HORRIBLE SERVICE mainly by the men. One of them did my pedicure today and when it came time to lotion, my leg, he lotioned half of my calf. When I asked him to bring the lotion up to the top of the calf area under the knee, he told me, NO. I asked him was I supposed to go in public with my leg half oily and he just kept saying no, I don't do that. So I called one of the young ladies over to finish me up and then he called the guy at the desk. I guess he was the Manager and of course he came over and supported him not lotion in the entire calf and say he's gonna lotion half of your lower leg and then you could lotion the rest of your lower leg. I asked what was the purpose of lotion in and massaging us if you're only gonna do half of the calf? No answer and rudely walked away. These men should not be handling women in this service model because it is clearly not a passion and it comes through in their work. I blame myself because I should have never been in there in the first place and should've just honored the boycott. Lesson learned I will NEVER go back again because of bad service. You want the money and not render the appropriate service. I am sick of having to explain that what they advertise customer should get because you are charging for it. I find it is cultural and it's so frustrating. They build a business and don't care to build their Customer Service. read more

Ann is the best! Always takes her time no matter how busy she is!! Great work!! read more

Tommy & Ann are the best! Been going for years now. Also my pedicures are always so relaxing! it's definitely a vibe.

Horrible customer service.. What's the point of offering appointments when they are not honored. Waited 45 minutes to be seen when I had an scheduled appointment , that I was on time for. Ann clearly started on a walk in when she knew I had an appointment. Not one apology given. I did let her know how unprofessional that was. I would have left but I was in a pinch. I definitely will not return. read more

This was absolutely the worst manicure I have ever had. It was totally sloppy and the woman who did my nails was on her cell phone the entire time. She left polish on my fingers and she cut my fingers. I will never go back here again and would warn anyone else not to go back as well. read more

Today was my LAST TIME. Although the owner (Tom) does great work, his rudeness and the disrespect from his staff was enough to make me look for another establishment while in his chair. I made an appointment and upon arrival was told it was his day off so I decided to get a pedicure so as to not waste the trip. One lady was free (chilling on her cellphone) but for whatever reason didn't want to do my pedicure. She instead took over a pedicure already in progress and sent someone else to do my pedicure. Nine minutes into my cold water pedicure Tom walks in and insisted that I finish the pedicure. I declined to finish the pedicure because it was not why I originally came. As I approached his chair he is clearly irritated and behaving aggressively. I will no longer exchange my right to be treated with kindness WHILE PAYING FOR A SERVICE for a decent set of nails. Not worth it. read more

HORRIBLE, sloppy, careless manicure by this lady (should have asked her name!) Cuticles are hurting and swollen today, she was talking to her colleagues and looking elsewhere while cutting my cuticles, which are very dry and flaky today. The cuticle cutter looked like it needed to be sharpen, big time! It was pulling and snagging! She took forever, because she had to go back and do it over and over again the same spot. Unbelievable! The polish? After literally 23 hrs. is already chipping off. I have very, very short nails and did not do any work in the house or anything else, accept touching my phone screen! Also, she smeared polish on around my fingers - like if you did at home (or worse!) , never files my nails - they look all uneven. Honestly, I could have saved the $17 and the fat tip I gave her and do it myself - which I have done: similar, better result!! I am going back today and asking for my money back, and I will remove all the gunky polish she did too. What a waste of my time. Do not let them get away with it: demand your money back - which I think they will create an issue, but stick to your rights. They need to learn the lesson, or learn how to do nails!! read more

I stopped getting my fills & pedicures here a long time ago because I asked for a cut down a reshape and the lady doing my nails refused. I went to set nails and they did just what I asked. I kept going to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady that usually does my brows is excellent. Today I went a much younger lady did my eyebrows. She proceeded to tell me how much of a "horrible job" my Microblading was. I said ok but she would not let it go. She began to laugh and brag about how hers was so much better. She even went on to tell me she debated on wether she should tell me how horrible it was and shrugged and said "why not I am only telling the truth it is bad." This was the first time I had anyone say this I usually get compliments. My daughter was in the wax room waiting I could tell she was just as embarrassed as I was. It was EXTREMELY in appropriate and unprofessional. I have seen other customers be rude and entitled with the staff. I and always respectful and leave a tip each and everytime I will now being going somewhere else to get my waxing done as well. read more

This place started off great. I was excited to find a place my daughter and I could go for our mother/daughter dates. We had been to this location multiple times and loved it. We went in one day and they seemed a little busy but they asked what we wanted and I explained I wanted ombre nails with a pedicure and my daughter wanted tips with dip and a pedicure. When they told us where to sit and the tech asked I then explained what we wanted and she rolled her eyes I was nice and said you know since your busy we will just get gel and no pedi. We did not get the full manicure with our gel and the nail tech when she filled my daughters nail she did it so hard she tore her nail on the side and tried to place glue on the area before painting over it! My daughters nail was on fire. I said something and she said oh no she fine. They didn't even apologize. It just seemed like they were rushing to get through everyone showing up. read more

I've been going to this nail shop now for 3 months. I absolutely love then. Tom does a great job on my nails. My nails do not chip or lift. I even get the rhinestones added to some nails. in pic 3, you can see my nails and all of the rhinestones stayed on for a little over a month!!! I'm hooked on the color combo of white with silver glitter. Goes with everything! Very friendly staff with great prices! read more

