My husband got us the grill pork banh mi, pork spring rolls with spicy fish sauce and Vietnamese iced coffee. Everything is freshly made to order so he had to wait 20 minutes, but it was worth the wait. So good the bread was freshly baked and still warm when we ate it at home. They recommended the peanut sauce but unfortunately Im allergic so I couldn't try it, but the fish sauce was just as good with the spring rolls. I also tried the steamed shrimp spring rolls, and they were super fresh and light, with a tasty dipping sauce on the side. Everything was not only tasty but very affordable, which makes this place an easy go-to. I travel around LA and OC a lot for work and love banh mi so I get to try a lot of places, T'an is no joke one of, if not the best I've tried. $9 for the pork banh mi. It took a little while to come out (they grilled the pork fresh I think) and when it did I thought it looked a little on the smaller side, but damn the taste was phenomenal.
