Instead of taking ownership, they told me that I had to pay for $1,000 for refrigerant despite knowing the equipment was defective. Warranty or not, this was a loyalty test. And they failed. Yes, their staff is polite. But once you see how they hide behind friendly service while selling low-quality products and overcharging for repairs, it's hard not to feel scammed. Warning to my fellow Phoenix locals: This company banks on breakdowns. Don't let a good first impression fool you. He topped off the freon to get me through until parts came in. Both systems are back to running at peak performance. I'm very happy that he was able to fix the failing component through my warranty and I did not have to purchase 2 new entire systems. I had Collins Comfort out to do regular maintenance and they did not find the leak but only focused on selling me their service plan.
