Ya'll this is an absolute gem! We don't always want a sit-down-pho meal when we're craving Vietnamese food. I got the grilled pork banh mi, grilled pork noodle plate and grilled shrimp spring rolls. I always judge a Vietnamese spot by their spring rolls and there were SO good - they had crispy egg roll wrapper in them which gave them the perfect texture and the shrimp was flavorful and cooked perfectly - 10/10. The banh mi was also delicious!! The bread had a nice crust but was still chewy and soft inside and they dig some out to fit the filling in nicely. Honestly one of the best banh mis I've had in a long time. The grilled pork noodle bowl was also nicely balanced with the veg/noodle/protein ratio. Now let's get into the sauces - they have a lot of options which I love. If you like a kick, get the spicy fish sauce and spicy peanut sauce. They are both good tho! I called in a to-go order and my order was ready within 20mins. Not really a sit-down place but they do have a little counter with stools to wait for your order. Really excited that I finally go to try and our local Vietnamese cafe. We ordered at the register and asked which banh mi's were recommended. We tried the steak and grilled pork, both were great! Our favorite was the grilled pork. After ordering, she did let us know it would be about a 15 minute wait. There's no tables inside but counter seating by the window. While waiting, an employee from the kitchen asked if we had tried their Korean corn dogs before. I let him know this was our first time there so we hadn't. We tried his favorite, which was the cheese one, and it was good! And came with spicy Mayo. We also tried their Vietnamese coffee and signature boba. As of last recently they do Korean hotdog! It was really good and crispy and there's a bunch of sauce options. We also got two sandwiches, the egg and sausage and then the barbecue pork. Been here before and it's always good, it was the same this time. We definitely recommend this place! I was bringing takeout to a friend's house so I ordered the noodle plates of pork and chicken along with an appetizer of fried egg rolls. Im super disappointed to leave this review. Ive been here 4 or 5 times now and loved everything. I ALWAYS get the bbq shrimp roll so today when I went in to order it again and came back to a barbecue pork roll and told the lady thats not what i ordered she started arguing with me. I ordered two of their bánh mì sandwiches -- the grilled pork and the spam & eggs -- and both were absolutely delicious. Packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and perfectly toasted bread.