If I could I would give 0 stars. I left this nail spa very unhappy. I was a walk-in customer and I asked if they had time to do a gel manicure on me. This lady said yes and I was so happy they could get me In. However, she rushed through the whole process. I arrived at 6:10 and left at 6:30. I haven't had my nails done in 3 months and I was so happy for someone to take off the dead skin and clean it up. No. She quickly took off my cuticles and started the gel process. While looking at my nails, I had to tell her to remove some more hang nails that she did not get. Then I started bleeding from her over picking at my skin. She put some blue liquid on it and it started stinging so bad I had to go wash it off. I was almost in tears because of how bad it stung. Once she was finally done, I noticed my nails looked streaky and some of my nails had no polish on it. I told the lady that it didn't look good and her response was "well if you step back and look from a distance you can't tell." I was beyond mad and this point. I was going to ask for a credit so I can come back and get them re-done, but I really don't want to come back to this nail spa again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS SPA. It was not relaxing at all. read more

Love this nail salon. Linda is the best. Their selection of shellac colors is amazing - over 175 to chose from. You rarely need an appointment. I highly recommend Phoenix nails. read more

In addition to lovely nails, I seek inviting customer service and sanitation when visiting a nail salon. Unfortunately, I didn't get any of these here. I was simply told to have a seat at a table. The nail tech barely spoke before sitting down to start my nails. For the majority of the time, she didn't say anything to me. I noticed that she was changing the shape of my nails and she seemed in a hurry while filing. Had I not said something, she would've left my nails wide and square. The artificial replacements looked nothing like my natural nails so I had to ask her to reshape them three times. Beyond that, she painted 6 or 7 coats of gel on my nails causing my natural nails to look unnatural. The worst part about my experience was the dirty wet towel on the table where she performed my service. When part of my hand touched it, I told her the towel was very wet. Instead of her replacing the towel with a dry clean one, she moved the towel and left the table bare. Every salon should put safety first. I wondered how many nails had been filed, drilled, cut, and sprayed with chemicals on that towel before mine. A new towel should be placed on the table after each customer. I left without getting my nails polished because I was so displeased. Some of my nails are rounded and others are squared. A couple of them have dents because the gel wasn't smoothed properly. I won't be returning to this salon. read more

Very clean salon. They mostly do Liquid Gel Pink & White & Shellac, so no smell of chemical. Great pedicure. If you havent tried Eyelashes here, try it out. Their glue is flexible & doesn't hurt your real lashes at all. Their Gel Nails is very natural and professional done. I recommend everyone to get full sets done here. read more

So I have had acrylic nails for a long time and it's always a struggle to get someone who knows what they are doing. Every Time I have ever gone in to get a fill in, the results have been beautiful. They have a wide selection of colors and get the job done surprisingly fast for the quality of the nails. read more

I came for a pedicure and it honesty felt rushed and definitely not worth the pricing. I only stopped by because it is near my home and I wouldn't make it to my usual place , but I have surely learned my lesson. I will stick to my usual place where I am greeted every time, and where customer service actually exists. Don't come here if you want a 1/2 ass pedicure and if you want to be ignored and overcharged. read more

I've been going to this nail shop for about 6 years off and on. Honestly the techs are hit and miss as far as friendliness. Sometimes they are super quiet and some smile and like to talk, either way is fine to me. However, I decided to treat myself and try something new recently and decided on a gel overlay which was $50. Well it was a young gentleman and he was extremely short and irritable with any questions I had. He asked me questions about shape and style that I was unfamiliar with and when I didn't know exactly what he was referencing he was obviously annoyed and would say something in Vietnamese with clear attitude and I knew he was talking about me which is very cowardly if you ask me. If you have something rude to say say it in English so I can understand. He was annoyed I asked for the nails to be shorter... before he even shaped them. He asked which nails would I like glitter on and when I told him it didn't matter his typical annoyed response was " well you have 10 fingers you need to tell me which ones" at this point I wanted to stop and leave but I decided not to escalate the situation and let my money do the talking. I pointed to which ones and sat through the rest of the appointment. At the end he asked what color for my toes and I advised him I no longer wanted the pedicure. I honestly just wanted to leave the shop at that point. I was going to get a pedicure as well and give a $10 tip but he ruined that. I advised the owner Ann of what happened and that he lost her business money and she tried to make an excuse saying maybe it was a language barrier and I advised her it was not when he got snippy It was very clear English and that his customer service was just horrible and he was short from the start. I am a grown college educated woman who treats everyone with respect. I expect and demand to be treated with the same respect especially when I have chosen to spend my hard earned money in your business.... if he didn't feel like being around people that day he should have stayed home. I never leave reviews but I felt this situation warranted it. I will not be returning because if they didn't know nail shops are literally on every corner. I went to SET nails across the street and they were very welcoming and sweet and the shop is beautiful!!! They cut down and reshaped my nails for a very decent price. That's my new shop I guess! read more

I went to Phoenix Nail salon for the second time today. The first time I went I just dropped in to get a nail repaired. I was really impressed with the service I received. So today I went back to get a fill-in and pedicure with Tom. Tom provided an excellent pedicure and fill in. I also got my eyebrows waxed. If you visit this salon, ask for Tom. You'll leave with a very professional look. read more
