The woman/owner at the front who answers the calls was clearly exceptionally talented. I do actually think HER work is the one broadcasted on social media. My maid of honor reached out via instagram with a photo of what I wanted for my wedding nails and when I got to the salon, I was excited to get started as it was the literal day before my wedding. (We DIY'd the WHOLE thing and I needed to make sure I didn't break any nails in the days before) I can't remember the name of my nail tech, but IMMEDIATELY I realized we were in a sticky situation. I tried to trust the process, showed her photos, told her I wanted a squoval French with the gold line to highlight the manicure. After I watched her MULTIPLE TIMES glue the tips on crooked, and I'm not talking like picky girl crooked, I mean DISFIGURED crooked - Once we got to the gold tip portion, I was told by the woman/owner up front "she can't work with metallics and do lines like that can you pick a different design?" In my head, I'm like, "did you not schedule this?" "Would you let me leave with my hands looking like this?" "Why don't you do it?" But she had another client and was doing anything absolutely gorgeous job on her nails while simultaneously dealing with a tough situation on the phone. I was so totally thrown off guard by this, already by the shape of my nails which definitely were very DUCK looking and the fact that we communicated with their instagram which is riddled with insane talent that I didn't know what to do. The woman up front/owner was very clearly and personally going through something on the phone that I really felt bad about and I just didn't want to ruin anyone's day so I just sucked it up and left with the absolute worst manicure of my life after so many times explaining that these were my wedding nails. My poor maid of honor got similar treatment where she got dip nails and her male manicurist put them back in white dip at the end so her nails literally looked like she played in glue. Im so frustrated. I understand people have hard days, but no one asked me any questions or seemed to care that I was getting married and chose their salon to do my nails. We had a huge wedding of 165 people and I had to show my ring to all of them - my nails will be plastered in photos for everyone to see. I tried to file them down on the sides, went to a cvs to try to fix them myself after our rehearsal dinner as I had 0 time to do anything since we were on a pretty big time crunch and my index nail on my left hand was literally pointing right. The salon itself is pretty, it seemed clean, but as far as marketing goes, I can't believe this happened to me. I paid 70 dollars and I always try to tip well, because I do want to believe the tech tried her best and that it wasn't necessarily her fault that the appointment we made was for something she couldn't do, so I tipped $20. Disappointed, sad and honestly feeling a bit robbed by them still. One week after as well, there was an odd gap of clear space between the French and the actual pinkish color that literally turned yellow on our honeymoon. Mortified to show my hands there. Now, even after I correctly took off the nails with acetone, I am left with an awful RING OF FIRE on my nail beds. this has never happened to me before and from what I hear, it means the tech was careless. The gift that keeps on giving! So now, after my wedding and getting my new and beautiful ring, I can't even get my nails done to show it off. I have to wait until these grow out. My nails always look amazing, and she's always down to try whatever crazy idea I have. I absolutely love working with her, and I'm afraid that by telling everyone how awesome she is, she'll become too busy for me (but I'm no longer gatekeeping!)

It's located across from Short Pump mall. The young lady at the desk was very friendly. We got drinks and snacks, which I thought only came with the expensive pedicure packages that I got for my kids, but I found out that they give them to everyone. Guess I paid extra for the flowers in their foot soak. Next time I will get a regular pedi for them. My daughter & I got gel polish. My son got a buff. Every single thing costs extra. When we checked out, I paid over $200 before I even added the tip. Very expensive, but it was worth it to see the smiles on my kid's faces. I would go back & just get gel polish with the regular package next time.

The only reason I've returned is Ellie--she is talented, professional, and the best tech I've had in years. But after today, I question why I'd spend another dime in a salon that shows such contempt for its customers. You aren't losing me as a customer over politics--you're losing me over morals. This isn't about opinions; it's about basic human decency, and you failed. If this is how you speak about your clients, maybe you don't deserve them.

We both got pedicures- the milk and honey option, which was $55 I believe (without tax and tip). Hot stones, scrub, hot towels, amazing smelling lotion, etc. The staff were awesome, so nice and quiet and funny, and were efficient. They did a great job with my calluses and cuticles, and I'm a week out from the pedicure with no chips at all. The store is extremely clean, smells great, is well lit but not aggressively so, the chairs are comfortable, and the equipment all looks really nice. I will say neither of us got gel polish, so I can't speak to that, but my pedicure was a 5 star experience! I'll be back for sure :)

I had my fingers and toes done at the same time and couldn't even enjoy the massage chair (which is part of why I go for a pedicure) I couldn't relax the entire time because I couldn't sit back in my chair since they were doing my fingers and toes at the same time. My sister had just her pedicure going. No manicure yet, but she wasn't getting polish on her fingers. Her massage chair didn't even work. We both picked out a chrome color. My sister was only getting color on her toes. I got color on my fingers and toes. I was rushed through mine meanwhile my sisters sitting right next to me in a massage chair that doesn't even work.. I got both my fingers and toes completely done no lotion on my arms or hands, no massage on my hands or arms. None of the usual, you know, manicure stuff... he simply did my nails and moved on.... I was finished before my sister even had polish on her toes. They moved her to get her manicure but again, she wasn't getting color. In the meantime I was sitting aside waiting for her to be finished. I had time to examine my nails and before even leaving I noticed how crappy they were. There was polish all over my skin, he completely missed a spot on my finger nail with the chrome. I said something so they would clean it up and fix the messed up spot before we left. They cleaned up my manicure but didn't properly fix the missing spot so now it looks like a bump and is clearly messed up. He finally put lotion on me only after I watched him giving my sister a hand and shoulder massage. That's when he realized he didn't do it for me. I didn't get lotion on my arms even after that and no massage. Just lotion. After all this.. he charged us $220! I asked what the price was and he said $160 for both of us... my sister didn't even get color on her fingernails how was hers the same cost as mine???? I paid without a fuss because it was part of her birthday gift. I got home and looked up how much the chrome powder was on Amazon. $6.... They charged us $20 each as an add on for the chrome!!! 4 days later.. and the top coat on my thumb is already peeling off. Ridiculous !!!! They clearly do not care about their work. I called and made an appointment for the afternoon and showed up promptly for my appointment. When I walked in there was a huge pile of close and soothes racks on the right, which was an eyesore. On the left were the nail stations. In the back we're the pedicure chairs, which were completely worn so the pleather was coming off me missing. I was one of two people there for service and long story short, had probably the worst pedicure I've had. No massage, no relaxing...it was straight to business and painting my toenails. The cost was $30 and I wish I had just gone to Relax Nails instead. Oh well. The polish I chose was old and streaky going on. Ow that I think about it, all of the polishes looked pretty dried out and old. On the positive, the two people working were nice, although my nail tech didn't speak any English. I tried to ask her about the weekend and she just said yes. It kind of felt like she was being treated like cheap labor, doing most of the work in the salon. Anyway, I won't be back. Not a good experience for me.

As we walk up to the door I see a man running out. I open the door and immediately a pitbull jumps up and walks towards us. It was scary! We turned around and walked away and no one ever came out to try to gain our business. It's like they didn't care. I can't believe a nail salon that is supposed to be very sanitary has a pitbull roaming around. 2 out of the 5 people I took had severe dog allergies. It's ridiculous!
