    Beef Pho To Go Special
    Pawan S.

Amazing PHO, definitely one of the best broths I've ever had so flavorful. The owner is very sweet and gave us some free noodles. The ambiance is amazing I love the outdoor seating very cozy. Overall will definitely be returning this is my new go to pho spot in the area.

The owner is so friendly and such a great person. She donates the profits to a non-profit helping people get back on their feet. She mentioned how she just took ownership and re-designing and decorating the cute little shop that has more than enough seating with the extension outside The Lemon Grass Tofu Bahn Mi Sandwich was so yummy! Everyone loved their Pho and i really liked my Vermicelli Noodles and my Garlic Beef Spring Rolls. I really loved the red sweet and spicy bottled sauce on the table . For drinks we got the thai tea with and without boba, and lychee Lemonade and both were really good.

I had a great experience at this pho restaurant! The restaurant was exceptionally clean, modern, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The pho was outstanding--rich, flavorful broth, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell they take pride in the quality of their food. We also tried a few drinks, and they were just as delicious. I also appreciated how organized everything was, including the easy self-order kiosk, which made ordering quick and convenient without sacrificing customer service. If you're looking for authentic, delicious pho in a clean and comfortable setting, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I'll definitely be coming back!

I had an amazing experience here. The pho was absolutely delicious and very affordable. It's definitely one of the best values I've found. What really made this visit special was the customer service. Michelle was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and the community she serves. She went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, and her kindness really stood out. If you're looking for great pho, reasonable prices, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend stopping by. I'll definitely be coming back!

The service here was self serve; they have a kiosk. Our sever was nice :). The outside area was cool, got some nice fresh air. The pho itself was nothing crazy. The broth was very light but had a distinct flavor that I can't seem to describe. The noodles were kinda soft kinda not.

Delicious fresh food! We ordered the bulgogi pulled pork sandwich and vegan tofu/veggies pho. Both were delicious and I was impressed at the variety of veggies. The take away order included chili sauce, sriracha, and hoisin sauce. Recommend you order by phone to avoid surcharge on food and convenience fee from menufy.

Chicken pho (minus the chicken ), and two orders of shrimps rolls.

UPDATE: Finally got that chance to claim that free chicken pho to replace the I ordered that did not have the chicken. I called the order in and the gentleman that took the call knew about the replacement -even if it was awhile back when I made that first order. He said he was going to get my order done straight away. I arrived and my order was ready -and still hot. Also, the man who took my order said he threw in a more pieces of chicken to make up for last time. Super appreciated that! All done eating now and it was delicious -there was also a nice little container of some garlic chili sauce which was yummy. Did not seat to eat but restaurant and lot were empty on 5:30pm Sunday. Will definitely come back for my pho craving.

Picked up their Togo special $11 for a beef pho. I ordered over the phone and it was ready in 10'mins. It was nicely packaged. The beef broth was tasty. The beef was soft. The only thing is meat portion is very little. You do get what you paid for. Plenty of free parking .

On my way to my hotel, looking for a dinner spot, the name caught my eye. I decided to double back and was the best decision I had made all day. Single dining room restaurant with friendly polite young staff. One double-sided menu makes it easy for ordering. This evening, I ordered Thai Iced Tea, Massaman short rib curry, and the coconut rabbit dumplings. The coconut rabbit dumplings were over the top good! Uniquely prepared fried dumplings filled with ground seasoned meat and skewered on a tiny wooden pick with cucumber, papaya or mango, pepper relish was amazing. This is reason enough to dine here! The Thai iced tea was perfect. The Massaman curry was done right and with short rib meat was absolutely delicious. I think I would try it with pork next time. But if there is a next time, I probably would try their green curry. It was a tough choice. But I didn't regret my decision. This was my first visit, but not my last.

The Pad Thai with chicken ($17) was one of the better dishes we tried--good flavor and nicely prepared. The cream cheese wontons ($11) were also very good and probably one of the highlights of the meal. We also tried the coconut dumplings ($14), spicy edamame ($7), pineapple fried rice ($19), garlic pepper beef ($19), and pumpkin curry with shrimp ($22). Everything else was okay, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. We also had two Thai iced teas ($12 total). The biggest drawback was the service. It wasn't bad, but it was definitely not very attentive. We would have appreciated the server checking on the table more often, especially during the meal. Our total was $121 before tax, plus $11.19 tax, bringing the bill to $132.19 before tip. Overall, I'd give Coconut Rabbit 3.5 stars. The Pad Thai and cream cheese wontons were the standouts, while the rest of the food was average. With more attentive service and a little more consistency across the dishes, this could easily be a four-star experience.

We ended up getting Mango Grahams, Pancit, Siomai and Popcorn Chicken. Before we placed the order, it was communicated clearly from the staff that there would be a wait (there were 3 parties ahead of us, and one of them was huge, so we kinda expected a wait anyways.) We also weren't in a rush and were willing to wait regardless, so that didn't really bother us. The Mango Grahams were exactly and more than we expected; definitely satiated my cravings. The food was also good and arrived in a reasonable manner. Again, we only wanted to check this place out because of the Mango Grahams, but we were surprised at how many other options they had for desserts, appetizers, food, and drinks. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I wouldn't mind the distance knowing the quality and options they have. Also, I briefly looked into this place before driving here, and I was expecting like a quick "boba store" environment, but it also has a sit down ambiance. Great for quick hang outs with friends or sit down meals with your family. Also, I'm specifically writing this review because of the staff. Given how busy they were, I want to recognize how friendly and welcoming they were. There were lots of orders, but they came out in an understandable amount of time, and the person in the front always had a smile of her face. I prefer the flat iron more lately bc of how lean yet flavorful it is. I noticed there were multiple tv's on the wall so it's nice to have and watch any games going on if you happen to need to. anyways, ultimately, mokkoji is my fave shabu of all time and this location is closest to home (but still kinda far) when i'm at my bf's i go to the irvine location more ~ Wanted to give a shoutout to the friendly and helpful server Caitlyn who helped me refill my kale multiple times throughout the meal! loved her attitude :)

If I want high quality Japanese style hot pot, this is my spot. There are places where you can get…read moreAYCE (Momo Paradise) and there are places that you can pay $$$$ for AYCE Wagyu (Mikiya, Wagyu House, X Pot), but I like that this place has quality meat options for $$$. My go to order is to get a "special for 2" of their "share beef set" to share with my wife. She likes the Spicy Pork Broth and I like the Spicy Sukiyaki. It's Japanese spicy, so it's more flavorful than spicy. If you want real spice, then you could ask the server for extra spice and they'll use a medicine dropper to add a few drops of serious heat into your sauces. In our shared meal, we prefer their marinated "toro fatty belly" and it comes with a huge order of meat, 2 pints of draft beer, an appetizer, and ice cream ($87 for two persons). If you choose a nice, fatty cut, then you will be pretty satisfied with the meat quality. My reasoning for this being 4 stars rather than 5 stars is that if you were to choose the wrong type of meat or if you don't order enough meat, then your experience will likely be suboptimal. Apparently, you can get refills on the veggies, so I'll try to ask for that next time! What I love about Mokkoji, however, is that the quality and value that I get with the special is ample for two and it's delicious!
