I've tried and tried but I cannot get complete answers to my written questions. The last response was not even correct and when I explained that to them, I have not yet had a further response. Originally, I asked to speak with an experienced representative but was informed by an inexperienced receptionist that I would have to wait for a call back from a sales person and that she couldn't tell me what phone number they'd be calling from. I get so many robo calls that I block all unidentified callers who don't leave messages so I tried to communicate with Phresh by email through Yelp. I wanted to change to Phresh, because of their good reviews but after a few days of frustrating communications I'm going to give up and keep looking for a more accessible company. While I was waiting on hold today, I found some really negative reviews and after my experience, I tend to believe them. read more

I could go on and on about how dumb these people are. I leave a key at the back door for them and they walk all the way around to the front and say the key doesn't work and try to charge me for a unit I needed to keep until I moved. I have never done water deliver before but so far nothing but good things to say. Asked for a quote through yelp and they were very quick to respond. They responded quickly to my follow up questions and I went ahead and placed an order which was also very easy to do. They deliver to LA and Orange County. After placing the order they delivered the waters and cooler within a couple days. If no one is home they leave it on the front steps. We ordered the alkaline water and it tastes great and is cheaper or just as expensive as buying bottles from the store, even one of my roommates commented on it tasting good and hes not one to care too much or to tell the difference. It saves the hassle of going to the store and getting plastic bottles all the time and saves on recycling. Also very convenient to have cold and hot water at your fingertips. After getting the cooler, I had some questions about how to operate the hot water because there is a little trick to these coolers and they were still very responsive and told me the trick within minutes of business hours. If everything continues I'll keep the orders going. read more

While I did have to wait several weeks from my initial order date for my installation appointment for the new cooler and my first delivery appointment, I will say that the delivery driver was great and I am very pleased with the quality of the alkaline water I am getting as well as the brand new hot and cold bottom loading water cooler that I rented from them. It is brand new and works wonderfully. They gave me an extra 5 gallon jug of the alkaline water due to the wait for an appointment which was excellent customer service and also helped to offset the gallon I had to waste priming the new cooler machine. All in all I'm satisfied with the service here. Will report back after a few months of the service! read more

My entire experience with phresh has been amazing. The entire ordering process was so easy and affordable. I did have an issue with my water cooler leaking but they sent someone out within hours of me calling to bring me a new one as well as a replacement water bottle since some of the water leaked out. Service was fine but water didn't taste good. I ordered spring water and it tasted very plasticy, even when I drank it right out of the jug. When I let them know I thought the water was kept in a hot place and it was likely that the plastic had melted into the water, they didn't care and didn't offer to bring me different water.
