Today was one of those days where I was craving Pho soup. It was raining and cold it I was craving good pho broth to hit the spot. So I went on a side quest to find a location nearby but also a location that I've never been to. I ended up at a the Great Wall Shopping mall, apparently there's a pho place in the back corner right as you walk into the front entrance. Alright, so when it comes to ambience, it was a warm atmosphere. The staff quickly greeted us and we got seated right away. The price is reasonable for a small bow of pho. I ended up getting the Pho Dac Biet! The combo with a bit of everything in it. The broth with no sauce, welp! It definitely hit the spot. It was quite flavorful and delicious. Had a pretty good amount of protein and they didn't cheap out on the side garnishes like the mints and bean sprouts. Overall I'm pretty happy with the quality of the pho soup. I'd recommend coming here for some good pho! read more

This is probably one of the best pho places I have tried! The meat was tender and the flavor was delicious! I ordered a large and was able to take some home for later! Next time, I have to order extra meat! The staff were nice, they seem to be consistently busy, and since it's in a shopping plaza, I assume they are quite busy! Hands down best pho place I've found so far! It' costs An arm and a leg in Bellevue. But every time I do shopping at 99 ranch, my husband and I make a stop to the pho shop next door. It's a modest simple no frills pho place with reasonable prices, good soup base and good quality!!! We love it and they also serve you hot tea for free! I'm craving more pho just thinking about it. Their brisket and steak is awesome! And we also like their generous portions of the shrimp pork spring rolls. Can't beat the price and quality here! Highly recommend if you're in the Renton/Kent area. Bean sprouts, lime, basil, jalapeno sides were all super fresh!!! read more

The service here is friendly. They have a wide selection of food here. I haven't been here too often but it was my first time back in a few years. The noodle soup lacked dimensions in flavor. It wasn't really flavorful but the meats in it tasted fresh and was cooked well. I just think the broth needs to improve but everything else in the dish was cooked well. I went here with my mom during peak lunch hour on a Friday and got seated quickly. Menu consisted of regular Vietnamese dishes, and we both got the duck vermicelli noodle soup, along with a side of egg rolls. There were four pieces of egg rolls in one serving, and they came out hot and fresh. The duck noodle soup was our favorite, mostly because they provided a LOT more duck than in other Vietnamese restaurants we've had. The portions are smaller in terms of noodles and soup compared to those same restaurants, but the flavor profile was awesome. The duck meat was also high in quality too. From what I heard, this place is under new management from what it was before. The inside has tons of seating though the walls are plain white, making the place a lot brighter. There is one TV near the cashier playing music that isn't too loud, so this restaurant works pretty well even for larger groups. read more

Replaced the last Vietnamese restaurant (pho to chau) Pho my chau offers a lot more variety in terms of noodles and appetizers My absolutely favorite is the pork spring rolls that came with fish sauces, it's sooo refreshing- the pork was hot- warm while the rest is cold warm. But when we came back for dinner a different (red) pork spring rolls was served with peanut butter sauce. It wasn't bad but wasn't what I expected. Tip- ask which one they have before you order. Server and cook was very nice about it and explained to me they have different versions. To our surprise, our favorite place to eat at the Great Wall Mall, Hue Ky Mi Gia was closed for remodeling. Conveniently next door is Phở Mỹ Châu 3, which says Vietnamese Noodle Soup right under its name. We had the Bun Rieu (crab noodle soup) and Bun Bo Hue (Hue Spicy Noodle Soup). Both soups lacked the deep brothy flavor we've had at other places and even made at home. The Bun Rieu did have sliced tomatoes, but lacked the crabby tomato based broth. The Bun Bo Hue lacked the deep spicy richness. Good and filling for what they are, but not what we expected. read more

I'm always on the hunt for good pho and have tried almost every spot in the Kent area. This spot is legit and I'm excited to have a spot to come back to. - Flavorful broth that's well balanced. Isn't spice forward or beef forward, just very tasty and balanced. Slight sweetness that is welcome and not too much at all. - Tender beef and good amount of meat for the price. Tendon was melty, meatballs were bouncy, tripe was fresh. - Great texture on noodles! Not overdone and doesn't fall apart. - They offer hot tea for free. - Restaurant is spacious and clean! The waitress let everybody seat themselves wherever they want so it was great to have some distance away from other guests especially during cold and flu season. Waitress was also very friendly, attentive, and quick. - They even have their own clean restroom for diners, separate from the mall ones.
