    Tofu Skewers
    Harmonie T.

I'm delightfully surprised at how good the Tofu Skewers are! The texture, the char, and the glaze has great flavor. Two skewers was more than enough food for me. Generous portion size and great value at $10. https://yelp.to/rD_og2pMP4 The plate comes with a choice of rice or salad. I enjoyed the salad because it came with a light dressing, pineapple, and crispy garlic. This plate also came with pickled veggies. Friendly staff and great location at SteelCraft in Bellflower.

Barrio in Bellflower at Steelcraft is pretty good. Totally caught my eye when I saw their take on Korean and Filipino fare. The one thing that could have made this dish shine even more is: a small side or Korean pickled treats (radish perhaps), or Filipino atchara. A game-changer would be.... make it with kimchi fried rice..

Barrio is a Korean-Filipino fusion joint located in Steelcraft Bellflower. It's what I wanted for lunch when we visited Steelcraft. My wife and I, both being Filipino-American, both craved the Filipino side of the menu. I went with Pork BBQ skewers with rice, which I can never pass up. My wife went with Pork Liempo (grilled pork belly) with rice. The pork liempo was delicious as you could taste the chargrilled flavor. The pork BBQ skewers were well-sauced and very tasty, but a little sweet - even factoring in my very strong sweet tooth. Cost was a little above $30 for our two entrees and a coke for modest portions. We did enjoy eating in the communal seating space at the Steelcraft food hall and I think that this is a very strong option for your entree at Steelcraft. With future visits, I'd love to try their Korean options as they have Bulgogi. I wish they embraced the fusion aspect a little more by offering kimchi and/or atchara to balance out these dishes (without an addendum cost); nevertheless, I think that this is a pretty good option for you at a pretty good food hall in Bellflower!

Overall, I love Korean and Filipino BBQ so much! I've had this food chain before at another SteelCraft location and I loved it. I really like how there's so many other options in the area and Barrio is just one of those really yummy options when you're there and figuring out what to order. I just love skewers! And the location is so chill with so many seats and tables for quick lunch and/or dinner dates. Sadly though, I came here last Thursday afternoon to try this cafe spot nearby and wanted some good food so coming here I thought was a no brainer until I had to deal with the slow and just not good service. I don't know if the worker lady was just having a bad day or didn't want to be there but I had to literally wait multiple times just to put in an order. She just seemed impatient and wasn't as welcoming or helpful when I had questions on the order and options. Other than that, the chicken and pork skewers are great. I love ordering the Liempo as it's super delicious pork belly. I just wish they were in stock with lumpia as that's also really delicious. Overall, food is yummy and worth it but service here was pretty bad so idk if I'll be back to this location :/

Barrio fulfills a huge craving for delicious, backyard, home-made tasting Filipino and Korean BBQ, but also a culinary satisfaction for something that feels familiar yet elevated. I had the pork belly, chicken skewers, and lumpia over rice and salad, and everything was marinated and grilled with precision and balance for depth of flavor. The pork belly was charred nicely but still very tender and juicy, and the savory flavors paired nicely with the pickled vegetables. The chicken skewers were far from dry, and wasn't overly salty like some Filipino recipes call for, and the sweetness from the soy sauce conjured some of the most memorable bbqs I've had at Filipino households. They lumpia were great, and the salad was also a big surprise, with cuts if mango and a tangy and sweet dressing. Inside the Bellflower Steelcraft, it warrants a visit either by yourself or with a large group whenever you feel like something comforting and nostalgic. The prices are very reasonable.

This was the perfect meal, packed with tons of flavor and served fresh! I was so happy that the lumpia are made with chicken an not pork, it paired really well with sauce they gave as well. The beef bulgogi plate was the real star of the show; definitely on my list of places to try again!

This place is located inside steelcraft. This is the second time I buy food here, & both times were consistent with service & quality. Ordered the garlic shrimp skewers with rice and it comes with pickled veggies. The lumpia was a fan favorite

We ordered the pork skewers, bulgogi, and lumpia and everything was fantastic. The food is fresh, and the BBQ sauce they use on the skewers is a perfect balance of sweet and savory. The portion size is great for the price. I'm excited to try the Liempo (pork belly) on my next visit.

    Pork liempo with egg!

I loved this place! It's located inside Steelcraft so it can be a bit hard to find parking here. I ordered the grilled pork liempo with rice (add an egg to it, trust me!). It came out pretty quickly! Although the fat portion of the pork cut was a bit tough, it was still super tasty. I would highly recommend eating it with the vinegar that they give you- the sour flavor offsets the richness of the pork. Would definitely come back for more! :)

Went to SteelCraft and saw a Korean and Filipino Fusion joint and wanted to try it out. I got their 2 Shrimp Skewers plate and it tasted flavorful with a hint of garlic but the pieces were a bit small for me. It felt more like a light snack or appetizer for me. I tasted their Liempo (filipino pork), but I wasn't really into it as it took a while to chew. Other than the food, the staff were very friendly and nice giving whatever condiments needed with no extra charges.

I ordered the tofu skewer plate and it was very delicious. The plate comes with rice or salad. Or you can do both with an additional charge. Honestly, the additional charge was worth it. The tofu skewer was tangy/salty and it was very grilled. You can also ask for a soy and vinegar dipping sauce if you would like a more saltier flavor. Also, I ordered lumpia. The portion was small and it was lacking flavor. It reminded me of mini egg rolls. I only liked the dipping sauce that came it. Overall, I would order the tofu skewer again and skip the lumpia.

Really like this place. I'm stuck here at the hospital and anytime I'm here it's my go to spot. This establishment is inside steel craft beer garden. So far I tried several items from the menu and everything is delicious. Chicken skewers, beef skewers, plates and bowls all are very good.

Really great Filipino food. Highly recommend the lumpia. Good price and portions. Food came out fast
