Been looking for a place nearby for pho with good broth and this is the place! I am super picky when it comes to broth. I'm not a fan of that super strong clove/star anise flavor and most of the other places we've tried all taste like that. Flavor Pho's broth is on point. I got my go-to P11 - Rare Steak, Well Done Brisket, & Tripe (Pho Tai Nam Sach). The flavor of the broth was strong and it wasn't oily like some other places I've tried. Decent pho place. However, it's disturbing that they literally nickel and dime their customers for every little thing. Want a bit more sauce? They'll charge you. Want some extra bean sprouts for your soup? That'll be another $2. I'm surprised they don't charge for napkins at this point. While I fully understand and can appreciate that this is a business, they should at least have the goodwill to disclose these costs upfront. I was shocked when we received our bill and saw numerous charges for items that are normally complimentary at other pho restaurants.
