious. Very herbaceous and savory, the pancake was crispy and chewy at all the right places. The wontons weren't super spicy, but the flavors were good, and the wonton itself was tasty. The top dish for me, though, was the beef braised noodle soup. The handmade noodles were bouncy and perfectly chewy. The beef is definitely the star of this dish, being so freakin tender and flavorful! The bok choy added that freshness and crunch that complemented the soup really well. From the tender meat, the chewy noodles, and the bok choy, this soup is my absolute favorite item here so far. I'd like to try the spicy version next time. The staff were super friendly. The food came out fairly quickly after ordering, and everything was so hot and fresh! I'll definitely be back as I'd like to try the other items they offer.

A thin crisp crust, falling off the bone tender lamb with a nice amount of fat. It's served with a salty spicy dry rub that adds more texture with each bite. The raw sliced onions, not something you'll see with western cuisine, but a staple served with mughlai kebabs in other parts of the world provide sweetness and additional crunch. The lamb buns were great. Unlike most buns or patties or quiche which usually have ground lamb, these had tiny cubes, along with potatoes. Just needed some hot sauce to unlock flavors for me. The lamb soup with noodles was light and super flavorful. Great for a winter afternoon. Service was nice. The place is inside the same mall which houses Ranch Market and is clean with nice comfy seating. Will I return: Definitely

Lamb stir fry - Delicious. I particularly love the lamb chunks that have a bit of fat or tendon on them. I also love the potato in this. Hand pulled wide noodles - These are on-point, especially after the sad and soft ones at Dough Zone. So much texture and the amount of umami they soak up from the juices of the stir fry is brain melting. Naan - They're definitely good, but these are.....sooooooooo dense and filling. As an analogy, if bread -- bagel, then Indian curry naan -- this naan. Honestly, these aren't my favorite, but I can't fault the taste or quality at all. Upon arrival on the rainy day i was offered water or warm tea and opted for both. Nothing better than that combo for me. Ordered my usual... Pho with rare steak, tripe, tendon and added meatballs. Broth is flavorful, as with anything you make it how you want after the initial taste and i only add limes and chili oil with the added basil. Nothing else. Fun fact: sriracha and hoisin are meant to be on the side to dip in, not poor into the broth. Also what makes me come back here is the Pork Patty Spring Rolls. The added crispy crunch on the inside makes these next level with the dark Romaine and just enough noodles to not overwhelm them like other places. A little added tunes whether traditional or not would be great. Or maybe the sound from the TVs playing food videos from around Vietnam would be cool. The silence was actually a could change up with the air conditioning and sound from the kitchen cooking. Great experience and glad i finally got to come in here!

After about 5 minutes, we got the Pork Patty Spring Rolls. Every single time we order them, they taste so good!!! Hits the spot whenever we visit this restaurant. Probably our favorite dish, actually. After we devoured the Spring Rolls, our entrees came out - Combination Pho and the Kids Meatball Pho. Then a few minutes later, the Grilled Chicken Noodle Bowl came out. I normally like to pour some Sriracha and Hoisin Sauce into my Noodle Bowl along with the sauce it originally comes with. Mixing everything in all of that makes it that much more flavorful for me! Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the food and the service. The Pho broth seemed a little bland and not seasoned as well as before. Other than that, all of the other food items were tasty and to our liking. The restaurant itself has ample amount of space to sit at since there are plenty of seating and tables available. Parking outside is good, there are plenty of spaces to park at as well. There used to be a Big 5 Sporting Goods store, but since that's gone, parking hasn't been an issue at all. They have pretty decent Vietnamese food for reasonable prices and adequate portions.

Luckily I saw Pho T & L was open and I've had this place saved for a while so this was the best timing to try them out. We arrived and it was pretty busy and we weren't sure if we seated ourselves or someone else seats us as it took a few minutes for us to get noticed. After a little of standing awkwardly near the entrance, someone noticed us and motioned us to sit near the check out area which you do need to go up and pay rather than wait for someone to drop off a check. We were given waters and menus and given a decent amount of time to decide what we wanted. My friends got a lemonade with tea, Thai tea, shaking beef and combo vermicelli while my boyfriend got the shaking beef and egg rolls and I got the Bun Bo Hue and spring rolls. My boyfriend got his egg rolls and I didn't get my spring rolls until after everyone's' order came in so I have a feeling that the employee who took our order forgot or the kitchen forgot. There was no apology or anything for it either. I got my food first, after several minutes the shaking beef came out and after another a while my friend got his vermicelli bowl. Luckily we weren't pressed for time but it made it awkward as we didn't get our food at the same time and it took a bit to get them. I am a slow eater so I guess it worked out that I got mine first but I also didn't receive my spring rolls until I brought it up once we received everything else. The food was phenomenal and our friends said their drinks were perfect too. I did enjoy my Bun Bo Hue, though I did make it a bit more spicier with their chili oil. They have plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate all party sizes. They do have a bathroom but you have to go through a long, scary hallway to get to it. The tables have probably the cutest container for their chili oil but I appreciate that they have napkins, sriracha, hoisin, and utensils on the table. The employees don't really check in often and they didn't really come by to fill our waters until we were down with our meal. The service was also pretty much non-existent, it wasn't rude but just felt rushed and cold.
