I was helped by Will at appliances who provided top quality customer service. He got the mini fridge on a dolly, rang us up, and even helped put it in my SUV. Special shout out to the guy who also did the wood cutting, I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was absolutely professional and did an excellent cutting job for the plywood I needed. This is the exact reason why I don't shop at Home Depot anymore. The customer service at Home Depot has gone downhill over the years. Lowe's on the other hand, is the gold standard of customer service.

I went to Ms. Theresa requesting to match the Amazon price, as stated in all publication materials of Lowes, which states that it would "match Amazon price as long as it is sold and shipped by Amazon". The listing of the Amazon page that I showed Ms. Theresa clearly states that it is "sold and shipped by Amazon." However she did not want to sell at that price, it looks like, and looked around for all opportunites to reject. Eventually she said that it is coming from "Chamberlain store" (which is technically true, but it is sold and shipped by Amazon) and hence cannot sell it!!!!! Surprizing finding! as we cannot expect Amazon to be manufacturing "Chamberlain" Products! Extremely disappointing to see such a totally ingeneous response from the senior manager (I think she was) at the Lowes Store, which I had been patronizing for a long time! Other dealers wanted to sell me bigger side by sides or would charge to deliver and another change to take away the old appliance (Spencer's). They also wanted to sell me a separate (new) hook up for the water, another $15. Yanira had what I wanted and the price was right and did not charge for delivery or removal of old frig. Unfortunately, the frig that was delivered (after I had water line fixed in wall) would not work the ice maker. Yanira and Anna both arranged for a new ice maker to be installed (2nd trip). Still ice maker would not co-operate and refused to provide me with ice. Now the GOOD part comes, Not wanting to be out done, Yanira and Anna got me another 30" frig with ice maker. Keep it hooked up over two nights to make sure it would work and then at my convenience, delivered it (3rd trip) and had it installed. Now my tenant (Brother in Law) is happy and no longer refers to me as an A/H. Thanks, YANIRA AND ANNA will be using you again in the future. GOOD PRICES, GOOD DELIVERY, GOOD SERVICE!
